Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Wi-fi was great for online work. Location is perfect, because it’s in a quiet part of Zlatibor, and also near the center. Pool is for both sunny and rainy days. Stuff was helpful and kind. Highly recommended.

I was positively surprised by this place, mostly because real life experience matches the photo's so you really get what you see online. Nice accommodation, Wi-Fi doesn't work even though they say it does, it was five of us, we got 2 pair of slippers, they didn't turn on the heating even though they knew we where coming , far away from the center , staff is OK .

The rooms were a bit dated, but the jacuzzi and the baldachin bed was awesome overall. The breakfast was great too, for 3 euros it was really cheap. The reason I am giving only 4 stars is that the pool was out of service for our entire weekend and we were looking forward to that as well. The hotel is one of the best in Novi Sad. We had a spa apartment with jacuzzi and baldahin bed. The room is new, furniture and room design fantastic and modern. Mosaic on the wall is beautiful. Everything is great and not expensive

I really liked the hotel. The hallways have pleasant, subdued lighting, though the entrance area is a bit dim. The reception and restaurant staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great. We dined there once, but the dishes were so large we couldn't finish them all. 🙈 The room was cozy. The location is good, close to the main pedestrian street and a grocery store.

The hotel's location is superb, within walking distance to all the attractions. The room was a bit small, but acceptable. However, the soundproofing was quite poor; I could hear the showers running in the two adjacent rooms. The front desk service was good, and I'd consider staying here again if I have the chance.

Hotel location is great and closed to pedestrian road at the city center , you can reach the hotel from the Tesla airport using free bus number 72 and you can find this bus at arrival gate , it takes about one hour by this bus to arrive to last station in city center , then you can walk about 10 minutes to arrive the hotel , try to buy SIM card from the airport to help you to reach the hotel easily...

The restaurant in Nais hotel is our spot on a way to or back from Turkey. The place is nicely located close to the highway but hidden in a green garden with trees, has a nice terrace to eat your meal and has a nicely decorated interior. The food is very tasty and staff proffesional and friendly. We will definitely visit again on out way to Turkey (and probably also on a way back).

Hotel Gračanica is a true gem. Aperol Spritz was only €3.50, the rooms are spacious and beautiful, and everything is perfectly clean (same goes for the pool). What truly tops the whole experience is the staff, their behavior and hospitality are absolutely top-notch, the best I’ve ever experienced in any hotel.

The staff are AMAZING! they accommodated all our needs and were extremely kind throughout our stay even with last minute requests. The prices are also very reasonable with amazing taste of regional food and drinks.

Beautiful fitted and equipped apartment in a quiet location and easy access to city centre. A lot of thought has gone into every little detail of this apartment to make your stay truly restful. The massage chair is divine. I liked the fact the apartment was stocked with drinks (for you to buy) but also at reasonable prices.. nice touch.

I had a great time visiting Aurora spa apartment. Great welcoming, cozy and relaxing atmosphere. I had a really nice stay at Hotel Junior in Kopaonik. The food was very good, with plenty of options after a long day on the slopes. The gym was also well equipped and perfect for staying active. One of the highlights was the ski slope nearby — very good conditions and super convenient, especially if you’re there mainly for skiing.

First of all the food is not that great a lot of the food dosent taste good, the only good thing about the food is the desert. The location is amazing there is a lot of wilderness and its beautiful the only bad thing is its hard to get to the location. The hotel is not bad. Most importantly, there is parking for hotel guests. The rooms are tidy and bring new towels every day. The food is great, but honestly what is not good is the hotel ski slope. The hotel does not have any ski pass discount for hotel guests. The ski pass is quite expensive for about 400 meters of trail. The price for a ski pass is around 15 euros Per/Day.

I've visited the pool which is fantastic, it's being filled with a unique natural thermomineral water. My visit was great. The only downside is that the saunas weren't functional this time of year. Overall, I'd recommend this place.

The hotel is placed in the city center, with the benefit to have whatever you need so close, but at night the square is noisy and teh windows are not insulated. I always go to Hotel Crystal when I am in Kraljevo. They offer 24-hour service, fantastic apartments, and parking, which is a priority for me. The apartments are superb and very clean.
