The area around the hotel is a bit noisy at night, but i guess that is a expected when staying in the city. If i have to choose an issue with the hotel itself, i would say the showers are a bit small. But if there was ever a need to stay again in that region of Serbia, i would, without a doubt, choose to stay at this hotel again. Probably one of the better hotels in this part of Serbia.

Our group of 39 young people (post-university) spent four nights here for our first visit to Kosovo in March 2026. It was a welcoming, gentle experience. Good service, clean rooms and rich breakfast

I had the big surprise (what has not happened to me so far) to forget my wallet in the room. I was on the way out, the coach motor was started ... but the hotel returned my portfolio without touching of some money. More rarely! Thank you from the heart !!! I pray for them! Great hotel, clean and convenient with a sauna

Everything was amazing but pools and spa were overcrowded at times which was a bit overwhelming and didnt feel very sanitary having hundereds of people in thouse saunas.

Nice hotel .. There is plenty other options in pristina .. and hotels are more expensive then anywhere in Europe. There are also nice smaller hotels wich cost less with the same Evan better service and rooms. You don't need a car in pristina ,it is a smal smal city with plenty taxi company's over app to book .from airport you can take public transportation to the city center.
