Very relaxing and peaceful The staff were very friendly and helpful too Beautifully decorated and warm The food was delicious and lots to choose from. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is right on the beach and our room had a lovely sea view. The breakfasts are delicious with a good variety to choose from. The chef made extra specials each day to try as well as smoothies. A big thank you to Joy who is a delight, for making delicious eggs your way. The staff are so friendly and helpful and make you feel like family. Thank you to Jordan and Nyle for looking after us. Thank you to Ken who greeted us with an amazing smile each morning. Amir and Rebia on reception who are so friendly and helpful. Leon and Diva housekeeping for keeping our room spotless. All in all the staff are amazing and they make the holiday.

The hotel is located on the ocean shore with a view of the sunrise. Small but very cozy and beautiful territory surrounded by greenery. Guests can enjoy an infinity pool with warm water. Luxurious beach with quite pronounced tides. The beach has soft sand and creeping palm trees. It is surrounded by beautiful stones on all sides. Sun loungers and beach towels are included in the price. Towels are freely available.
I really liked that there are no strangers on the beach!
We took accommodation with breakfast and dinner.
The food here is incredibly delicious. Something new every day.
A family of cats lives in the hotel, during meals they always sit under the table.
During my stay I had a birthday. During dinner they brought me a cake and sang a song. It was so pleasant that it brought tears.
The room was beautifully decorated upon check-in.
I chose a room with a jacuzzi on the balcony and a gold bathtub in the bathroom.
The room is huge. Everything is new and clean!
I will definitely return to this hotel! I recommend it to everyone!

The hotel is in a quiet place. There is only one small cafe, a shop and a bus stop near the hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable, the renovation is quite old, but this does not affect. All rooms have a view of the sea. The sea was quiet in June before lunch, a lot of fish, we saw a stingray and a sea snake. Good swimming pool. We took breakfast and dinner. Dinners were themed every day and varied, we really liked them. In general, the staff was very responsive, we got more than we expected, a compliment upon check-in, welcome drinks, at the last dinner the table and cocktails were specially set, upon check-out they gave us a certificate for drinks at the airport.

The floors in the rooms are tiled. Because of this, it always feels dirty or wet. And the water is in glass bottles, we were with children - not very safe.
Only an overhead shower, no shower head - not very convenient.
The ventilation doesn't work well and it's very humid because of that. 
But overall, we really liked it.

A very disappointing experience. Checking in was a protracted and arduous ordeal, not great after a 16-hour flight from the UK. The hotel looked great from the approach, but, on closer inspection, it was as tired as our weary selves. Our room smelt strange throughout our reservation. It was not as clean as it first appeared. Aged blood dried on the wall adjacent to th the sink from a previous occupant, I guess? As soon as I noted the extremely cheap toilet roll, I knew we were in trouble for the next 14 days. Our first use of the shower exposed a blocked drain. AC was very noisy. Furniture and fittings throughout the hotel are desperate for an update. The food was very disappointing, particularly for the price. The chicken we ordered was tough. My partner returned hers, but it came back just as inedible!
Breakfast was an odd selection of what looked like steamed wedges, pizza made with filo pastry, and glazed carrots. Each time we gave the restaurant another shot, we were very dissatisfied. The fruit juice was, thankfully, okay. I kept getting accosted by staff to pay an additional £273 to attend the "mandatory" Gala Christmas dinner. I had already explained in great length that we had no intention or desire to attend any such event. I was not told about this whilst booking, and I come on holiday to do what I want to do, not what somebody else has decided for me! My partner suffers from anxiety and would not be happy being made to socialise amongst strangers. When I was initially approached, I was told it was a formal, black tie occasion. Due to the lack of transparency, I had not packed a suit and/or tie. However, in a bid to get us to attend (Pay), the invite I received the day before had been changed to smart casual. Due to the pressure I was getting from staff, each time I passed reception, it became embarrassing and untenable. In the end, my partner and I decided that, on ballance, the best thing we could do was check out some four days early. My partner had contracted impetigo from unclean towels and/or bedding. Having observed the cleaner, clean our toilet and move on to bed-making without washing his hands... also, he'd quite happily wash our coffee cups in our bathroom sinks using nothing else but his dirty hands. It was an awfully bad and expensive experience. There is no refund policy, and an early flight home has put me way out of pocket. Thanks for nothing, DoubleTree. Never again.

There is some seaweed floating in the sea water, I wonder if it is seasonal. Everything else is fine. The service staff were very friendly. According to the regulations, check-in can only be done at 2 o'clock. We were first given a rest room, and then we were able to check in after it was cleaned after 1 o'clock. Beautiful environment, suitable for vacation.

Reasonable food with friendly service. Restaurant has beautiful beach views. Food is reasonably priced and we'll made, dishes are good with a decent selection. Nothing great but if you need a meal and you're staying nearby you'll leave happy.
