Lovely surroundings and very friendly and helpful staff. Location is also gorgeous and quiet at night. Only minus is that they never managed to open the pool bar, despite talking very fondly about it all the time

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The garden is amazing, the pool is big enough, and the rooms are sufficiently comfortable

Great location and very friendly helpful staff but the hotel is a ruin, almost feels like it has not been renovated since 2000, including changing the linen or towels

The furniture has visible signs of heavy wear, towels and linen in our room were full of yellow stains and other stuff

It is a very peaceful place the location was great and the room was so nice we had the the pleasure to meet miss Danielle she was so nice she was very understanding her warm and her smile her jokes really makes us feel welcome and the little recipe she share to us ive try it at home it was so delicious even my daughter loves it we will surely come back thank you miss Danielle god bless you

The hotel offers simple rooms and apartments. We reserved the three-bedroom apartment, which provided ample space and a large, full-length balcony with a fantastic view

This apartment is situated on the second floor (top floor), so be aware that there are no elevators; therefore, you will need to use the stairs with your luggage

Shower should be repaired. Very difficult to take a shower. The rest is nice, very nice surroundigs, quite clean. Hotel is quite far from the beach.

The Son picked me up from the Airport Free of charge because I reserved 6 nights and during the road to the hotel show me the East View point for Eden (Artificial) island plus after you checked me in, took me to the city at Victoria bus terminal to but the bus Card

All made to order! I picked this accommodation because it is next to Big Blue Dive shop. It's about 10 minutes walk to the central part of Beau Vallon with restaurants, supermarkets, banks, etc

We stayed here for 2 nights, excellent rooms, the beach is right across, loved the breakfast (fresh juices, fruits, omlettes and pancakes), very comfortable king mattress, spacious rooms with a nice big balcony sitout, the staff and the owner is very sweet and accommodated our every small requests, highly recommend staying here, do make sure to book this well in advance as they have full occupancy...

We had a wonderful stay! The place was comfortable, clean, and very welcoming. The atmosphere was perfect for families, and our little daughter even made a new friend here, which made our time even more special

I like that its in the quieter part of Beau Vallon as the central area gets loud and crowded. The beach in front is perfect with the softest sand, big boulders, lots of shade and no crowds

We were immediately taken for refreshments while overseeing the crystal clear waters of the Seychelles (our hearts were already stolen by the JA team at this point)

We were added to a WhatsApp group where all additional information was sent to us (menus, questions, room service, this was new to us but was an incredible idea)

Plus even though it was overlooking the water it only took 5 minutes to get to the airport! Bonus!

Each room has a small balcony with a breathtaking beachfront view and a perfect sunset every evening 🌅. They also have a pool area and a parking space if you are driving, which is very convenient

They communicate clearly about arrival details so everything is ready for guests. The room is gorgeously decorated and instantly puts you in the island mood

We recommend tiramisu, grilled fish and curry dishes. We had Christmas eve there with very good memories. We loved privacy of the hotel and at the same time very good service and nice chats with the personal

I would give Villa Rosia a 10 out of 10. I was recommended this place by a friend very last minute, and I have absolutely no regrets

Villa Roscia is a very nice, small hotel near the famous and beautiful Beau Vallon beach on Mahé. It is situated on a hillside and offers a unique view of the sea and Beau Vallon from the terrace of the building

We had nice chats and she was always making sure I was back at night at her place. For a female solo traveler I recommend this place 100%

But believe me when i say it, this place just does not have the name Home in it's name. it literally is a Home away from home. Beryl, the owner is the most amazing person you'll ever meet

Beryl is a fantastic, friendly host, good breakfast, nice house, we had a great time here. Location is also good but you should hire a car.

She is building a separate property so this house will be solely for renters. All the fruit and vegetables are grown on the property. If you want a quiet stay in a lovely shared home, this is the place for you

she speaks many languages, including excellent italian, she prepares very rich and various breakfast, she has a beautyful garden with all the tropical fruits. The house is cozy and confortable

Beryl is an exceptional host. She is so friendly, warm and welcoming. She even made us a home made meal when we arrived which was the yummiest food we had on the whole island!

Whole resort is placed in big garden full of the beautiful fauna and flora. Sea turtles, land turtles, peacocks are all living next to you, next to your house. I can only recommend breakfast which we have ordered

The place to chill out for your next getaway from the rat race. A tropical garden to rival any in the south, boasting unique flora, not to mention the giant tortoises as well as ever so cute baby ones

I cannot recommend these surreal villas highly enough

Stayed at this peace of little haven for one week and I can attest that this self-catering gem was nearly perfect! Extremely clean, wonderfully equipped with everything we could possibly need, and a fantastic location close to the beautiful police bay and Anse intendance beaches

peacocks, guinea fowls, geese, duck etc etc too many to mention. The spacious and luxurious accomodations with it's private outdoor bath, stamps tropical elegance that is out of this world

It was an amazing experience! The place itself couldn’t be more idyllic. While some may say that it’s “far away”, it truly located in the most beautiful part of the island next to the best beaches

I had the option of using the outdoor pool with a barbeque area and large sitting area, too. I will highly recommend this accommodation to anyone

The south feels wild, the east for beaches (we loved grand anse snd port launay) and fun with the waves, the west for snorkeling (anse royale) and the north (beauvallon) for people! Thank you Vivienne, Basil and Shane for being such great hosts!!!!!

The villa is conveniently located near a beach, restaurants, a shop, and a bus stop. The grounds are lovely, and the room is clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The staff are very responsive. Excellent value for money.

Villa Caballero is a beautiful and serene property located near Turtle Bay, close to Anse Royale Beach. This side of Mahé offers a peaceful escape compared to the bustling city area

Great accommodation, the owners were super helpful and friendly. Passan was super kind , he made us breakfasts fruit salads, pastries and cooked my Plantain that i bought

The accommodation has a pool around and is a good size for little ones. It has a shallow end , which makes it did friendly. Gates accommodation making it safe with children. I would def stop here again

They have restaurants, shopping mall, gym, tennis and padel courts, swimming pools, fantastic beaches. This is a very clean and incredibly green oasis

We love to be a car free there and move with the golf cart in that area. Outside of the residential area there is a European style supermarket and plenty of good restaurants

Eden island is the place to stay in Seychelles! It's a luxurious gated community with everything you need for a great vacation

Is a nice place, the only inconvenient was, for check in they have the office at Eden plaza entrance... Not so practical for clients...

We love to rent an apartment in the secured residential area when staying on Mahe. Beautiful and large apartments, a lot of sport activities, beaches and swimming pools and a very nice restaurant

There is a small swimming pool (up to 4 people), which is clean, as well as sun loungers near each room. The repair and equipment are of high quality, including materials, plumbing, and household appliances

The mattress and pillows are comfortable, and the towels are changed every day. If desired, you can cook a barbecue, as there is everything necessary for this

Self-catering, but you can order delicious and fresh food (Creole cuisine). The territory is fenced, and an electronic key is issued for the gate. If you take a car, you can park it on the territory

My husband and I spent 15 nights here over the Christmas period, we loved it for a variety’s of reasons. The apartment was spacious, bright, well equipped and spotless clean

A very beautiful place, next to a mountain river, in a tropical forest, with a pleasant soundscape of the mountain river and the variety of local birds

Amazing chill - quiet and the stunning view. Its MUST to have a car once you think about this place. Its uphill and quite some walking to any food or shop. Place is not new and all locks were rousty and hard to operate

The beach at Surfer’s is lovely too, I went there early in the morning for a swim, then there is a low tide good for snorkeling and you can swim again in the afternoon. There are good waves for surfers sometimes

The beach restaurant is another bonus to the stay - great service, delicious food for good price. We recommend hiring a car to be able to explore other parts and beaches of the Island

Had a superb 5 night stay in July with my wife and daughter. Spotlessly clean and beautifully located. The almost empty beach was just a few metres away. We had everything we needed to self cater

We are repeat guests at Surfer’s chalets and this 2-week stay was a bliss again. The owners and the staff are all very helpful and caring

The bungalows are cleaned every day except for Sundays, with towels changed regularly incl. You can enjoy lovely sunrise just from your terrace and well-kept garden around

We had an incredible stay in Mahé! The accommodation was spotless, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located for exploring both the beaches and the local villages

It is at the top part of the island and close to Victoria and the airport, but you would need a car to get to places. In fact a rental car is the best way to travel. We found the staff at the Villa super helpful

Very hard to summarise what a perfect gem of a find the place is. Its super clean, very comfortable and very much home from home directly opposite gorgeous quiet tranquil beach

Breakfast is in under the canopy in the garden, we did not mind it. It is a communal affair, but then again you can still have your own space. We found the pool refreshing after a long day in the sun

Upon arrival you are greeted with a very welcome cold homemade lemon grass drink, much appreciated. The Appt has very nice little touches like flowers on the Bed on arrival

They clean the house, provide beach towels, and on the day of arrival, they welcomed us with a traditional drink and left water, juice, and coffee in the apartment

Bryan the owner are super friendly and helpful,, on hand to assist with any needs. The Appt is fully equipped to make your stay very easy, right down to coffee

Host is so genuine and welcoming. I didn’t share any photos because we arrived late at night but I can confirm the house is exactly as per the photographs on all booking platforms

Really lovely whole-house so close to the airport, within walking distance. This means there is some aircraft noise, but that certainly did not bother this airplane nerd! Very spacious and very well appointed

We stayed here as pur flight had an issue and had to find a room for the night. The host was very kind to take us in for the night. The room is clean and you have ac as well

The place is 10 minutes walk away from the airport; but you do have some hills to pass by. But for the way back to the airport, she was very kind to drive us

A car is fairly essential, there is little within walking distance, and it would be a shame to miss the other beautiful beaches. Apparently, there is a good local bus service

Beach cottages on the south eastern part of the Mahe island. We spent there 8 nights in October as a couple

On the downside, we were slightly disappointed that we needed to purchase our own toilet paper, and some basic stuff such as salt and pepper, which in our humble opinion could be provided as part of the great service they already offer

The cottages are built as two adjacent apartments, but we felt very comfortable and separated from our neighbors which we have barely seen or hear. The bedroom is wide, aircondioned, with a daily cleaning service

Just 20 meters away (or slightly more if you take the rear family cottages), front line to the cottage door. It is mostly empty, with mostly the residence guests or local fishermen or just other bypassers (rare)

To summarize, we warmly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet residence, with a wild beach and self catering. Thank you Brigitte for your nice hospitality and we will definitely visit you again

The pool is a big plus! But most of all the host is super helpful and friendly, you can ask her anything, the rooms get cleaned most of the days and you get a perfect service. Anse Royal is great to discover the Island

Best place to stay while in Mahe, location couldn't be better, very close to everything yet feels remote and private. Lovely size swimming pool, and the chalet itself it's very well equipped for a long stay

It is close to Two wonderful Sand beaches with snorkeling options and calm Sea for our Baby to chill in the water. The Pool is Well temperated and our Small doughter felt Really well inside

5**** stay with a fantastic host Lise, who will do anything to make your stay memorable. She even cooked free food for us and all the other guests. We all ended up having a great and very social night together

Lisa was amazing host, very communicative and helpful. If you're looking for a nice to place to stay in Mahe then you found it, our stay it was sublime to say the least

Nature is all around you and peaceful sounds of the jungle carry you to sleep and softly wake you up. I can wholeheartedly recommend if you are able to self cater

Lacked air conditioning In the main living area of our 2 bedroom area. Host was excellent and very accommodating with excellent communication. Pool is a lot smaller than the images on their website.

Been there for two separate stints, the first 3 nights of my stay and the very last night. The rooms are vary spacious and offer a kitchen too, alongside the bedroom and the bathroom (my last one also had a living room)

The kitchen had a cooker/stove/oven, fridge freezer, microwave and cutlery and crockery, so you can cook and eat easily, or go out for meals and supplies as there are plenty shops within walking distance! You also get given towels and toiletries in the shower room

The staff is friendly and helpful and there are some cute and friendly pets around (4 giant tortoises, a cute fluffy cat and a chubby doggo)

I had a great view from all rooms inside the apartment and I even had a private terrace area! There is a pool available for use anytime, plus they have Aldabra tortoises and you can feed them and take pics to your hearts content! There is also a free snooker table and table football/foosball to play in the reception area! The staff are super friendly, helpful and attentive

Lovely partment, really nice pool, good location, very nice, helpful people. The grounds are nice, fruit bats flying everywhere. We hired a car and used it quite abit, as there are no footpaths on the road

Uber clean, spacious and well-run accommodation. Tasty breakfast, kind staff willing to go the extra mile to help guests feel like home. Excellent if you have a car, also handy if you use the bus. Absolutely recommended.

Absolutely mamazing property with very helpful owners. Great view on the Ocean from the terrace. Every room has its own bathroom. Bus stop just few minutes walk from the house. Simpy amazing! I very much recommend!!!

A nice place to stay close to the airport Pro: - amazing views (you can even hear the waves breaking) - very nice owners - parking - clean (besides the usual ants that you can't avoid on this island) Con: - kitchen and living space seem to be shared (we were by ourselves) - kitchen is not supposed to be used - the room were rather functional

They have a no cooking policy so if you want to cook this is not the place for you. It’s very close to the airport and it has a good location to drive to all beaches in the south of Mahe
