Hotel was pretty standard, not much to note. Both receptionist needs training ASAP, they were almost annoyed that our party couldn't speak korean, they helped us book the shuttle to the airport but made it feel like a hassle, I don't understand why the bad attitude.

Very clean hotel. Amazing location close to two subway lines and walking distance to the palaces and tones of eating places, as well as the oldest market in Seoul. Read a lot about the good upkeep of the hotel and rooms and yes its all good. We had the 2 queen beds room for family of 4 and room size is still good for us to put our luggages and have room to move about. Front desk managers were helpful and explained things clearly. Location maybe a bit out of the tourist areas but all within reach by train and less than 30mins.

Location is 7 mins away from the nearest subway station. However, there is quite a lot of up and down hill to reach the hotel and the hotel entrance is near an alley. Shower and toilet is two separate areas. Shower and washbin is open concept separate by a glass door. No place within the shower area that have a hook to hold towel or our clothing. However, being a hotel with stellar reviews, I was expecting more with the hardware. Convenient, spacious for the price, friendly staffs. The only thing is you can hear the bass of the night club downstairs every night, weekdays and weekends, till early morning. It that doesn’t bother you then it’s quite a good deal.

It does warn you about it being next to/on a club. It didn't bother me but may not be the best for light sleepers. Otherwise, a spacious room in a convenient location.

There was no service provided. In the evening, I requested a trash bag from the man at the front desk, but he did not understand English. After I translated my request, he questioned why I needed one, as if trash bags were too expensive to be given to guests. This attitude made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.

Overall, it's good, but the soundproofing is only average. There's often singing late at night.
