Marina Playa Hotel Apartments by Typic Hotels – Adults Only in San Antonio Abad

Had truly an amazing stay here in October. Did initially not book a room with a sea view, but got lucky and was assigned one. The room was just great and sitting on the balcony while looking out at sea was truly amazing. For a next time I know that I will be booking a room with a sea view. Room itself was super nice, clean and lots of space.

With a 20 second walk you are at the beach which is great because after a swim I could just immediately walk over to the hotel. Also there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Bus stop also really close by. Basically the location is GREAT. There also was a cat at the hotel :)

Friendly staff, when I went out for a swim I could leave my keycard with them and like I already mentioned a got a room with a view (and what's better than a room with a view?)

In short: I had a wonderful stay. Will be staying here hopefully on (all) future trips.

We returned this year, and everything is perfect. Enrique's mojitos continue to be unbeatable. Excellent attitude towards all their employees.

The appartments are clean, spacious rooms with a kitchenette and balcony. The space is modern, wifi is easy to connect to.

It is within walking distance of two stores selling basic groceries, multiple restaurants and right on the beach. It isn't the glossiest of beaches in Ibiza but an easy one if you want a quick swim.

Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Their service is great. The hotel has extras like hire for beach umbrellas and a courtesy shower room for after checkout.

The pool is small, but there are more than enough loungers for everyone. It has a chill vibe, not crazy Ibiza party which is great.

I can honestly say that the customer service here , was the best I’ve ever experienced. Nothing was too much trouble. They even brought us a doormat when it rained!
Our room was perfect, we chose the split level option which was great, felt very spacious. Loved the complimentary robes and slippers.

A real gem of a hotel with ‘Exceptional Service’

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Typic Marina Playa, and can confidently say it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the kind and hardworking staff, who truly embody the spirit of hospitality. Their dedication to providing an exceptional experience was evident in every interaction. They made us feel valued and at home.

The hotel’s facilities are equally impressive. The pool area is a tranquil oasis, perfectly maintained and ideal for relaxing listening to their talented DJ play some great music. The lush surroundings and comfortable pool side bar and comfortable loungers create a serene atmosphere that would be hard to beat.

Overall, we feel the hotel is a standout destination, thanks to its dedicated employees and exceptional facilities. We were looking for a relaxing getaway, a place to recharge, we found it all here. We highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return!

I never normally write reviews but I simply had to give this lovely hotel a shout out. Honestly , this hotel is a gem. I could not fault it. The best thing about this place is the staff. They were all so lovely and welcoming. The place has a special energy. They made such an effort with my 40th and I felt very special.

Overall hotel was good, staff was amazing and music by the pool was great. Only thing for healthy food lovers, continental breakfast what they offered was to many carb options.

This place is an absolute gem. Everyone told me we were mad staying in San Antonio. But it was so chilled. The hotel is gorgeous. Intimate and fun, absolutely spotless and the staff can’t do enough there. It’s right by the beach, taxis arrive to the door in a minute from ordering, and overall it’s a great spot to walk into the heart of San Antonio but also its away from the hustle so it’s nice and quiet, really chilled. The breakfast was great, and the bar do amazing and reasonably priced cocktails. The room was also gorgeous, a great bed for sleep! Will be back next year. Just loved it. And even better that it was such good value price wise.

Staff really kind and helpful. The room was so comfortable and spacious, so clean as well. Close to lots of little shops but would need to go further for a larger supermarket. Being so close to the ocean was lovely as well x

Great hotel and location, our room was looking out to sea with great views. Staff very attentive , the breakfast was fabulous every day.
