**Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended!** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We had a wonderful stay and even received a **free upgrade to a junior suite** along with a **promotional discount on breakfast** – a great way to start the trip!
**Location:**
Perfectly located right next to **Ocean Beach Club** (O Beach) and within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Just a short 10-minute walk to **San Antonio Old Town** – ideal for both relaxation and nightlife.
**Staff:**
The **staff were absolutely amazing** – warm, welcoming, and highly professional. Special thanks to the **lovely ladies at reception** and the **restaurant team** for their excellent service. Truly couldn’t speak more highly of their customer care – it made a big difference to our stay.
**Food:**
The **breakfast was delicious** – definitely worth including in your booking. A great variety and quality.
**Facilities:**
The **pool area** is nice, but do note that you’ll hear music from Ocean Beach Club nearby – not necessarily a downside if you're into that vibe. They offer a **50% discount on entry** to the club, but **only if you arrive early**. However, I found out that if you book directly through the **THB Hotels website**, you get **free entry** – which didn’t feel entirely fair for other guests.

One of the worst experience of my life. My company made 2 reservation for me and my co-worker, separate 2 rooms. When we arrive to the hotel the receptionist told us that they give us un upgraded to a suite, 1 room with 2 separate bedrooms. Unfortunately when we arrive to the room there was only one bathroom in one of the two rooms. So we explain that was a problem for us and that we pay more than 370€ for two room and they wanted to give us only one room for the same price. The receptionist explains that there were all booked and after many phone calls she finally gives us two different independent rooms. When I enter in mine I found that was with bugs, very big running in the room. So, again I went to the reception and they moved me to another THB… all this after a very long day of work, at 23:00.
I want anyway to thank the poor reception in that situation that was really nice, professional and she help me out with everything, and the security guy that have tried to catch the bugs.
For the rest I’m really disappointed with the situation, they tried to scam us after paying for to rooms to put us in only one without trying to explain before the real situation and propose a discount or something and not to hide and tell us that was a FREE UPGRADE to a suite.
I want anyway to thank the poor reception in that situation that was really nice, professional and she help me out with everything, and the security guy that have tried to catch the bugs.

One of the best experiences I have had staying at a hotel, staff are so friendly and service is amazing!

The hotel is well-located (by the sea) and at the end of the promenade, which is quieter than being in the center for the noise etc. This is nice. It is quite new so it is well maintained, the rooms are ok but quite "simple". I had a big terrace facing the street. The staff at the front desk and restaurant is nice.

I have genuinely never experienced such amazing customer service from the lovely ladies at reception, Pepe and Espe are simply brilliant! I want to take them home so they can work for me! Genuinely the most helpful and friendliest welcome ever, I’ve already booked to stay again, BEAUTIFUL hotel!

You can hear the noice from the other rooms. TV on at 2 AM in the other room. Guests talking. Was really hard to sleep.

- It's and adult only hotel, thus it better suits for solo travelers and couples
- Friendly ladies at the reception
- Some barmen are friendly and polite
- Clean rooms in general
- Balconies in the room
- A pool with many spare sunbeds
- A decent Wi-Fi connection
- Close to the embankment
- Free entrance to the nearby O Beach Club before 3 pm
Cons:
- Super tiny gym located in common area
- Some barmen are chummy (fraternizing) with customers. They require training in manners indeed
- The breakfast a la carte was so-so. I tried several options, both the taste and the quality were mediocre
- I had to request cleaning 3 (!) times on my 4th day of stay. There was no cleaning in my room before
- The wooden keycard was deactivated several times, so had to visit the reception for replacement
- Some groups of youngsters behaved like animals. On the other hand, it's Ibiza..
