Very friendly service, a perfect place to enjoy the essence of San Antonio in Ibiza. The security staff are very respectful, and the staff inside are exemplary. Besides offering a pleasant experience, they excel at surprising customers and providing an unforgettable experience. **Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended!** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We had a wonderful stay and even received a **free upgrade to a junior suite** along with a **promotional discount on breakfast** – a great way to start the trip!
**Location:**
Perfectly located right next to **Ocean Beach Club** (O Beach) and within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Just a short 10-minute walk to **San Antonio Old Town** – ideal for both relaxation and nightlife.
**Staff:**
The **staff were absolutely amazing** – warm, welcoming, and highly professional. Special thanks to the **lovely ladies at reception** and the **restaurant team** for their excellent service. Truly couldn’t speak more highly of their customer care – it made a big difference to our stay.
**Food:**
The **breakfast was delicious** – definitely worth including in your booking. A great variety and quality.
**Facilities:**
The **pool area** is nice, but do note that you’ll hear music from Ocean Beach Club nearby – not necessarily a downside if you're into that vibe. They offer a **50% discount on entry** to the club, but **only if you arrive early**. However, I found out that if you book directly through the **THB Hotels website**, you get **free entry** – which didn’t feel entirely fair for other guests.

The hotel is within walking distance (literally 2 mins, if that) of the popular O Beach Ibiza. Staff are excellent, and the food and drinks at the hotel are of surprisingly high quality also - the breakfast is another strong positive. The view from the rooms is exceptional also.
However, the rooms themselves are pretty standard - they are good, but nothing to write home about. They give you two single beds even when you ask for one double, and when they clean the rooms, the floor definitely isn't mopped or vacuumed.
Overall I'd give the hotel a 7/10 - food and staff service is top tier, amazing view from the balcony. Although the actual 'bedroom' itself isn't life-changing and they could do with some double beds.

One of the worst experience of my life. My company made 2 reservation for me and my co-worker, separate 2 rooms. When we arrive to the hotel the receptionist told us that they give us un upgraded to a suite, 1 room with 2 separate bedrooms. Unfortunately when we arrive to the room there was only one bathroom in one of the two rooms. So we explain that was a problem for us and that we pay more than 370€ for two room and they wanted to give us only one room for the same price. The receptionist explains that there were all booked and after many phone calls she finally gives us two different independent rooms. When I enter in mine I found that was with bugs, very big running in the room. So, again I went to the reception and they moved me to another THB… all this after a very long day of work, at 23:00.
I want anyway to thank the poor reception in that situation that was really nice, professional and she help me out with everything, and the security guy that have tried to catch the bugs.
For the rest I’m really disappointed with the situation, they tried to scam us after paying for to rooms to put us in only one without trying to explain before the real situation and propose a discount or something and not to hide and tell us that was a FREE UPGRADE to a suite.
I want anyway to thank the poor reception in that situation that was really nice, professional and she help me out with everything, and the security guy that have tried to catch the bugs.

Property has many pros and cons.
Pros, very nice decor and amenities, the day staff is accommodating. You slso get a discount at the O Beach Day Party next door which is a great experience
Cons, the junior suite balcony sea view, the suite on the corner of building is very noisy early mornings with traffic and the view of the sea is very limited. The cleaning crew does an okay job cleaning your room, expected better. The drapes are not best, a lot of lighting comes in early morning.and was charged for 2 water bottles when they dont refill your room daily with water

great location and generally a nice hotel. Pool area is nice and its normally pretty quiet. Rooms are looking a little bit tired and didn't seem the cleanest round the edges of the bathhroom/floor. No main light so its pretty dark in there getting ready to go out in eve.
