The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and making our stay very comfortable. We had an amazing and peaceful experience, complemented by a delicious breakfast. Parking was convenient, and we really appreciated how accommodating and attentive the team was throughout our stay.
The pool area was a highlight—perfect for relaxing with drinks from the bar, all while enjoying a great vibe and some of my favorite songs playing in the background.
The location is excellent, with a direct L24 bus connection to the airport every hour, making it very easy to get around. There are plenty of food options nearby, plus a supermarket right in front of the hotel and a pharmacy next door—everything you need is within reach.
Overall, a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Perfectly positioned accommodation with a fantastic breakfast service included , all the staff are very friendly and professional and they have a good choice of hot food during the day with a fully stocked bar . The room and all around the Hostal Mary Huerta are kept absolutely spotless the cleaners do a fantastic job on that . Highly recommend staying here and we would definitely book here again if we return to Es Cana in the future 10/10 from us

Just stopped here for a beer today.
This hotel is popped up quite a few times when I have gone to book a holiday in Ibiza but I have not booked it in the past because the swimming pool looks quite small. However after popping here for a beer today, I would definitely Book to stay here next time we come to Ibiza. It looks like a lovely small friendly hotel perfectly central to Es Canar, a great location close to the beach and all the shops and bars, a lovely little place that I will definitely be booking to stay at next time we come over to Ibiza ☀️🌴🍺👍

Another fantastic stay at this gem of a place. What makes this place so good are the staff. From reception, housekeeping, bar and restaurant staff they are so friendly and committed to make your stay special. I could drop names but they are all so good. Even with the mixed weather this time nothing was too much trouble for them to sort out. Muchas gracias from Keely and Lee.

Lovely Hotel, rooms are basic, but immaculately clean. All the staff are so friendly, nice to see they have a bookcase in reception now. Hairdryer and TV in the room, we did hire a fridge for the week for 40 euro. We had a room above the pharmacy, which is great to sit and read and people watch, it also gave us a great view of storm Alice. Breakfast choice is good, not a massive selection, but if you can't find something you like, there must be something wrong with you. Communication with the hotel was great, as we did request a low floor room. Loads of sun beds available by the pool. Fantastic location, 1 minute to the beach and right in the center of es Cana. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying there.

Great hotel, with simple but lovely rooms ! The hotel staff was super lovely and even left a little gift for me and my wife as we were here during our honeymoon ❤
The hotel location is perfect, specially if you're keen to leave the city centre
chaos - there are plenty of lovely restaurants in the area and lovely places to walk to within reasonable distance. Huge thanks to the hotel staff for our lovely stay.

Wasn’t quite sure what to expect as usually go for 4 star hotels etc . Arrived slightly earlier than the stated check in time but the friendly lady on reception said our room was ready which was good . We had a good room based on the 3rd floor overlooking the street but also had a view of the sea which was nice . The sun shines on the balcony until the afternoon so good for seeing the sunrise . The room was clean as was the rest of the place . Good tv in the room with English channels and decent aircon . Only one plug socket in the bedroom and one in the bathroom. All staff we encountered were polite and friendly : Bar staff, reception and cleaners . They did happy hour in the bar each night 9-10 and some nights do a quiz which is fun. We were bed and breakfast and only went once as the time is fairly limited to 8:30-10am We weren’t that keen on the food but easy to find places locally to get a later breakfast. We didn’t use the pool but it didn’t seem that busy. Location is excellent and a short walk to the beach and there is a shop over the road. Bus stop across the road. We Would return.

I stayed here for my birthday and specifically requested the highest floor. Turns out there are 3 floors and I was put on 1 even though I arrived before my check-in time.
I'm grateful, that on my birthday, they checked me in at 2 instead of 3 so I could meet family and enjoy my day BUT even though I'd written to ask about parking noone replied so I'd parked far away and had to pay for the privilege
Also, I was allocated a room without a view when I'd requested a sea view. Finally I was allocated a sea view but in an adjoining room so I could hear a couple having sex through that thin door and had to use another key and cross the hallway to use the private bathroom that I'd paid for
The cleaner, on my last morning, cleaned that bathroom even though I had a Do Not Disturb sign up and I slipped over on the soaking floor and was trying to wash my beach stuff out before flying home with their cleaning cloths etc in there
Finally, the hot drinks machine is switched off directly at 10:00 so if you want a tea after you've consumed breakfast, forget it!
I wasn't even told about breakfast so missed the first out of two days that I'd paid for
The receptionist was absolutely dithering and on another planet upon check in. It took forever
There were cockroaches in reception
I wouldn't mind some of these factors if it wasn't a complete rip off
No way will I stay here again

Where to start? This hotel is faultless.bvery modern, cosy well decorated, very clean. Everything about it is stunning. The restaurant for breakfast, the bar, the pool, the views, the rooms, lounges at reception. It is right in the centre if everything . On the beachfront. Lovely balconies . Supermarkets, shops all around as well as bars and restaurants all along the beach and waterfront. All with stunning views. Even a Tribute bar with acts every night! Boat ferries to 6 other resorts/playa. Glass Bottom Boat that goes to other bays. Brilliant bus service with Bus stop outside to Santa Eulalia and Ibiza Town. Buses every 20 minutes. Highly recommend this hotel.
