It's a nice and clean Hotel, however, nothing extremely special and four stars are a fairly kind category. Rooms are small but functional, open bathroom is unusual tho. Pool is rather small and no matter if on the base floor or rooftop, outlook is nowhere exciting. Prices in the pool bar are not cheap anymore, you can find better value for money close to the beach.
Positive is the variety and quality of breakfast and dinner, great presented by the very nice staff.

Good hotel. It's a bit of a walk to the beach, which isn't ideal in very hot weather. It's very German-oriented, but that wasn't a problem for us. Two drawbacks: buses stop in front of the hotel all day and night to drop off and pick up tourists, which can be quite noisy at night if you have a street-facing room, like we did. The beds creak like crazy when you or your partner turn over. That also makes for a poor night's sleep...unfortunately. But all in all, this hotel gets a solid 8 out of 10!

Very clean and nice property

Calm, clean, gentle service and a very nice breakfast with fresh fruits and a lot of different bread to choose between. I am not so fond of the solution of the bathroom, with glassdoors, that you cant shut properly, but you manage that too. A small refrigerator is a plus.

We had a nice week

I really think this hotel is great. Situated in a calm street, but still close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Main benefits: very nice and professional staff, great food in the restaurant, nice rooms and very clean everywhere. My favorite spot is the spacious roof top terrace with sunbeds and lounge/relax beds (big enough for two).

Good food, pleasant and helpful staff and very clean hotel but nowhere to sit indoors and read, no proper lighting for reading anywhere and very small rooms. The location of the hotel is good and it has two outdoor pools and one small indoor pool. No cosy bar, just an echoing large cafeteria style room.

I give One star because the guy from the restaurant is such a rude person.
In the morning, at 11:01 he came to our table while we were eating and saying that he gives us 10 minutes to leave the restaurant. Because the restaurant service is till 11:00.
In the evening, I took an orange with myself to eat it in the late evening and then he was telling us it is not allowed to take fruit out of the restaurant. I did not take the whole fruits with me!!! Apart from that, he was constantly passing by our table and looking at what we have or not. He is really creepy!
I think if this hotel wants to continue working they should reconsider this rude restaurant service!!!!!!

Three weeks from mid October to mid November- this year excellent time for three weeks in Mallorca. Hotel was situated on the calm street, no traffic noise. Rooms were kept very clean, beds were comfortable. Tv had many channels, Wi-Fi ok.Breakfast and dinner ( buffet) very good. Food was well made and safe, hygiene standards at a high level. Atmosphere friendly and relaxed, lobby and bar spacious. Easy and economic access to Palma town by bus. The thing I missed was a little bit of evening entertainment from 7-( 7) to 10 karaoke, discotheque music and "pista" for dancing.
