Just back from another fabulous week at this hotel. We have been coming her for 4 years and it never disappoints. Wonderful staff. Never do enough for you. The views are breathtaking and amazing sunsets, Rooms are fabulous well worth upgrading to a suite with sea view loads of room 2 wardrobes and separate sitting room. Food is great especially breakfast, so much choice and varied each day. Overall just an amazing hotel and staff. Highly recommend .

Lovely hotel, clean and calm atmosphere providing a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is in a great location to Santa ponsa (roughly 20 minute walk) and as guests staying for just breakfast included we throughly enjoyed the food choices but enjoyed the variety of going out on an evening. Would highly recommend to all friends and family. The only improvement I would note is the beds aren’t the most comfortable but if you like a harder mattress you will enjoy but not a massive thing just more to point out. Look forward to returning!

Just finished our holiday at punta del mar, absolutely loved every minute of it. Was an absolute pleasure to come to. Food & drinks were good, rooms clean and very spacious. The staff throughout the hotel are very friendly and so helpful. And the hotel is in such great and quiet location. Will be definitely coming back soon

We stayed at the Punta del Mar hotel in 2024 and were so happy with the experience that we went there again in September 2025 and have already booked again for September 2026. It’s a beautiful setting right on the Santa Ponca seafront. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The restaurant serves a fabulous range of food buffet style and on an evening you can enjoy spectacular sunsets. There is good quality entertainment each evening in the main lounge or the rooftop Blue Lounge bar. The reception, restaurant and bar staff are all really friendly and helpful. There are two decent size swimming pools and plenty of sunbeds around the pool area, so there’s no need to be putting towels out at dawn! If you wish, you can also take part in some lighthearted game’s activities during the day - bowls, archery etc. We were just happy to rest by the poolside, read books and chill out. Even in September, the temperatures were 28-30 degrees, which was hot enough for us. We would absolutely recommend the hotel as the ideal place for a relaxing break.

I would highly recommend this hotel. Its one of the best holidays I've had. The staff in the hotel are so lovely. The entertainment is really really good getting everyone involved. The young entertainment girl is fantastic so friendly like the rest of the staff they can't do enough for you . Rooms are immaculate and beautiful views from balcony. Would I go back 100% I would. Such a great hotel !

Front of house were extremely welcoming and accommodating when we arrived or had any queries. Very thoughtful gestures with a nice birthday card and chocolates. All staff were friendly, aswell as all the other people staying at the hotel that we spoke with. Room was lovely and would recommend watching the sunset atleast once from the blue bar

From the second we arrived at the hotel, we were made to feel welcome and truly special, like the staff were just there to help myself and my wife. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt encouraged to ask anything that would make our stay better for us. I struggle with mobility following a health issue and the hotel staff were all keen to help me as I needed it, without making me feel like an inconvenience or making a big deal out of it. Special mentions go to Luna on reception; Enrique, Andrea and Carmen in the restaurant; ridrigo, yasmina and Jose in the pool bar and to Marianna for her enthusiasm with regard to the entertainment. We spoke to so many others who had stayed at the hotel multiple times, we will be back
