Hotel Riu Palace Oasis in Maspalomas

Just home from this fabulous hotel.
Our room was great, beautifully decorated, overlooking the pool and sea.
We liked the gate that took you straight out to the beach.
The service was excellent from all the staff, from the lovely ladies who made up our rooms each day, to everyone on reception and in the restaurants.
We especially loved the 2 meals we took in the a la carte restaurants, really first class dining.
We definitely recommend and will be back.

Great hotel with a Staff that goes far and beyond for you, very clean room, great facilities, beautiful decorations during Christmas and New Year’s

Amazing hotel with tree pool areas and plenty of sun lounges, the park area is enormous with flowers and palm trees.
Friendly personnel, really nice rooms and good food, everything you need.
Gated hotel so the only entrance without a key card is through the main entrance.
The back gate is only a few meters from the sand at the beach, you will not get much closer to the beach than this.
DO NOT MISS TO EXPERIENCE THE SUNRISE DOWN AT THE BEACH!
I will come back again!

Second time that I’ve stayed at the Riu Palace Oasis, Maspalomas.

Will there be another visit in the future - undoubtedly.

The folk who work at the hotel are so very pleasant & many are downright kind. Those who serve at breakfast & dinner particularly stood out. The food was plentiful & the choice wide. My choices at breakfast and dinner were fresh, tasty & well cooked - thank you.

On arrival, my upgrade to a quiet & sunny room was super & I was extremely grateful - thank you. The room was lovely and spotlessly clean. I met the cleaning lady a few times - she was good natured and had a jolly disposition.

The gardens, once again, were a joy. The pools clean and accessible.

I didn’t use the safe in the room, which is now free - a bonus for those who wished to use the staff.

One suggestion for Riu - providing free water would be such a bonus and I’m sure the cost of water can be absorbed readily in to the cost of the stay.

The hotel’s location is well suited to enjoy walks & speedy access to the beach.

Thanks to the team at The Riu Palace Oasis. I had a super, quiet & relaxing stay. On my previous visit, my wife travelled with me. Next time I’m sure she will be on the trip, following yet another positive stay for me.

Our third stay in this wonderful hotel did again live up to high expectations.
Perfect location at the beach plus a spacious hotel lay-out that leaves both options: stay at hotel or utilise the surroundings. Great food offering at buffet and the two in-house restaurants. And the best: the staff, super friendly and helpful. The hotel appears also to have little staff fluctuation (happy employees), as we saw same staff in three years.

Cleaning too often. Sometimes no need to clean so often.

Highly recommend, we’ve visited twice given how good this hotel is, and we’ll definitely be returning again!

Brilliant stay! Staff were wonderful from the first moment. Half board food amazing! We had the private swim up pool, which was a lovely novelty. Only one thing was that the room safe shouldn't be an extra at this level of hotel but really, thats the only niggle.

Fantastic location with a rear access door directly onto the beach. Fantastic rooms with excellent room service & brilliant restaurant with lots of choice & variety of food. The resort is superb although probably more suited to older guests than those in their 20's.
Cannot fault the hotel or resort - 20th time here & will return- sadly not soon enough!

No ocean view. Our room view was of the parking area and approach to the hotel reception. Also view of the road to the beach. So a lot of people watching, if you are so inclined. The walk in shower was large enough to hold a family. The gardens are lovely for having a walk. The food selection was great and delicious.
