Me and my husband only stayed for 3 nights and we were so sad we had to leave after such a short period. But it was a perfect stay and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The entertainment team were absolutely amazing and I hope they get paid enough because they’re all extremely talented. Food was perfect. Our room was extremely spacious and clean. The beds were so comfortable! We didn’t go out the hotel much but unless you care about excursions you don’t really need to leave as the resort has a shop located right on the edge with everything you need. I had a massage at the spa too, and the spa staff we’re extremely welcoming and cheerful. The only downside was when we arrived the receptionist wasn’t very attentive nor smiley. And we did have to work out a lot of things ourselves, we were not provided with much information. But other than that I would give 4 stars out of 5 and would definitely go back!

Really good rooms laid out in very small single story blocks of two. Good facilities, bars and restaurants. Staff were very kind and helpful and particularly enjoyed morning yoga or pilates with Alejandro. Very good value

Currently staying at Cristobal. Only been here 4 days and already can say it’s one of the best places we’ve ever stayed as a family! The facilities are great, exactly what we were looking for. Staying bed and breakfast (would love to be A.I but takes us out of our price range), breakfast has always been nice. Lots of choice (inc traditional English fry up options), always being replenished or cooked fresh in front of you. Location is a bit lacking. There isn’t much to do close to the hotel. But the free bus to Maspalomas beach is a great bonus. Lots of tourist shops, restaurants, bars right on the sea. Our bungalow (047) is located half way between the main clubhouse/restaurant and the kids splash pools. Bungalow itself is lovely. No oven, just two hobs and a microwave. Housekeeping service is brilliant. Room is spotless every day we go back from the pool. Kids splash pool with slides and tipping buckets is heated - this is such a bonus! Bigger pool with bigger slide isn’t too bad once you’re in. There’s a HiperDino on site which is great. No trekking to a shop for bottled water/snacks/ice creams. The hotel has Emblem rooms, which look like they have their own garden area fenced off, would be brilliant for families with smaller kids who like to bolt off, they’d be penned in! We’d love to come back next time and upgrade to an Emblem room just for that as our boy likes to run off a lot! Would highly recommend this hotel. Travelled with Jet2, no problems at all.

Booked via Jet2, no problems at the airport or with transfers. Local carnival was on so had a short walk but guides made sure there were no problems (a little loud but its a carnival!) We were made welcome on arrival, the food and service was great, everywhere kept very clean, and had a generally very chilled atmosphere. The rooms were fine, and not too much noise, but we did not spend much time indoors. The Italian on the last night was also worth doing. The selection of food each day was great and even had fresh sushi one night. We also booked the dolphin boat trip and 4x4 tour, again both worth doing and the 4x4 tour was a great way to see the Island, although the sea was a little rough! A great week away would come again.

HD Parque Cristobel was in a good location, not too noisy but in easy reach of shops. I would have preferred nearer to seafront but there is a shuttle bus to take you to by the lighthouse and Melonares is lovely. The hotel had a good atmosphere, the staff were all delightful, pleasant and funny & so hard working. We had an emblem bungalow and it was great, kettle, hairdryer fantastic showers and padded sun bed just outside the door. The food was great for us, always something to tempt you, too much choice really, a good Mexican night, Asian night & Barbecue night all good value. Cleaners 6 days a week to a very high standard. Pool area and sun loungers jet washed everyday. All areas are so clean. The hotel has everything for young families but it was a bit noisy when dining at times & children running about. Food wasn’t that hot but we still enjoyed it. People with negative views are being too picky they need to pay more and go to the 5* hotels. Thankyou very much all at HDPH

The hotel was great. We loved that the rooms are all little bungalows and there is lots of grass around the kids can walk on. Pools are good but not heated if you have very little ones. Food good. My L1 fell and hit his head 1/2 an hour into us arriving and the staff were lovely! The private A&E is 10 mins away and we were sen straight away. So good location if you have health issues or kids. Walking distance to shops. There is a useful shop on site. The evening kids entertainment was good. A very child friendly place! Would recommend! Free bus to beach very good.

We have now been twice and will be going back again. The staff are wonderful, the food is great, always something tasty to eat. Always sun loungers available. The rooms are a great set up for someone in a wheelchair. I love this place

Just on my last day and enjoying a few hours of sun before my airport transfer. Had a great week, hotel is clean, gardens and communal areas are immaculate and the staff are all friendly. It's definitely a family orientated hotel but at this time of year it's quiet and perfect for solo travellers as well. Didn't venture into town but it's not far away and those I spoke to said the bars and resteraunts were very good and easy to get to. I opted for the Emblem package which gives you a few extras which are a nice touch. Without question the best part of my relaxing week here was the Emblem Resteraunt, you do need to book but it's straight forward and both breakfast and evening meals were very good with plenty of choice. The staff, Dunia, Antonio and Diane were excellent. They were attentive and friendly, respected my space as a solo traveller but at the same time knew when to chat and ask about my day, all 3 are a credit to the hotel. Would definitely recommend.

Great food, great people, great accommodation, weather not bad for December either, buses a bit dodgy, taxi good, friendly staff, well worth it and would defo come back. Emblem restaurant lovely x

They just don't use enough heat. The dough seems to be soggy, even with crisp edges.

Thin crust should be easy to get right.

But... this is the norm we see in Spanish pizzas. So I think the best bet is to drop pizza while in Spanish territories.

The general absence of spices in all food here makes for a really drab meal. Pizza with no punch is just tomato paste on a unsalted slab of cooked flour.

Not even sure this is a real Pizza Hut. Ordered a large Margherita on thin base, they bought out a deep pan instead. The sauce didn't even come close to the edge, there was about an extra inch past the crust that was just cheese. The only way it compared to real Pizza Hut was the incredibly oily base. Not many good pizza places around Playa Del Ingles, I'd avoid here.

Good value. We went on tuesday, you can get a nice takeaway pizza with 2 toppings for 3 euros. But don't plan to eat there, it is too hot.

Always busy pizzeria, well known among locals. Maybe it won't be the best pizza you tried but price is so friendly, pizza is nice, tasty and service is very good as well. Usual waiting time is about 10 minutes. Tuesday special offer is 2 pizzas 6 euros (caprichosas)
