RVHotels Sea Club Menorca in Cala'N Blanes

I have spent a week on vacation in a hotel, and honestly, it has been a truly horrible experience. To begin with, the hotel advertises itself as a 4-star establishment, which implies certain minimum services that are expected. They promise to have Wi-Fi, but the reality is that there is no connection whatsoever from the rooms. It is completely disappointing.

The odor emanating from the bathroom was simply repugnant, like that of a sewer. They offered us the "solution" of spraying some air freshener, which is quite insufficient and unprofessional. Furthermore, the cleaning service left much to be desired. On one occasion, we had to ask them to come back because the room was exactly the same as we had left it. They returned, but honestly, they did absolutely nothing.

We decided to go to the reception to present our complaint again, and the response we received was completely unacceptable. They shamelessly told us that if we didn't like what they offered, we could check out the next day and find another hotel. As if that were our responsibility! I have visited all kinds of hotels throughout my life, but I had never found myself in such a frustrating situation before.

We were deceived with an attractive price that included breakfast and dinner, but it all turned out to be a farce. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, not even in dreams. These kinds of experiences completely ruin a vacation and leave a bitter taste. It is regrettable to come across establishments that don't live up to their promises and try to justify their deficiencies in such an indifferent and arrogant manner.

In summary, my disappointment, anger, and dissatisfaction with this hotel are enormous. If you are thinking of staying here, I suggest you reconsider your choice. Save yourself time, money, and frustrations by looking for another place where you can enjoy your vacation without problems or deception.
