We went to the Condes on 28th September for 14 days we found the staff to be very good & the food was fine but what spoiled it for us was the room (605) it was very old furniture there was only one power point in the room under the TV & you couldn't put the balcony lights on. It's nice area location wise, you need a vechile to get in and out it to port of alcudia, its basic there, its just a posh hostel,, again you need a vechile to stay here as its 20 euro each way in and out in taxi! The bed clothes wjere just sheets!!!!

Beautiful place with breathtaking view, near picturesque old town of Alcudia. Truly the best breakfast! But the rooms...rather spartan. Just stayed there for a week with my wife and 3 kids, absolutely beautiful hotel. Our room was very spacious and clean. Everything worked as it should. Pool area was kept clean an tidy. Would definitely go back. The only down side is no hotel restaurant/bar. Highly recommend this place to stay. Staff were all helpful and welcoming too.

Nice apartment with a little kitchen - so perfect for low budget travellers that aim to cook at home. It’s a bit of a walk but totally fine (15 min).  All in all really recommendable.

Stayed here in August with my mum and little girl (3). From arrival to departure all the staff we met were excellent, on occasion going above and beyond for our needs. Ideal location close enough to everything while being slightly out of the way. Rooms were basic but suited our needs and had no issue with the cleanliness. We enjoyed our holiday so much we have booked again for next august.

We had a lovely stay at Siesta Apartments. The rooms were basic but very clean, with excellent air conditioning – perfect for cooling down after a day in the sun. Lovely Hotel, calm and perfect for families with kids - even it is an old building, it is in a good condition and very clean which is very important- beautiful pool area - shops ,beach resteurants within walking distance

We visited Sol de Alcudia during October half term and had a fantastic time. The Hotel was modern, spotlessly clean and the staff were so friendly. Food was really nice, particularly breakfast, and the catering staff and waiters worked really hard keeping things running smoothly. Special mention to Maria, who was so welcoming and helpful to us. This hotel was beautiful, so clean and in a good area where it was quiet but near to good restaurants, bars and the beach. It was a lovely friendly place and we were made to feel so welcome by everybody there. Had a wonderful stay at this well oiled machine of a hotel. Stayed here for the 3rd time and still so Nice and quiet place.

Nice small and quiet place. The apartments are small but they work well and are well equipped. the pool is small but you can walk to the beach in 2 minutes. The only big minus is that we have had both shoes and clothes stolen from the clothes rack on the terrasse , so it is recommended not to have anything of value left outside.

The location is excellent. The beach near by is so pretty! The unit we stayed at needs to be updated. Great customer service

Very nice Hotel, but not perfect

Currently still here till tomorrow,love it,its clean and tidy the pools are lovely and our apartment has everything you need,close to the beach and shop's. Will definitely come again. Only down side is the food its really nice but not very hot. The staff are absolutely lovely and looked after us really well. We have loved our time here.

The reception is not in the hotel itself but around the corner. But it's not a problem. The room was nice, but the sink in the open room was a bit strange. You can sit quietly in the small inner courtyard and let the evening come to an end.

We got the room that is coming out through the patio and the truth is we consider the best located. Cleaning ok, jacuzzi ok. Beautiful and elegant hotel, with great windows annd boutique style in absolutely amazing location! Don’t miss the rooftop terrace as you see over the whole area with the sea on two sides and the mountains on the others. Very clean and extremely kind host & service! We’ll come back for sure!

The staff at Fonda Llabrés make us feel like family, even with a group of 14! The location is super central and the rooftop has some of the best views in Alcúdia. They offer a great breakfast, rooms are clean and modern, and check-in was smooth. We will be back!
