Just stayed there for a week with my wife and 3 kids, absolutely beautiful hotel. Our room was very spacious and clean. Everything worked as it should. Pool area was kept clean an tidy. Would definitely go back. The only down side is no hotel restaurant/bar. Highly recommend this place to stay. Staff were all helpful and welcoming too.

Nice apartment with a little kitchen - so perfect for low budget travellers that aim to cook at home. It’s a bit of a walk but totally fine (15 min).  All in all really recommendable.

Stayed here in August with my mum and little girl (3). From arrival to departure all the staff we met were excellent, on occasion going above and beyond for our needs. Ideal location close enough to everything while being slightly out of the way. Rooms were basic but suited our needs and had no issue with the cleanliness. We enjoyed our holiday so much we have booked again for next august.

Back for the 3. time. Whauu what an upgrade to the hotel. Rooms, pool area, restaurant, outdoor areas totally refurbished. Thanks to all staff for giving us a great week in the "new" hotel. We will be back.

Breakfast was good, lunch snacks were brilliant. We were all inclusive so had as much as we wanted, Victor on the front desk was brilliant and couldn't do enough. Top notch. ❤️

We went all inclusive and it was the best choice, food and snack bar is amazing, the drink bar is also got a lot of options for alcohol and alcohol free drinks for children. View is amazing especially on the higher floors, rooms are cozy and comfy, big beds, nice bathroom. Worth the money.

Rooms were good apart from if you want a bath (they don't have any rooms/apartments with baths). Pool, gym etc close at 7pm which is very limiting. Pilates in morning was really the only activity for us and rep was really good but the place provides no mats or anything so leaves us with a certain impression. Staff is very nice. Location is ok, perfect for the price (120€/night). You can find parking spot on the street every time of the day. A lot of restaurants and shops nearby. You can walk to the Port de Alcudia. Also to the Alcudia if you don't mind walking.

Location and service are great. Breakfast (extra charge) is amazing! Rooms are bright and clean, we got lucky to get a pool view room, and yes the rooms have a balcony. We booked Forum Hotel for 5 Day of Road Cycling in Mallorca as two friends. 1. Damian was a great and helpful guy! He gifted my parner a bottle of wine for her birthday! Also managed to secure us another room due to us wanting to extent our stay.. highly recommended! Perfectly clean and and a perfect atmosphere. Spar was also really nice and relaxing.

Just home from our holiday at solecito apartments and going to book again for next year. This is a great place and Andy and the staff can't do enough for you. Place is spotless everything at your doorstep from shops to the bus into harbour which is stunning cant wait to come back

The hotel is a small, cozy, and quiet hotel located in the heart of Alcudia's old town. We had a small, clean room with everything we needed. A good breakfast was served in a restaurant not far from the hotel.

We unexpectedly spent four nights in the family room. I'd like to address the previously written reviews, as they made me feel a bit apprehensive. SPOILER ALERT: there's no need to feel apprehensive! The reception is not in the hotel itself but around the corner. But it's not a problem. The room was nice, but the sink in the open room was a bit strange. You can sit quietly in the small inner courtyard and let the evening come to an end.

We got the room that is coming out through the patio and the truth is we consider the best located. Cleaning ok, jacuzzi ok. Beautiful and elegant hotel, with great windows annd boutique style in absolutely amazing location! Don’t miss the rooftop terrace as you see over the whole area with the sea on two sides and the mountains on the others. Very clean and extremely kind host & service! We’ll come back for sure!

Stayed here for the 3rd time and still so Nice and quiet place.

Nice small and quiet place. The apartments are small but they work well and are well equipped. the pool is small but you can walk to the beach in 2 minutes. The only big minus is that we have had both shoes and clothes stolen from the clothes rack on the terrasse , so it is recommended not to have anything of value left outside.

Very good hotel. Clean and very cozy. I didn't want to go home and now I miss the hotel, delicious food and very pleasant and smiling staff (and champagne at breakfast). And you also have a man working at the bar who looks a lot like the famous actor - Jay Hernandes (you can't take your eyes off him). I recommend this hotel 100% and I will gladly come back for another vacation.

Booked hotel on recommendation from travel agent. Hotel was lovely very clean and spacious. Our room had a lovely pool view twin beds shower, towels changed every day bed was also made daily which was lovely. Buffet for breakfast and dinner lots of choice ( I’m very fussy) but more than enough to eat. Overall a great week in a very good hotel.
