Where to stay in Alcudia

I had low expectations of this place given some of the reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised by it. It's excellent value for money, the food is fantastic, the service is very good, there is so much for kids to do, parents can actually relax. Location is ok. Hotel have busses running a few times a day to beach and back. Rooms are OK let's be honest all you need is a half comfortable bed and shower you should not be spending time in room . Staff was great. Pretty isolated from most things without a rental car. There were buses constantly running but it wasnt real easy to navigate the bus routes to get around.

Everything in the hotel is fine. Lot of facilities. Not a place where you can lay on the beach. Too small and next to a busy road. Mosquitos in the park deliver discomfort.

Great stay - kids loved the pool area and the bedroom for 4 was fine for a young family. Buffet is as you would expect for an all-inclusive package, but the grill restaurant (extra cost) was delicious on the 1 night we had it. Location is fine, in between Porte Pollencia and Alcudia, but plenty of bus and taxi services available to get you where you want to go.

Fantastic holiday in Ciudad Blanca!! The staff were very friendly and attentive at all times. The food was delicious and there was plenty of variety. The hotel is very old, and the "sea view apartment" doesn't actually have a sea view at all. The bed creaks, and the curtains don't block out light. The receptionist has a heavy English accent and is not very friendly. The all-inclusive drinks are watered down, which is a major drawback. The only redeeming quality is that the staff at the restaurant's grilling meat window are very friendly.

Very nice (all inclusive) hotel near the beach and main road with all shops in Alcúdia. Great staff that make your stay pleasant, specially the bar staff (Sarah (Malibu special!), Nico and others). We have just returned from a 5day stay from this hotel. We stayed on the third floor, and went all inclusive. The staff were friendly upon arrival. As soon as we entered the hotel room there was an awful smell that was repulsive. We told several cleaners but from start to finish of our stay the smell got worse and lingered. The children mentioned that there wasn’t much food selection.

Came for 10 days, was upgraded on arrival. Couldn't fault the apartment it was brill. Everything clean, and everything needed to cook. The maid service was exceptional very polite and friendly. Absolutely a great place!! This was the second time I was there with my kids and grandchildren; all appreciated it this time as the previous time. Just back from a week at this hotel, and have to say it was brilliant, hotel very clean, staff great, kids loved the kids club and couldn't get them out of the pool. We had amazing stay in the hotel last weekend (4nights) in seaview rooms. Hotel is situated in quiet location with wonderful views! Rooms are very clean and contemporary! Breakfast provided wide choice with cava served to breakfast which was nice add on. Swimming pools clean and not busy. And most importantly, staff was just lovely and helpful. We really enjoyed our seven-night stay at Inmood Aucanda. We had a rear-facing room, so no sea view, but we had a nice peaceful terrace with chairs. The hotel is located a 20 minute walk into Alcudia. The hotel has a small mini bus thats free to the Harbour, runs 4 times a day. The hotel has a modern feel to it, recently refurbished. I've been in three 4 star hotels during my trip and Viva was the best. What I liked was a lot of space in the studio rooms. Felt like I live in my own apartment for a while. Just got back from one of the best family holidays we have had. We as a family have never done all inclusive or stayed at the viva sunrise but wow I was blown away by all staff at the hotel. Everything was more or less perfect except sound isolation between the flats. Because of the tile floor in all the room you can clearly hear whenever your neighbour is moving the chair og something else on the floor. And that happens as well as at day time and at night.

Being our third year in a row holidaying in Majorca we decided to go North to Alcudia and The Bordoy hotel, it did not disappoint at all, lovely room cleaned everyday during our 7 days, great food and options, good drinks avaliable all day, the staff were so friendly, helpful and a real laugh. The Spa was a welcome surprise which we used everyday! Would return next year for sure!!!

Fantastic hotel! Very chill! Beautiful food, clean, tidy, comfortable rooms, which were cleaned to an high standard each day. Checking in was also possible after checking online beforehand. I was very grateful for that, so the reception deserves a big compliment! Stayed here for a week from late September to October '25. We were with our newborn son, two other couples and their children. We had the best time - the hotel staff are all attentive, there's plenty to occupy the kids & the rooms were excellent. If you've got a young family this is the place for you.
