Can Vent Boutique Hotel in Alcudia

The room 504 have a strange window on the stairs. Everytime somebody go through the stairs it light up the room...
This huge window have a glass door which does not close properly and therefore the mosquito go through and make a nightmare from your night.
The air conditioner is a part of this nightmare! Each time it turns on it makes a tractor sounds...
At the breakfast you don't even get an hello from the staff. It's pretty sad to not feel welcome.

The jacuzzi water was brown and cold, the stairs were dirty, the televisions were very old, the minibar was dirty, and there were no anti-slip measures.

The room was very small and poorly laid out. A sink in the room practically next to the bed. Television not working. Poor cleaning. I don't recommend its use. It boasts of being a 4 star but honestly it could display ONE.

I rarely write reviews, but for this hotel I want to warn potential guests. At first glance, the boutique hotel looks stylish and is equipped with nice design gimmicks (various glass elements, industrial charm). With a price of over 150 euros per night and the pictures on the website, we had hoped for a nice hotel. At the reception we were taken from the really attractive main building to another building on a side street. Fine on the outside, the inside revealed a tiny, shabby and poorly designed room. As soon as you entered it smelled strongly of mold, which didn't improve even after several hours of use of the air conditioning (also very old). The ceiling was already warped everywhere from the moisture, the fittings in the internal bathroom without a vent were broken and flooded the whole room. When we went to bed in the evening, we noticed a strong smell of urine. We reported to the front desk and asked for a new room. We were told that the hotel was fully booked and that we should try again the next day. After a very uncomfortable night there was still no solution the next morning. It was only when I asked to cancel the room for the next night so we could look for a new hotel that they took care of it. After the receptionist reluctantly organized a solution with the words "I don't think it's that bad", another room miraculously became available for us - in the main building, well ventilated and in perfect condition. Stay away from the neighboring house!
