But the best thing is the bed so comfortable memory foam = good night's sleep. Worst thing long queues and having to pay for loungers and drinks at waterpark

I had low expectations of this place given some of the reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised by it

Was my first all inclusive holiday and I'm still shocked at how much was included like the endless milkshakes ice creams and slushies for kids

It's excellent value for money, the food is fantastic, the service is very good, there is so much for kids to do, parents can actually relax. Some of the comments about guests are in my experience misplaced

It might get rowdier in July and August and I wasn't up late at night, but for an all inclusive family holiday in June; you won't do better

Bars were quick and easy and my daughter's loved going up to their own kids bar and getting drinks, ice creams and ice pops

Being able to unwind with a swim or a sauna session made a huge difference in managing stress during the trip. The location, set between the bay and natural park, added an extra level of peace and beauty

We had a wonderful time at this hotel and we couldn't be happier with our choice. From the very beginning, the staff were exceptional, always friendly and willing to help, which made our stay so much more pleasant

The entertainment for children throughout the day was ideal; my children didn't miss a single mini disco! The room was spacious and very clean every day! We'll be back soon, thank you for a very enjoyable week!!

The all-inclusive drinks are watered down, which is a major drawback. The only redeeming quality is that the staff at the restaurant's grilling meat window are very friendly

The Animatiol Team is very good,and the Kahoot‘s every evening is very Funny! We Come Here every year since 15 years and Andrej is very Friendly! Martin is the Best service Boy he remember us every year since we were little children!

Very nice (all inclusive) hotel near the beach and main road with all shops in Alcúdia. Great staff that make your stay pleasant, specially the bar staff (Sarah (Malibu special!), Nico and others)

The best of the hotel - though - is the staff. All of the staff are great! They always their best. Special mention to Saray Munoz, her smile is contagious. Nothing is too much trouble and make sure we felt at home!

The buffet was very good - something for everyone and different options everyday. 5 minute walk to the beach and 20-30 minute walk along beach to bars, restaurants etc

Came for 10 days, was upgraded on arrival. Couldn't fault the apartment it was brill. Everything clean, and everything needed to cook. The maid service was exceptional very polite and friendly

We stayed self catering, wouldn't recommend all inclusive as the food was pretty average and there are quite a few decent, reasonably priced restaurants within walking distance

The bar shuts fairly early, not a problem for us but wouldn't suit others. Also the main bar staff are pretty slow and not the friendliest. Unlike the pool bar staff who are great

Had a day/night in the hotel to enjoy the spa. We went all inclusive, first time I've ever tried AI. I was pleasantly surprised! Food was good and hot, the wine was good

If you are staying all inclusive you’re most likely to stay in your hotel for the free bar - so the choice of bingo or karaoke is a bit lacklustre - other hotels have entertainment such as Elvis impersonators and other entertainers from the main strip

The all inclusive food is and there’s lots of choice. The bike storage and work shop is a fantastic amenity if you’re in Mallorca to ride your bike. My only gripe is the evening entertainment

The room had a shaving kit, dentist kit, cleaning sponge and a comb for free in the bathroom and an AC. I would recommend to stay there with All-inclusive

Really nice hotel, with very friendly staff, food was excellent wide choice and fresh food, and service was fantastic, the WiFi was great which made streaming very easy, everything was very clean and covid safe, house keeping was very good and the cookies were very nice 👍

They have a lot of activities for everyone who wants to do something for example rifle shooting, bow shooting, darts, aqua fit and more. And for children they had painting shirts, dances, a whole playground for them

Hotel is situated in quiet location with wonderful views! Rooms are very clean and contemporary! Breakfast provided wide choice with cava served to breakfast which was nice add on. Swimming pools clean and not busy

So as maybe a solution to that the hotel could maybe get fibre Wi-Fi which can house a lot more people, but other than that the hotel is outstanding and I would encourage you to go there on you next holiday, it's a beautiful place

Noise you can barely hear anything in the rooms. Don’t get me started on the food. Cheap, and “W” the receptionists love them

It’s buffet style meals with waiters to seat you, they fight the coffee machines in the morning to keep them going but come evening service they take drinks orders and provide a super efficient bussing service

After breakfast you can chose a walk passed à local Spar shop (you have a fridge in your room) down passed thé beautiful golf course, along the waterside, down to the local beach & woodlands or turn the other way & go passed all the local characterful houses

The bus stop is near the Spar shop & another hotel ànd you can venture all over the island, with one change you can get to Palma. We didn’t get outside Alcudia there were so many places to visit easily by bus

Great value hotel in a great location. 5 mins walk to beach. Loads of restaurants and pubs nearby even in off season. Cold pool. Really clean room with nice balcony with a sunset view over the mountains. Would recommend

Just got back from one of the best family holidays we have had. We as a family have never done all inclusive or stayed at the viva sunrise but wow I was blown away by all staff at the hotel

The entertainment team really are the best they get involved with the children and for a parent with a child who has struggles they really put in the effort and even got her dancing and joining in which was amazing to see

The rooms are spacious and absolutely spotless, they are cleaned down daily and once you leave they are steam cleaning the whole room. I really could not fault this hotel or the staff on anything…

I've been in three 4 star hotels during my trip and Viva was the best. What I liked was a lot of space in the studio rooms. Felt like I live in my own apartment for a while

The pool area, along with the bar & games area were brilliant. We loved our morning pool family stretches with Francesco. The buffet breakfast was probably the best we've ever had

Everything was more or less perfect except sound isolation between the flats. Because of the tile floor in all the room you can clearly hear whenever your neighbour is moving the chair og something else on the floor

overall a nice hotel withgood food ,excellant staff ,no real qualms ,might go back next year but a couple of weeks earlier as the hotel had started to wind down for the winter break

Everything was perfect, I couldn‘t ask for a better stay! The employees, the rooms, the breakfast buffet and the pool area were absolutely fine and their covid-policy was amazing, I felt totally safe the entire stay

Being our third year in a row holidaying in Majorca we decided to go North to Alcudia and The Bordoy hotel, it did not disappoint at all, lovely room cleaned everyday during our 7 days, great food and options, good drinks avaliable all day, the staff were so friendly, helpful and a real laugh

Booked last minute and this hotel exceeded my expectations. Staff were so friendly the interiors were simple fresh and just lovely, breakfast was good, location was perfect for the beach restaurants and the old town

Breakfast was nice with a good selection. The food in the buffet restaurant was ok, the food in the restaurants was very nice. We stayed 5 nights and was allowed 3 restaurant bookings with our half board

Drinks are very expensive €8 for a basic whiskey. The location of the hotel is lovely. 5-10mins walk to Alcudia port and beach. 15 minute walk to old Alcudia town, which was surprisingly lovely

The à la carte restaurants were better, although unfortunately, I did experience a bout of food poisoning after having sushi one evening - (although granted this could just be my stomach)

Lovely location with good access to beach and local sites. Buffet breakfast a bit of a bun fight with lots of small children running wild and constantly cold and tasteless coffee. Good selection apart from that

We also really enjoyed the cabanas over the water, which were a great place to relax during the day (providing the kids weren't running over the foam float at the time) The hotel is clearly very family-oriented — extremely child-friendly, to the point where it felt more like a family holiday destination than a couple’s getaway

The reception was magnificient. The food and beverage staff took very well care with of us. thank you to the wonderful public relations Magda for asking if it's everything fine. We don't doubt that we come back again!

The rooms were clean and comfortable — simple but everything we needed — and the beds were great, which made a big difference after active days out. One of the highlights for us was the separate pool area

It was much quieter than the main pool, and we really appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, especially with a little one. Our apartment had a spacious terrace which was great for relaxing in the evenings

We’d absolutely recommend Palm Garden to other families looking for a laid-back, family-friendly place in Alcúdia. We’d love to come back someday!

The beach is just a short walk away — less than five minutes even with a stroller — and the location overall is really convenient for families

We have stayed Alua in Palma before and thats why chose Alua Alcudia again but I think hotels are not the same

We liked its location and the restaurant. The shower in the room was excellent

We had enjoyed our stay in Palma but this time the hotel was so loudy , even heart next room’s phone call; that was so unconfortable

Only two things could be improved: the light in the corridor is so strong at night that it shines through the cracks between the doors into the room and it is too bright

The hotel met our expectations. The room was very clean, the breakfast was very rich and tasty, the service was great. The hotel deserves the highest rating

We go abroad twice a year and have never had to pay for the room safe but at the Condes it was 76 euro for 2 weeks which is robbery also it was a safe with a key which means there must be a spare key in case you lose yours so it is not 100% secure most hotels have digital safes so you enter a 4 digit number of your choice

The food- this is what I was most skeptical about especially having an allergy. Any member of staff you ask will help you and will tell you what is in the food

We went to the Condes on 28th September for 14 days we found the staff to be very good & the food was fine but what spoiled it for us was the room (605) it was very old furniture there was only one power point in the room under the TV & you couldn't put the balcony lights on

Despite having to follow a gluten free diet, I found something to eat at every meal. The salads were to a very good international standard but some of the hot food lacked any discernible flavour and looked tired

I am currently on day 6 of a 7 day all inclusive holiday here at Globalis Condes De Alcudia. I have tongive an honest review after reading some of the negative reviews. This is a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location

Evening meals, we mostly choose vegetarian of which there are numerous options. It's location across the road from the beach and 5 min walk to marina is ideal. The old town bus stops outside the door

Currently still here till tomorrow,love it,its clean and tidy the pools are lovely and our apartment has everything you need,close to the beach and shop's. Only down side is the food its really nice but not very hot
