Rooms were good apart from if you want a bath (they don't have any rooms/apartments with baths). Pool, gym etc close at 7pm which is very limiting. Pilates in morning was really the only activity for us and rep was really good but the place provides no mats or anything so leaves us with a certain impression. I think it's poor they provide no drinking water for guests. Location wise it's a small walk to the beach but much further to the port d'alcudia which is worth going to and has everything there you'd want. Overall not bad though, just probably not got enough benefits to book again.

Breakfast was good, lunch snacks were brilliant. We were all inclusive so had as much as we wanted, Victor on the front desk was brilliant and couldn't do enough. Top notch. ❤️

We went all inclusive and it was the best choice, food and snack bar is amazing, the drink bar is also got a lot of options for alcohol and alcohol free drinks for children. View is amazing especially on the higher floors, rooms are cozy and comfy, big beds, nice bathroom. Worth the money.

Staff is very nice. Location is ok, perfect for the price (120€/night).
You can find parking spot on the street every time of the day.
A lot of restaurants and shops nearby. You can walk to the Port de Alcudia. Also to the Alcudia if you don't mind walking.

Location and service are great. Breakfast (extra charge) is amazing! Rooms are bright and clean, we got lucky to get a pool view room, and yes the rooms have a balcony. Elevators work, so does AC and wifi (even by the pool). The bar pool is a nice plus and not expensive. The sangria for 3 euro is awesome (not watered down).
Very family oriented, nice guests and not loud (no music parties).
The only downside is the room size is very small and the kitchenette is tiny with not enough utensils/tools to prepare food. Please add more such as a cutting board, more knives, more cooking utensils.
24 hour receptionist service makes me feel safe.

Food isn't the best. You have all inclusive but you can't order anything because nobody is at the bar and you have to wait 20 minutes for a coke. Some of the staff are unfriendly. And you still have to pay for a lot of things even if you have All Inklusive. Location is quite good and the beach is nice. Rooms are okay but old fashioned.

-FILTHY rooms - hairs in bed, under bed, blood on balcony tiles, dirty cupboards, dirty cutlery, archaic kitchenette, broken kettle
-Overcharged £100 for paying in my home currency and not in Euros, they wouldn't refund me after pleading for the duration of my holidays.
-Rude reception staff especially Rosa and Michael the Manager - awful customer service.
-no music, no entertainment, nothing for kids. A soulless, joyless place that was depressing to return to each day
-Extremely uncomfortable beds with springs jutting out everywhere, literally 20 years old. Big mistake to come here as a pregnant woman as am returning with lack of sleep, sore arms and hips and bitten to shreds by mosquitos. Mosquitos love standing water and this awful place is right next to a long body of standing water so beware!
-dated decor needs updating
-food was poor and uninspiring. The same thing every day. Little do the hotel know that I and my family ate in the restaurant every day - Breakfast and dinner - in order to recoup the money they scammed from me. Unfortunately it was sub-par but still, I got something back from them.
