Stayed at this hotel recently. Nice hotel. Very clean. Buffet not great. Breakfast only OK and dinner poor. Barfood Nice and drinks Nice. My only complaint is we stayed for 2 weeks and gad to use the same pool towels for the 2 weeks. You are not allowed to change them unless you pay 5e a towel. It's ridiculous after paying 4000 euro to stay there.

Very good experience in Alcudia, the pool of the hotel is litterally on the beach. Everything is great and every member of the staff is here to kindly help you. The buffet (morning and dinner) is very good too with a good day to day variation. Accommodates "salty" inclinations and also the sweety ones.

I have been staying at this hotel once or twice a year for over 10 years. It has a very loyal customer base and most consider the management and staff their friends. This year it’s been different, apparently the hotel is going to be refurbished and prices for 2026 have rocketed, no one that I spoke to has rebooked for next year which is very unusual. We stayed for a fortnight with half board, room was adequate with decent beds and decent toilet/shower facilities, however distinct lack of sockets in the room. I had a very good experience at this hotel. Staff even helped me charge and store my electric bike. Everything was clean, well ventilated and comfortable. The pick-up personal laundry service was a nice plus

I have been to many hotels in diffrent countries they weren't like Panormic Alcudia, the stuff were very polite and helpful ,they never hesitate helping and leading you ,food was really great different meals and many choices, the restaurant clean.They clean the room every day. i like the set up of the hotel...people are free and the beach with the chairs outside is everything...as the sun sets you see people fishing and some are on vacation , bonding with their loved once. It is my 4th visit now :-)

We had a very pleasant stay at Prinsotel Mal Pas, everything from start to finish was first class. We particularly liked the quiet and calm vibe of the hotel, as well as the attentiveness of all the staff. I would highly recommended a stay here if you are looking to relax.

It was WOW!!! I loved everything! Roomes are comfortable, territory of hotel is miraculously beautiful, food is excellent! Had a fabulous 10 days here. We stayed B&B, breakfast had plenty of options hot and cold. Had a fantastic room (junior suite) with a beautiful roof terrace! Always kept clean. Views were gorgeous, pool quiet, clean and relaxing. Reception were helpful, bar staff great and the 2 of the 3 meals we had on an evening were really tasty. Stayed here for a night before heading to our main accommodation. Very nice family room with a comfortable sofa bed for the kids. Nice decor, recently refurbished I would imagine. Breakfast was excellent with buffet and menu options, both of which were included in our room rate. Our room had a sea view, but it's a rocky shoreline rather than beach - but very scenic.

It is a relatively small hotel (compared to other hotels in the area), which gives it a very calm and serene feel. It was okay but reception should have been more friendly. The woman at reception does not seem to care about the guests. It is like you are disturbing her.

A fine, small hotel right at the entrance to the old town. We particularly liked the cleaning service (fresh bedding and towels during the week) and the small terrace, where the delicate aromas from the restaurant below made us want to eat. A dynamic, professional, and efficient service team!

We had four wonderful nights, a stunning upstairs terrace, and a lovely, cozy room. Breakfast is served at the bar across the street, and the dinners are also excellent.

Very nice location in the middle of the old center

We spent five days here to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. Lovely little room with an enormous bathroom. Although we were out of season we still enjoyed ourselves blending in with the locals. Breakfast was served in the restaurant next door.

We had to find somewhere to stay last minute which was affordable so picked this place. It is centrally located in the Old Town and we stayed in what i assume is the cheapest room. The room on first impressions was quite cute for the price but the bathroom was the smallest we have ever seen. My Husband and I stayed here just after reopening for our honeymoon and it was lovely. It wasn't our planned honeymoon but none the less was absolutely gorgeous! The staff were so helpful in the COVID-19 guidance and supportive for paperwork to get us home. Good facilities, though not perfect and lovely entertainment!

Lovely clean hotel. Island was perfect for adults not wanting involved in pool/kids entertainment at main pool. Within walking distance of shops, beach (hotel gives free lifts if needed)and restaurants. Food was varied and nice but definitely could have been warmer ( I found the microwave so used it heat meals). Shop onsite but not open every day.

Lovely clean rooms and nice peaceful location although for anyone struggling to walk the beach might be too far, the hotel does offer a shuttle to the beach. Based on the price we paid this is easily a 5 star review. People leaving lower reviews seem to be expecting a 4 or 5 star hotel. Food is good, absolutely loads of options and variety. First time we have stayed at this hotel however we will return. The staff go above and beyond to make you welcome. All areas are spotless as staff are constantly cleaning. The food is delicious and very fresh. It's a beautiful hotel with a warm feel to it. We love it and will be returning .

This is a lovely hotel in the old town, because this is a pedestrian zone you do gave to carry your bags to the hotel, just a heads up if that is an issue. The rooms are small but well appointed, the staff very helpful. Would definitely book again.

Nice boutique hotel Second time we stayed at this lovely boutique hotel. The location in Alcúdia old town couldn’t be better, surrounded with historical sites, shops and restaurants. The famous market in Old Alcúdia on Tuesdays and Sundays is just around the corner.

The staff was incredible! The were so helpful and made us feel at home during our 10 day stay. I cannot recommend ARA Alcudia enough!

Stayed here on a last minute getaway to Mallorca in Oct 2018. The location was only a few minutes walk from the centre and free overnight parking on the edge of town. The staff were friendly and gave us some local tips. Rooms had a lovely old school Spanish feel and were clean. The inside courtyard the perfect place to enjoy the amazing homemade breakfast!

We have stayed Alua in Palma before and thats why chose Alua Alcudia again but I think hotels are not the same. We had enjoyed our stay in Palma but this time the hotel was so loudy , even heart next room’s phone call; that was so unconfortable.And hotel looks like more comfy on the photos but it has only small pool and not big and nice as looks.

Good hotel with superb location

It is an excellent hotel. We liked its location and the restaurant. The room was clean. The shower in the room was excellent. We especially liked that on the departure date, the hotel allowed us to use a special room with a shower and the possibility of changing clothes. Wi-fi worked well. The only problem was that the air conditioner did not work properly and did not cool down the room.

It's definitely a hotel worth recommending, especially in Alcudia, but the service in the kitchen is unfortunately a bit poor! Plates aren't cleared away immediately, for example?!!!!! I could name several more examples...

Great hotel, it was our third or fourth stay. Right in front of the beach, very convenient and all the rooms have some sort of beach view from the balcony. We didn't stay there, but did eat there. Best steak I have had in a very long time. From the street the entrance was very unpretentious, but we were rewarded with very cozy and shaded courtyard.

This room was incredible. We stayed in the Eivisssa room. It was on the first floor and had a balcony that opened up to the courtyard. The room was super clean. The bed was magical. Clean and tidy for a basic type of hotel, very convenient to ferry port. Friendly staff, hotel does not have a restaurant but there are plenty close by. Hotel does not have own parking but large carpark opposite, so everything vey convenient.
