Booked last minute and this hotel exceeded my expectations. Staff were so friendly the interiors were simple fresh and just lovely, breakfast was good, location was perfect for the beach restaurants and the old town. I can’t wait to return again

Being our third year in a row holidaying in Majorca we decided to go North to Alcudia and The Bordoy hotel, it did not disappoint at all, lovely room cleaned everyday during our 7 days, great food and options, good drinks avaliable all day, the staff were so friendly, helpful and a real laugh. The Spa was a welcome surprise which we used everyday! Would return next year for sure!!!

After a shaky start to our holiday which included late flights and a long day of travelling, we finally arrived at the hotel. Stayed here for a week from late September to October '25. We were with our newborn son, two other couples and their children. Location rating is quite dependant on the type of traveler, it's a little remote, so if you wish to go to the port every day, it's a bit far. But it is a quiet area. Food has been good, they switch the dinner buffet every night, haven't been disappointed so far. Everything seems clean and staff has been helpful and friendly. Very nice hotel. We had our honeymoon here. Our room had the view over the poolarea and the ocean. Nice and spacious room. Nice poolarea with just a few steps to the ocean. The hotel and staff were a joy, and the food was wonderful, the hotel was very clean. The pool was never busy and we always got a sunbed. A fine, small hotel right at the entrance to the old town. We particularly liked the cleaning service (fresh bedding and towels during the week) and the small terrace, where the delicate aromas from the restaurant below made us want to eat. A dynamic, professional, and efficient service team!

Beautiful hotel....love anything in old town

We had four wonderful nights, a stunning upstairs terrace, and a lovely, cozy room. Breakfast is served at the bar across the street, and the dinners are also excellent.

This is a lovely hotel in the old town, because this is a pedestrian zone you do gave to carry your bags to the hotel, just a heads up if that is an issue. The rooms are small but well appointed, the staff very helpful. Would definitely book again.

Nice boutique hotel Second time we stayed at this lovely boutique hotel. The location in Alcúdia old town couldn’t be better, surrounded with historical sites, shops and restaurants. The famous market in Old Alcúdia on Tuesdays and Sundays is just around the corner.

The staff was incredible! The were so helpful and made us feel at home during our 10 day stay. I cannot recommend ARA Alcudia enough!

We have stayed Alua in Palma before and thats why chose Alua Alcudia again but I think hotels are not the same. We had enjoyed our stay in Palma but this time the hotel was so loudy , even heart next room’s phone call; that was so unconfortable.And hotel looks like more comfy on the photos but it has only small pool and not big and nice as looks.

Good hotel with superb location

It is an excellent hotel. We liked its location and the restaurant. The room was clean. The shower in the room was excellent. We especially liked that on the departure date, the hotel allowed us to use a special room with a shower and the possibility of changing clothes. Wi-fi worked well. The only problem was that the air conditioner did not work properly and did not cool down the room.

It's definitely a hotel worth recommending, especially in Alcudia, but the service in the kitchen is unfortunately a bit poor! Plates aren't cleared away immediately, for example?!!!!! I could name several more examples...

Lovely, romantic, authentic place. Private terrace for sunning. Rooftop terrace for byo sunset drinks. No elevator, and check-in person as well as included breakfast are at restaurant down the street.

We stayed for 2 nights on our cycling trip. Raffael the hotel manager was absolutely wonderful, he could not do enough for us, and always greeted us with a warm welcome, all the staff were great. The hotel is in a great location within the historical centre. Rooms were very spacious and clean, our room had a spa. The buffet breakfast was excellent with lots to choose from.

Easy Check-in. Kind Hosts. Good Location. The hotel and room were really nice. The only I can say that was not so pleasant was when we arrived home late at night one night we found a cockroach in the hallway and one in our bathroom. When we told the hosts they were aware and said they already spray for them. We know this is also somewhat normal for the island.

Very nice location in the middle of the old center

We spent five days here to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. Lovely little room with an enormous bathroom. Although we were out of season we still enjoyed ourselves blending in with the locals. Breakfast was served in the restaurant next door.

Another hidden gem. Tucked away in the side streets of old Alcudia is Hotel Can Pere and its restaurant. A lovely small (romantic) courtyard. We had the seafood paella and mixed (x6) tapas from the specials board with a jug of sangria all for under 50 euros, bargain! Everything was great, from the service, the food, the atmosphere and setting. Highly recommended.

It's nice area location wise, you need a vechile to get in and out it to port of alcudia, its basic there, its just a posh hostel,, again you need a vechile to stay here as its 20 euro each way in and out in taxi! The bed clothes wjere just sheets!!!!

Clean and tidy for a basic type of hotel, very convenient to ferry port. Friendly staff, hotel does not have a restaurant but there are plenty close by. Hotel does not have own parking but large carpark opposite, so everything vey convenient.
