Staff was great. Pretty isolated from most things without a rental car. There were buses constantly running but it wasnt real easy to navigate the bus routes to get around.

Everything in the hotel is fine. Lot of facilities. Not a place where you can lay on the beach. Too small and next to a busy road. Mosquitos in the park deliver discomfort.

Tbh, I'm shocked I came back home 😅 - this place was amazing and surrounded by an absolute paradise! Definitely going back!

Great stay - kids loved the pool area and the bedroom for 4 was fine for a young family. Buffet is as you would expect for an all-inclusive package, but the grill restaurant (extra cost) was delicious on the 1 night we had it. Location is fine, in between Porte Pollencia and Alcudia, but plenty of bus and taxi services available to get you where you want to go.

Very clean, lots of space for parking around the area. Everyone working on the hotel very kind and serviceminded. Ok location. Rooms were very loud however and beds rock hard, might as well be sleeping on the floor. Could have returned if it wasn’t for the beds unfortunately.

It’s okay It’s a nice resort. They are trying really hard to keep it going but unfortunately for us we will not go back! It is TOO crowded . Pool is not clean at all. We have a boat in the marina and use the hotel probably 3 or 4 times a week for drinks and to watch the cabarets. Lovely setting for the hotel, rooms were clean ,staff were friendly and helpful, felt the air conditioning could have been better ,had to leave it on constantly to try keep room cool, Only ate a couple of times at the hotel in the evening as there wasn't anything I liked on the menu (plain eater) I can normally get by with some bread and chips but they were always cold ,as was the cooked food at breakfast

Just returned from a 5 night stay with my husband and son. Hotel was lovely, spotlessly clean, our room was lovely and bright with a sea view. Great cycling location, property has a secure bike garage with tools, air, and bike shower. One block from the beach and a mile from Alcudia old walled city an easy walk. Highly recommend!

The suites are amazingly spacious and very clean. hotel is really well located we walked to old town alcudia from there, long walk but worth it as the buses passing by were pack solid. Very closed to the beach. Only downside is the size of the interior pool as there was a big storm in the island the pool was super small and very overcrowded.

Being our third year in a row holidaying in Majorca we decided to go North to Alcudia and The Bordoy hotel, it did not disappoint at all, lovely room cleaned everyday during our 7 days, great food and options, good drinks avaliable all day, the staff were so friendly, helpful and a real laugh. We stayed for 2 nights on our cycling trip. Raffael the hotel manager was absolutely wonderful, he could not do enough for us, and always greeted us with a warm welcome, all the staff were great. The hotel is in a great location within the historical centre. Rooms were very spacious and clean, our room had a spa. The buffet breakfast was excellent with lots to choose from.

The only I can say that was not so pleasant was when we arrived home late at night one night we found a cockroach in the hallway and one in our bathroom. When we told the hosts they were aware and said they already spray for them. We know this is also somewhat normal for the island.

Brilliant hotel in centre of old town Alcudia. No noise though as soundproof hotel. Great staff who look after the place as if it was there own. Breakfast good variety and tasty. We will be returning.
