We just finished a 2 night stay here in mid April. The hotel was mostly lovely with kind staff and decent facilities. The rooms were mostly modern and clean, but very gritty floor and lots of ants. The food was average, with some parts of the buffet being lukewarm and flavourless. The location was good enough, with easy access to a beach down the road, and nearby shops. Not many people stayed at the same time as us, so we found the atmosphere to be a bit too quiet, but that makes sense with it still being off season.

Had a brilliant week, staff couldn’t do enough, hotel was spotless, fresh towels apart from the said day of no housekeeping, room made up lovely, great games with Andreas of a day time fun, and he kept us entertained of an evening, Maria on reception so lovely and welcoming, had a couple of minor issues immediately resolved , kettle not working - replaced with a brand new one straight away, and a request for an extra duvet - delivered in minutes , had a fault with shower but we arrived at night , so reported the next am and was again sorted imminently, but we arrived on opening day for the new season so can’t complain ! We would definitely recommend this hotel! Thankyou 🙂 can’t comment on food as we were sc but family were H/B and really recommended it each day! Thankyou!

Stayed at this property September ‘25, (booked through Jet2holidays). Only reviewing now because we complained to Jet2, and have been awaiting their response, which we have just received after 6 months! The Sol De Alcudia is the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in, 10 nights of pain. Couldn’t get a decent nights sleep due to music being played extremely loud until 11:30 pm /midnight , couldn’t find a quiet spot within the property to relax, again music playing constantly, day and night, plus “entertainment “ that disturbed your evening meal. Unable to enjoy the pool, due to kids and blow up objects, jumping in and swamping the pool, (which is way too small), you need a crash helmet to survive. We asked to be moved to a room in a quieter area, but no joy there. The hotel reception staff were totally indifferent, disinterested, and offhand they couldn’t have cared less! This is the Spanish equivalent of Fawlty Towers. Avoid this property at all costs !!

We visited Sol de Alcudia during October half term and had a fantastic time. The Hotel was modern, spotlessly clean and the staff were so friendly. Food was really nice, particularly breakfast, and the catering staff and waiters worked really hard keeping things running smoothly. Special mention to Maria, who was so welcoming and helpful to us. She made us feel more like friends than hotel guests! All staff were lovely but Maria was an absolute star. Would definitely recommend this Sol de Alcudia and can't wait to return.

Back for the 3. time. Whauu what an upgrade to the hotel. Rooms, pool area, restaurant, outdoor areas totally refurbished. Thanks to all staff for giving us a great week in the "new" hotel. We will be back.

This hotel was beautiful, so clean and in a good area where it was quiet but near to good restaurants, bars and the beach. It was a lovely friendly place and we were made to feel so welcome by everybody there. The room was a good size for us as we only there to get ready and sleep we spent a lot of time by the pool during the day and out exploring at night. Maria who worked in the restaurant was brilliant and went out of her way to make us feel welcome we will be back.
