Fantastic......What a holiday!! From the moment we stepped into the hotel to the time we left it has been great. We were always made to feel at home. Newly renovated and decorated hotel with very clean and comfortable rooms. Pool area was so clean. They had activities throughout the day and night to cater for all. With a high standard quality of food served at this hotel was excellent 👌. Lastly, the staff.....well that of course was the highlight for me as the attention to detail and friendliness was first class. Maria was absolutely amazing. I will definitely be booking another holiday for next year.

Very clean family hotel with excellent food and lovely staff. Newly refurbished rooms many with sea and pool views, excellent value for money. Negatives, busy part of Alcudia so quite noisy in the evenings but does stop by 11pm/midnight. Pool area is cramped, but generally enough loungers for all guests. All the families round the pool got on really well. Highly recommended.

Had a fabulous time here. The staff were all amazing. The lifeguard is great. Very on the ball with safety AND he removes the towels from sun beds that have been reserved by people that then go out rather then staying by the pool. By 10am there are no sun beds left, however from 2pm you can generally get 1 or 2 become available. The rooms are lovely. Plenty of space, very clean and modern. The food it good, breakfast is great. No complaints. The entertainment isn’t as full on as in some hotels but is still good and the animation guy works super hard ALL DAY to keep everyone busy and the kids seem to love him. Between he and the lifeguard, the pool was very entertaining. We hired a car and got parked outside the hotel every time. Couldn’t fault hotel and would definitely book again.

We have just returned from a week here as a family group of 19 ranging in age from 1 year to 70 years old. Not one of us has a negative thing to say about the hotel, the staff were all great, it's spotlessly clean throughout and the rooms are just perfect! How this place is only a 3 star is a mystery! The area is lively but not noisy, there's plenty of shops/supermarkets bars and restaurants a couple of minutes walk away, although we preferred the restaurants in the port area. This is a 30/40 minute walk away, but we enjoyed the walk along the beach each night to get there. Would definitely recommend, especially to families. You won't be disappointed

Very good service shout out to all the staff they were really helpful and the entertainment man (Martin) was excellent definitely want to go again. The bubble bar was excellent the staff that I saw where outstanding (frankie, Danielle and Alexandjro sorry if I spelt any names wrong)

The hotel its-self is lovely it’s definitely more than a 3 star hotel, our room was big enough for the 4 of us. We did find a couple of nights were loud till late from the bars around the area which did keep us awake but it was only 2 nights out of 7. People start queuing for sunbeds from half 7, at half 8 the doors open, some people where sending their children down, the children where running in front of everyone throwing towels on loads of sunbeds then going back to their room. The life guard does come around about 10 and starts removing towels if people aren’t there. The entertainment guy around the pool is brilliant he goes above and beyond. Maria in the dining hall is so friendly and helpful. The food was great both breakfast and evening meal something for everyone.

We are just back from our second visit to this hotel. We came same time last year and enjoyed it so much we came back this year with our friends and their family. The recent renovations are lovely, everything is finished to a high standard. Everyone works so hard at this hotel and it doesn’t go unmissed from front of house, cleaners, to bar staff! Special mention to Maria in the restraunt who is so lovely and goes above and beyond to accomadate everyone’s needs, our little girl loves her! ❤️ The food is delicious and always fresh and hot. We loved breakfast and their BBQ themed nights. Also shout out to daniella behind the bar, again lovely and polite always time to chat and makes the best cocktails. We highly recommend the Hugo, red lobster and mojito. 🤤 The cleaners work non stop and everything is immaculate. The pool opens at 8.30 everyday so no early morning dash with towels. We managed to get the space we liked each day with ease. The life guard also removes towels if they have been left for over an hour, which is great! They seemed to of made more of an effort with the entertainment around the pool for the children with giant floats and big inflatables being brought out along with aqua aerobics and water polo. We stayed in room 410 which was perfect for a family of 4 great size and lovely view of the pool. Our cleaner did a great job and left our room smelly gorgeous! Little tip the pull out bed has legs, it took us 2 days to work this out and made our stay much more comfortable 😂 We had a late flight and the hotel offer facilities to shower and change and store cases, makes sure you book a shower slot as they fill up fast! Our room over looked the bar and entertainment areas, all noise was finished by 12am and was never too loud that it disturbed us. When the doors were closed our little girl slept with no problem. Hotel is great location, 5/ 10min walk to the beach amd main *****. 30 min walk along the beach to the main port. Overall another lovely visit, we made lovely friends around the pool and were well looked after by all the staff. We look forward to booking again for next year.

It's was nice hotel apartment, met lovely lady there, though I know her name or picture of her, but that week I was there, she is a lovely lady, she was cleaning level 4 ,chubby lady kind and friendly, she give my baby sweet in presence of my family, will love to visit this hotel apartment with my family Nyeoti Jones xx
