Liked the feeling of intimacy with the the size of hotel, layout of the bar and pool area was great as was the staff… very friendly. Food was delicious.

Very good hotel. Clean and very cozy. I didn't want to go home and now I miss the hotel, delicious food and very pleasant and smiling staff (and champagne at breakfast). And you also have a man working at the bar who looks a lot like the famous actor - Jay Hernandes (you can't take your eyes off him). I recommend this hotel 100% and I will gladly come back for another vacation.

Booked hotel on recommendation from travel agent. Hotel was lovely very clean and spacious. Our room had a lovely pool view twin beds shower, towels changed every day bed was also made daily which was lovely. Buffet for breakfast and dinner lots of choice ( I’m very fussy) but more than enough to eat. Overall a great week in a very good hotel.

The food at the hotel deserves special praise: the dishes are varied, delicious, and always fresh. Every day there was something new to try, and the presentation was just as pleasing as the taste. The accommodation fully lived up to my expectations: clean, cozy, and modern rooms, comfortable beds, and impeccable housekeeping. Everything is designed so that guests feel as comfortable as possible. Our stay was truly enjoyable, and we really didn’t want to leave. We will definitely come back here again and will gladly recommend this hotel to my friends and family! ✨

We had a fab stay at the JS Sol de Alcudia as a family of 4 (two teenagers) at the beginning of August. This is a small family friendly cosmopolitan hotel with a relaxed atmosphere. Ideally located near other larger hotels, numerous supermarkets and shops. 5 minute walk form Alcudia's sandy beach and lake which is great. Around 25 minutes walk along the paved beach front to Puerto Alcudia. Hotel is nice and clean with rooms cleaned daily. Towels changed daily or as requested. We had a pool facing room which had the sun the majority of the day. Relaxed pool scene with no mad rush for sunbeds when we were there. Plenty of beds available throughout the day as guest came and went. All staff are courteous and friendly. Restaurant served a variety of food for breakfast and dinner which we enjoyed. Bar and pool bar served a variety of drinks and cocktails. Evening entertainment every night was great and on until around 11pm. We would definitely return to this hotel if visiting Alcudia in the future. Thank you JS for an amazing holiday!

We have been here two times now and on both occasions we had a really good experience. The facilities of the Hotel are superb and the cleanliness is second to none. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and the manager is very nice too. The pool area is spotless and chilled out (No sunbed dash) and the swim up pool bar is great. Location of the hotel is great its only one street back from the paradise like beach with shallow warm waters (ideal for young children). Overall its a fantastic place to stay. Very nice hotel staff friendly room cleaned every day near to beach and shops pool area great only downfall was the breakfast not nice at all food was not hot and who has carrots cauliflower potatoes and brussel sprouts amongst there breakfast

Back at this wonderfull hotel for the 6 th time . Room 126 with terrace fantastic. Front desk all smile and helpfullness . Cleaning spotless and impeccable 7 days a week Pool area lovely, beatyfull surrounded by palm trees and flowers . Restaurent astonishing , great food morning and evening, and the most lovely and sweet personel you could imagine ,who works tirelessly everyday, to serv you in the best possible way .Perfect storrage for bike. Love everybody at the hotel, to an extent where you consider them as famely. Cant wait to come back again to this hotel and the wonderfull nature and surroundings

Best hotel in Alcudia , staff are simply the best , they just get better every time we visit Food is so good and great variety New Spa is lovely , steam room is so relaxing We will be back again next June

Personal was excellent and polite (except room cleaning). For 9 nights they change our sheets 3 times (one of them we have to complain at the reception). Excuse is saving Clima, true is extra profit. But they took a tip every time and just changed towels. Breakfast and Dinner were great and tasty. Personal in restaurant was just great and kind. Snacks (12:30-15:30) were awful, old, hard and low quality. We ate just one time there and regret. Entertainment was much better at neighbor hotels. 4 stars just because of employees and food.
