Cabot hotel is very well organised with friendly, helpful service. Good for cycle parties and families with young children alike. The kid's entertainment team: Nickolai, Mark and Lucas were particularly fab -we were very impressed with Nockolai's circus and mime artist entertainment skills

Lucas, Marko, and Nikolai were absolutely brilliant members of the animation team. They brought great enthusiasm and positive energy every day, making sure guests were always engaged and having a good time. Their performances and activities were well-organized and fun, and they truly helped create a lively and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the hotel.

During my stay at the hotel, I was especially impressed by the animation team. Lucas, Marko, and Nikolai did an outstanding job keeping guests entertained throughout the day. Their energy, creativity, and friendliness really made the experience more enjoyable, always creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere. We booked a room specifically with a sea view and balcony (the balcony was mentioned on the ******* website in the room details) and when we arrived, they gave us a small room with no balcony. The receptionist couldn't help us with a different room straight away that evening, but said she would speak to the manager in the morning. ******* customer service also helped and called the hotel directly....

Excellent hotel, opposite the beach with great facilities on site. Staff were excellent, really helpful, very clean, breakfast was great with loads of choice. Not too far from main town square. This was my second visit and I would happily recommend and will visit again.

Mixed feelings about this hotel - the pool area was nice and our child thoroughly enjoyed it. The location of the hotel was also great with only a few minutes walk to the bay. My husband and I enjoyed our honeymoon here and it was absolutely wonderful. The hotel has a friendly, comfortable ambience and is perfectly situated opposite the marina and close to the Pine walk. The front terrace is ideal for eating, drinking and watching the world go by. The staff are attentive, happy and interact in positive way at all times, which ensures a relaxed stay.

Our annual visit- always a great hotel. A slight criticism this time, after 20 years of visiting- I wish the lady on reception in the afternoons was more welcoming. Being ignored, and then when we asked if we can get a cocktail, and being told ‘go somewhere else, or try the bar’, is not what I expect. All the other staff are, as always, lovely. As always, The Miramar oozes relaxed style and Sophisticated service. Staff who have been there for years and treat everyone with courtesy and a friendly smile. I can’t speak higher of this hotel, it was a lovely place to stay for our honeymoon. 5 stars all around - service, bar, breakfast, location, friendliness, 24/7 coffee bar, pool, cleanliness, views of the mountains and beach. Stayed here last week in October and it was great the apartment has toaster, Kettle, hair dryer, TV (only a few English channels), microwave and hob. Cleaners came every day. Last year my partner and I stayed here for a few nights. The staff were all lovely and accomadating as was the bar and breakfast with a beautiful sea front view. Cozy hotel in a great location, literally a stones throw from Pollenca Bay. Generous breakfast offerings, friendly staff, and great bike storage facilities for cyclists. Beach towel and bike lock (for the bike room only, i.e. not a lock you could take to other places and lock your bike with) available to hire which was handy.

We loved staying at Sis Pins in early October 2025. The room was beautiful, balcony and sea view perfect, only a few metres to the beach and into the sea. The staff were lovely and looked after us with great care and friendliness. We hope to be back soon.

The hotel was close to the pier. Most of the pictures on the app are from the pool. Room was clean but chips and scuffs aplenty. The staff was super friendly. The only discomfort was the doors. You had to pull or push on your room doors really hard to get them to close. This is really loud when you come in at tnighr and your neighbors are all having the same issue.

Everything about this hotel is fantastic from start to finish - My daughter and I were here for a last minute weekend away for just 2 nights and we had such a fantastic stay. We were luckily able to check in around 10.30am and everything from the location, quality and friendliness of staff, excellent rooms was just wonderful. Me and my partner stayed her for 6 nights. It was perfect, staff were lovely, welcoming and extremely helpful. Location couldn’t have been better and the pool/bar was perfect! We visited in August for the second time. We love this peaceful, welcoming and clean hotel. We have older teens who were also looking to just relax by the pool so this was good for them too. It’s a very quick walk to the beach and nice stroll into the main town in the evening. A small Spar just behind the hotel is perfect for stocking the small fridge with water and snacks. This review will focus mainly on the way the hotel helped us with a strong dairy allergy. Otherwise the hotel, the room, the facilities, the setting - all great, no complaints. One of the most lovely hotel . Exceptionally clean everywhere. Staff really friendly and welcoming on reception. Waiters and waitresses really friendly. All staff work long hours . Loved this hotel! Stayed mid September. All the staff we encountered were lovely, communal areas kept clean and beautifully decorated. Great to walk into puerto pollensa or really easy to get on the bus just outaide to alcudia, puerto pollensa or further afield (just contactless tap on tap off) Food was fantastic, especially the ribs! and always a good range of options.
