We had a great stay here with our toddler last week. The service was very good. There was a good selection at breakfast. The hotel had a mini disco in the evenings which was enjoyable especially for children. The hotel was within walking distance to Port de Pollenca!

The hotel was close to the pier. Most of the pictures on the app are from the pool. Room was clean but chips and scuffs aplenty. The staff was super friendly. The only discomfort was the doors. You had to pull or push on your room doors really hard to get them to close. This is really loud when you come in at tnighr and your neighbors are all having the same issue.

Everything about this hotel is fantastic from start to finish - My daughter and I were here for a last minute weekend away for just 2 nights and we had such a fantastic stay. Value for money stay in Port de Pollenca. Comfortable rooms, close to the beach and restaurants. Lock up room for bicycles - and there were loads of cyclists. We had half board - the breakfasts were good, but would probably choose to eat dinner at one of the nearby restaurants instead.

This is the most magical, amazing hotel we've ever visited. Located 10 minutes from the port, you will be greeted with the most spectacular views on the whole island. A little gem of a hotel. Very reasonably priced for its location. The room rate also included a decent buffet breakfast. The staff were amazing.... always willing to help no matter the problem.

The staff are great and doing the best they can but it feels like the rooms are just past their sale by date. First our door wouldn’t lock, they fixed that but then we were locked in in the morning. Luckily there is a phone in the room. The handyman here is great and sorts the problems but the poor guy must be run off his feet. The front desk is super helpful and will get you what you need. Good resort, great for families. Very clean saltwater swimming pools (cold though). Good food if you like buffets. Reception staff very efficient and friendly. We had a water leak in one of the rooms after some heavy rain but this was fixed promptly. Recommend bike hire to get around and as others have noted its not in the main part of the beach so you have a 30 min walk to restaurants, shops etc...

Very nice clean hotel. Fab views. Can't fault it only for one downside. I had requested a quite room as we have a 17month old that is a light sleeper. They gave us a room beside the pool and night entertainment. 2 days later we asked for a change of room so we could get a bedroom on the backside of the building. They charged us 30 euro to do this. Really nice food, good variety and actually tasty. All inclusive is very reasonably priced but you do have to be persistent to make sure you get a second drink at dinner. Staff very helpful generally.

Hotel was fairly recently renovated thereby overall the charm of a furniture catalogue. The spa is fairly small and was clearly planned assuming good weather so only few people use it.
