CM Castell de Mar Hotel in Cala Millor

We enjoyed a lovely stay at the hotel. The pool areas were ideal for families, and direct access to the beach was perfect for us. We stayed during October half term so there were a lot of families with different aged children. The facilities were ideal, the hotel is very clean and comfortable. The food is excellent quality with plenty of choice, and the staff were really friendly.

We had an extremely good time at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and we had a nice sea view from the balcony. The staff were very friendly and informative and the meals were varied and well cooked. The hotel was well situated with access to the promenade from one side and the shops from another side.

Lovely hotel well situated on the front of the resort. Rooms were spacious and clean. Nice and bright & welcoming reception area with very friendly and helpful staff. Good choice of quality food in the restaurant. Would recommend

Fantastic hotel , excellent value for money and 1 minute walk to the beach. The food is great and all the staff and very acommodating. It’s in an excellent location directly opposite the best part of the 2km beach strip. Particular thanks to the from of house staff Grit & Lyon

I came to Mallorca for an international conference! It was absolutely stunning! Although the island is Spanish, its main visitors are Germans, so they jokingly call it the German Colony. The front desk was very welcoming and professional. My room was on the 12th floor, and the view was breathtaking! The light blue and turquoise sea was truly unique, though it was quite crowded, considering it was peak tourist season. The breakfast at the hotel was very generous and comprehensive! Paella is a must when visiting Spain! This time, we opted for the authentic squid ink paella, and it was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend this hotel! I hope to bring my family back next time!

Let me start saying I don't normally review hotels and that im the most fussiest person ever however.. The hotel was amazing Location great a huge spar right next door From the moment I stepped into the hotel the staff were amazing. Every person at reception we very welcoming and friendly and so helpful in every way possible. Leo was great along with all the other staff. Beach literally right outside the hotel loads of water sports available. Beach is amazing sandy soft beach. Breakfast and dinner were great. They had a hot place with fresh eggs, pancakes and omelette every day. Alexandra on the hot plates works super hard morning at night and is the best multi taster. So much so they had to replace her with 2 other people doing her job when she was on her days off. The restaurant had the most amazing cakes and I mean ones you can eat that dont all taste bland. They had a different theme every night so wasn't bored by the food at all. Every day they have pizza The hotel does amazing bbq on Sundays by the pool. Again the pool staff work so hard. To the girl life guard on duty who is the most attentive life guard even making sure babys are looked after in the sun. She sprung into action alot when people hurt themselves at the pool. The location is great right in the center of cala millor. Improvements The only thing that could have improved was the air conditioning in the rooms. I had to buy 2 fans for the room because the air conditioning is centrally controlled and isn't cool enough. Trying to do hair and make up is very hard when the room is very hot. This is something that could be improved. The kids club is a small room inside near reception however this is in my opinion geared up for younger kids. They do try however have activities in the pool to keep the kids busy. All in all im struggling now to compare anything to this hotel.

Amazing hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Perfect location right in front of the beach and in easy walking distance of the shops. It has loads of facilities and a very good buffet. Incredable view from the room of the sunrise. Highly recommend

What a lovely few nights we have had. Great weather too. Absolutely lovely staff, all of them are so polite, smiley and courteous! Food the best that we have ever had. Room nice. Not big but ok. Loved the sea view balcony which had sun in the morning and if you get up at 6am you can see the sunrise. Plenty of restaurants and shops about the place. Great location. Sportsmans bar was great to show football matches. Bike hire really good just shop around. I had my birthday when we were there . It was such an amazing treat to have cava and pudding in room, such a lovely touch. I had a note to say to contact reception so they could set a special table for supper, but I'm not sure why. We had 2 champagne flutes on the table, but no one acknowledged it. I don't mind as i hadn't expected anything, however I felt a bit confused. The manager came over to ask us to move the bikes that we hired, so we rushed to leave the table! Lots of restaurants shops about the place . Replica football shirts about the place, turn right as facing sea not left. Pool empty and cold but would probably be warmer in the summer months. Running was lovely on cycling path in the morning. Cocktails werevlovely. Cleaner amazing. Gym spa sauna pool lovely. Theme nights in the resturant was great. Guy who's responsible for day entertainment was fab. Thanku. Evening entertainment ok. Didn't have a welcome drink but others did! Not a problem. Still a fantastic hotel!

Excellent location. We visited Cala Millor for the first time April 2025, We have previously visited Alcúdia on the Island. We booked half board and checked the location of this hotel. I was impressed at its location and being close to all amenities. I emailed a few days before to request our rooms close as rooms can only accommodate 3, and we were travelling as a family of 5. I received a swift reply noting my request. Upon check in we were greeted warmly, the lady on reception asked if we had eaten, as we hadn’t and it was almost 8.30pm she invited us to join the restaurant whilst she checked us in and she stored our luggage whilst we ate. The food choices are vast with themed evenings. One of our children has ARFID and even though he ate the same thing for every meal he was accompanied with freshly cooked, plain pasta and baguette without issue. The indoor pool is heated, due to the time of year the younger children refused to get in the outdoor pool! But used the indoor pool almost daily. The spa, Turkish baths, sauna and Hamman were clean and inviting. The activities the animation team laid on for Easter were fun and engaging. Most importantly for us, inclusive. Our two autistic sons were accommodated at all times and never judged when they got upset or struggled with something. The entertainment in the evenings was varied, fun and a good choice. We spent time at the shoes half of the evenings, the other evenings we chose to walk along the area, use the local fun park which had inflatables, arcade style games which entertained the children. Breakfast was consistent, a large continental offer with breads, meats and cheese. Toasting station. Several varied pastries daily. Various varieties of freshly prepared eggs to order. Each morning there was a speciality, waffles, crepes, smoothies etc. definitely something for everyone. There is plenty of parking very close by, all free. Perfect for our hire car. Locally there are many well priced supermarkets, ice cream places and bars. Along the coast line within walking distance there is a Burger King and many playgrounds for stops on walks. We took a boat trip which again was within a short walk. The location of this hotel was ideal to take in longer trips around the island, using the hire car we visited Palma aquarium, Alcudia, S’ Arenal, Canyamel and Porto Cristo. We would highly recommend this hotel and location for exploring the island.
