BLUESEA Anba Romani Hotel in Cala Millor

Overall, my six-night stay at the Bluesea Anba Romani Hotel in Cala Millor was decent, but it didn’t quite live up to the 4-star rating. I’d personally rate it closer to a 3-star plus. The food was quite simple with limited options, and the desserts were very disappointing — more mediocre than anything else. While the reception area looks modern and welcoming, the rest of the hotel feels rather old and dated. On a positive note, the location is excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

We’re very disappointed with this hotel, don’t think I’ll be back here again. Even though they always respond to the lower rating reviews saying that they’re going to improve in the points mentioned I don’t think they treat the customer seriously as they still having the same issues.
I had a promise of a sea view room by on the beach, arriving at the hotel I was assigned to a completely different room with a neighbouring view instead, after complaining about this issue one of the staff said that they couldn’t do anything about it.
It is ridiculous to say this hotel is 4 stars it should be classified correctly as 2 stars as the infrastructure doesn’t reflect on it’s 4 stars rating, room very small, telephone not working, air conditioning very week I felt that I was in a hospice. Other point I want to mention is the awful buffet, they do the same food every day with raw meat I feel bad for those who buys the all inclusive to be eating warmed food from day before every day, even though the staff is friendly the food is blend you can’t fell any flavour on it. Although the owners doesn’t really care about their customers they just want to treat us as “another one”, the staff do their best but without the support from the owners they can’t do much, fell sorry for them. The hotel infrastructure and the food itself are awful but they have nice staff members such as Joan from the bar and Thiago at the reception to make the public to fell welcome a big shout for them.

EDIT: if you get half board you’re not allowed to have any drinks apart of water in the dinner.
Not iron in the room.
Flush not working properly.
Main shower not working.
Not shampoo or conditioner from hotel.

The only things good about this hotel is the location and staff. Hygiene is catastrophic and the Hotel need its long due renovation. Pool area stinks, breakfast and dining area ist absolutely disgusting and food can give you food poisoning. The staff really does thier best they can. Would not recommend staying here.
