Iberostar Waves Cala Millor -Adults Only in Cala Millor

I was disappointed with my stay due to the poor value and lack of attention to guest experience. The all-inclusive offering was very limited – only the cheapest ice cream was included, while higher-quality options came at a surcharge. The same applied to cocktails, with better-quality drinks requiring extra payment. There was no bottled wine selection at lunch, and the cocktails included were of low quality. Many restaurant plates and chairs were frequently dirty, and staff had very limited English, making communication difficult. Buffet food options were often not refilled in a timely manner during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Essential amenities such as the room safe and pool towels required extra payment or deposits. Additionally, there were no slippers or bathrobes provided in the room. Despite being a Gold Elite member, no additional benefits were offered. Overall, it seems the hotel’s focus is more on maximizing margin than on ensuring guest satisfaction.
