Bluesea Ses Cases d'Or in Cala d'Or

I would just like to take a moment to leave a review for our stay at BLUESEA Cases D’or We came as a group of six friends and have thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay and we would definitely return. The staff have been so polite and helpful. They go the extra mile to make sure you are happy. From the reception team, the restaurant team, the bar staff and the entertainment team, everyone has been happy, friendly and welcoming the entire time. Asilli was superb, he helped us to keep our room for longer on the final day as we had a late flight home and he was so lovely. You could tell he really cared about our experience and we are so happy. The rooms are a little bit dated, but very clean and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and we all slept well. The only negatives would be that the towels are small and look old, and the noise from the rooms nearby was quite loud so it was easy to be disturbed by neighbouring guests. The rooms we had all faced the pool area which was really nice, beautiful view! One of our rooms was on the ground floor and we could walk from the terrace straight to the pool which was excellent. The food was superb the entire stay. Every day the food was well varied and the options were great. We left every meal feeling content and full. The drinks were superb as well. San Miguel on draught was excellent as we all like it. We would have liked the option of Cava or Prosecco as we like to drink them. It would be good for this to be added to the offering. The location of the hotel is absolutely excellent. Being right next to Egos Beach Club and Cala Egos strip was brilliant as we didn't have to walk far to anywhere at all. Even the Marina was close enough to walk. The pool for Ses Cases D'or was beautiful too. It is conveniently situated at the back next to the apartments and remained quiet as only the apartment guests knew it was there. We never had an issue getting sun loungers or parasols and it was lovely. We loved having our photos taken by Photo Venesia, Simone was great and we had such a laugh having them taken. We have great memories to take away and we appreciate it. Thank you again to the BLUESEA team for our amazing stay, it was genuinely 5/5. We look forward to coming back soon!

I was so worried due to bad reviews, but I needn’t have been. I stayed with my friend for a few days celebrating my birthday. Honest review. Pros - friendly staff, huge apartment with a huge balcony and comfy bed, 3 pools and always lots of sunbeds, food available at most times during the day, the buffet was varied and fish/meat etc cooked freshly infront of you. We thought the all inclusive was really good. Entertainment was good, not that we joined in, but was lively and fun. Able to get our room until 6pm for €35. Great location, near a lovely beach, marina, fort and a good selection of shops and restaurants. Cons - room smelt a little musty, bathroom was a bit outdated, main pool area needed a little update. We will definitely return!

We had a lovely clean apartment that looked like it had recently had a lick of paint. The first floor and above have good size balconies and the ground floor have a garden terrace. There is no kettle but it was easy enough to boil some bottled water. The pools open at 9 am and people start queuing to put their towels out at 8.40! There is a lovely beach 5 minutes walk away with showers, toilets, sun longer (17 euro for two) and a restaurant and a larger beach with payable sun loungers 10 minutes walk. There are loads of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The evening entertainment was excellent. There is free WiFi but it is very slow. The only downside of the apartment was there were very few plug sockets. We didn't go all inclusive but the restaurants had reasonable prices and bar prices were good. I would highly recommend these apartments.

Amazing stay with a fun resort vibe!
The rooms are huge—tons of space to relax and unwind. The hotel has a great resort-style feel, which made the whole experience even better. You can pay extra for a drinks package (I didn’t), but even without it, I had full access to all areas of the property. My favorite part was the live entertainment in the evenings—especially the karaoke nights, which were a blast!

Have just returned from a week here with my husband and mum. Prior to travelling I emailed the hotel to request 2 ground floor rooms next to each other due to my mum's mobility, I fully get it was only a request but when we arrived at 3am we was both at different ends of the pool, so not even really close, I spoke to reception the following morning and there was nothing they could do. Was told to return each day to see if one of us could be moved closer, but that meant living out our cases and up routing through the week. The aircon in mum's bedroom was not working which we reported and nothing was done to fix, she had a member of staff come out to look but never returned. Water in the rooms was all salt water including the shower, which was a little confusing but not an issue. The luggage room we had to pay €4 for 4 hours to store our cases. I've never know that in all the hotels I've stayed in. Nice location to shops and restaurants. 1 bed apartments were nice and spacious with patio out onto the pool area, had kettle, toaster, fridge. Bar and restaurant staff very friendly and helpful , very hard working. You pay €1 for a cup on AI and each time you get a drink they change for a fresh one, you get euro back when you leave although we left ours as a tip AI food was as you would expect, just depends on what you like to eat. Safe costs €6.50 refundable deposit and €15 charge. Overall a good hotel and week away
