Sentido Fido Tucan - Adults Only in Cala d'Or

Absolutely amazing hotel couldn't fault it, rooms were clean, food great lots of variety, staff Friendly, perfect location 2 mins from cala gran beach, shops and restaurants on the doorstep..have booked again for this year cant wait 😀

Travelled with my best friend for 5 nights. We had the best chilled time. Lovely atmosphere, very relaxing. Maria was just wonderful and kept us entertained. I asked if they did any Zumba classes, which they didn’t; however she said the next night she’d do some Latin/salsa dancing which she was true to her word! We had lots of fun and she spun me round the dance floor 😅 I did enjoy a bit of aqua aerobics in the day too. The gym was small and basic, but a good selection of dumbbells in there with a multi use cable machine too, and the clean flannels in there were welcomed and a nice touch. The hotel and rooms were impeccably clean. Location was a short walk to a really lovely beach with beautiful crystal clear and shallow water. Only one small niggle and that was that there were no desserts that catered for both gluten AND dairy free other than fresh fruit (which I love anyway, but I do love a cake/sorbet on occasion, especially on holiday). Great hotel with lots of couples and friendships travellers. Oh, and the drinks were a lovely generous helping! 🥴😅

Could not use the plug with our adapter. The connections in all plugs were not aligned. Air conditioning didn't work as the filter was blocked. The shower leaked out onto the floor. Had to use towels all around the shower. We were moved and the room on the 3rd floor was much better. We had to pay 23 euro for the bed with a mattress. We couldn't sit on the normal sunbeds as they were so uncomfortable.

Just got back from this hotel and honestly I cannot find a flaw with it. The staff are excellent, the bar staff were attentive and at no point did I feel like my glass or in certain cases glasses. Maria was always active in trying to get us to get involved with the activities. Every single meal we had was delicious with plenty of choice even at the end of the season. Big shout out to the snack bar this is without doubt the best snack bar I've ever been to at an all inclusive. Food made to order was absolutely excellent especially the chicken fingers. We upgraded from Bed and Breakfast to All Inc which cost us €50 per person per day and it was 100% worth it. Especially as we had been quoted £914 per person by the provider we booked with for the 4 nights we were staying. Would recommend.

Fantastic hotel, Marie the head of entertainment is fantastic, doing quizzes, sangria classes, next season she has dance classes organised, for those who want to join in, well prepared. The hotel is great, friendly staff, great breakfast (we were self catering), been all-inclusive for previous 2 years but wanted to try local restaurants. Last week of the season and a few places already closed, but plenty still open, weather 20°-24°

The hotel is in a fantastic location. Across the road to the shops and restaurants and gran Cala beach. The rooms are ok , maybe could do with a little updating and you need earplugs if you put the air conditioning on during the night as it’s quite noisy. Spotlessly clean, big shout out to the cleaning staff. Breakfast quite good . Especially the cold buffet. Very reasonable prices for the drinks . Great pool area , plenty of sun lounges and spa was a nice bonus. Entertainment was great. Big shout out to Maria for all her hard work. Definitely value for money . Would definitely recommend. Look forward to visiting again in the future.

At first I thought that the room was a bit basic .
You definitely need ear plugs for the air condition unit .
Food average .
That being said value for money and location can’t fault
Entertainment and the prices around the pool were fab .
Cleaning staff were great.

Beyond our expectations!
Courteous, friendly, and very polite staff. The food was excellent and varied, both for breakfast and dinner. Very clean, and the beds were comfortable. We stayed 6 nights and were delighted! I highly recommend it!

We have just had a very enjoyable week Ai ! It’s been nine years since we last visited. It’s an adults only hotel so no noisy kids to disturb us. Only one road back from all the shops and restaurants and a stones throws from a lovely sandy beach. Absolutely lovely hotel staff ,area couldn’t have asked for more . A special thanks to lidia , a member of the restaurant staff bent over backwards to help and support us , very friendly and helpful. Thank you . Food very good variety brilliant and all food tasted good . Plenty of choice. Vegan and vegetarian available. Spotless and clean staff checking all the time , bar staff brilliant, cleaning staff brilliant, hospitality brilliant everyone was very friendly, helpful and curtious . Will definitely go back .
