Eques Petit Resort in Cala d'Or

We've just got back from a week relaxing at Eques Petit Resort and i must say we had an amazing stay. Yes there was a couple of minor irritations but 98% of the stay was great. Lets get the areas for improvement out of the way first. First of all the room was quite small with very limited draw space, it had an open cupboard but that was a little limited. A low hanging lampshade i manged to nut everyday and a bed i also managed to catch my leg on! a very clean modern bathroom with a walk in shower. A new modern designed room which is fine for a week if you see past these issues. Now to the pluses: The staff are the biggest plus for the resort, all of them deserve a mention and all have a smile on their face which says they enjoy working there. The hotel has a real relaxed vibe with plenty of areas to lay out around the pool. The breakfast is of a really high standard with plenty of hot and cold choices. The pool bar serves a good selection of food which is served throughout most of the day. The hotel is situated only a 3 minute walk into the main hub of the town and the Plaza is the place to have a drink and enjoy the last of the sun before choosing were to eat. Overall a great hotel and somewhere i will be going back to, just it will be in an an upgraded room.

Eques Petit Resort is just perfect. We visited last year and stayed in an Eques Premium Room (C.11) which was upstairs and spacious, and had a huge terrace. When we rebooked this year, the travel agent we booked with didn't have the option for an upgrade, so just booked an Eques Room. I then contacted the hotel to see if we could have an upgrade when we arrived. Unfortunately for us, the hotel was fully booked (as it always seems to be) but they found the perfect room for us (D.03), a room with a very private patio area which caught the afternoon sun. (But to be fair, I don't think there's a bad room within the hotel.) To name some of the perfect team that you do see - Josh, Tessa, Crea, Andrea, Carlos, Imam, and many others, but all the others that quietly work polishing this hotel to an absolute diamond behind the scenes. It is in the perfect location - across the road from the town, and a two minute stroll down to the marina. While the food is wonderful at the hotel, we did go across the road for lunch at the very Spanish tapas bar, where people watching is great. Also just around the corner from the fabulous Da Marcello Italian restaurant. The Ting Ting train goes from literally outside and covers both the Yellow and Green routes. This hotel really does have it all - book and it won't disappoint, and you will be going back!

We have just had another wonderful short break at this beautiful hotel. The service and amenities are consistently delivered to a very high standard. Our room was maintained spotlessly clean and the grounds and communal areas are also impeccable. We unfortunately experienced bad weather during our break and this made breakfast a little challenging, as it was not suitable to sit on the outside terrace. This was dealt with fairly and efficiently by Josh and the restaurant team whom all managed the additional pressure on the inside seating area extremely well. The kitchen team go over and above to help cater for dietary requirements and take pride in the delicious food they prepare and serve. With special thanks to Tessa, Josh and Clea for looking after us and being so kind. We love this hotel, it truly is a gem and perfectly located.

Just back from spending an amazing week at this fantastic hotel. Every member of staff from the cleaners to the reception staff bar staff waiting staff lifeguard everyone is specially warm welcoming and friendly. A few minutes to the centre of Cala and several beaches and 5 mins the other way to the marina an absolutely breathtaking part of the island The hotel is stunning and very special Rooms are just perfect Pool is perfecting so relaxing Breakfast has everything that you would want and more Loads of resturants to choose from We will definitely be back next year

We really enjoyed our stay, the room and facilities were excellent but we couldnt give a 5 star review for 2 reasons.

The first being the infrequency of room cleaning, one day our room was cleaned in the afternoon and we then had a maid knock on the door at 9am on the day that we were supposed to be checking out to clean the room, before we had left. Signs on the door requesting a room clean / do not disturb are needed.

The other being the fact that my partner found a dead moth in the caesar salad that we had ordered for lunch, the staff were great when we notified them as they refunded all food that we ordered from our bill but it did make us question the freshness and quality of the food being served.

The hotel is beautiful and clean and so relaxing . We stayed b&b and breakfast was delicious. Excellent bar service - charge to the room and the drinks and food are a very reasonable price and can not fault either. The staff are amazing and friendly so helpful nothing is too much trouble. The pool area is beautiful and very relaxing lots of beds to choose from and lovely reading areas. The room was a Hipico room it was beautiful although a bit on the small side was still manageable. room cleaning excellent and change of towels whenever requested. Very close to the centre like 1 minute and very close to the Marina which is beautiful. Dont hesitate to book we are gutted to leave and we are looking at next year already. Return visit to Eques after enjoying our last visit so much. The hotel is so quiet and peaceful. We were warmly welcomed back by Tessa and shown to our room by Matti, we asked for room in same location as previous and this was provided. Breakfast is served between 8.00 and 10.30 which means it is not over crowded, we enjoyed sitting outside looking over to pool. The pool area is large with space between the beds, and no bed hogging. The day beds are free of charge and were always available, a lot of people opting for normal loungers. The lifeguard deals with pool towels. The pool is lovely but very cold, very refreshing when you get used to it. ALL staff very friendly and gave impression they were happy to work there. The hotel is in ideal location and there is a small mini market round the corner corner for your water etc. We shall definitely return next year.

Facilities, service, room condition, pool, breakfast, everything is perfect ㅎㅎ

The most memorable thing is that the staff is so so kind 🥰
