As always great, but fix the lifts and warm pools
Refurbishment of hotel and room superb. Only problem lift not working , same in other blocks. Never saw anyonevtrying to fix them we with a baby in a pram in our party and on 3rd floor so hard work. Pools are cold even in Drago land, sea was warmer !! Entertainment very good. We have been on numerous occassiobs and updating of Esmeralda park is to a very high standard.

Clean room, housekeeping cleans and restocks room daily which was so nice to come back to! Beautiful resort, beach is very close and staff was extremely helpful! Parking can be tedious but it’s the way all over the island! They provided crib for us and the store right across the street has everything you need including some baby supplies!

Everything was good, except for the pool that was not heated. Heat the pool! A cold pool takes away the reason Northern European families come. We want the kids to swim all day.

Beautiful property, the beds were ok, not the most comfortable, everything else in the room was perfect other than having one day where our hot water wasn’t fully working. We knew this would be a family resort, and had adult only areas but the public beach and dining is full of other people with young children and it’s very busy and loud. I would come back if I bring my kids with me, otherwise, I would go with an adults only resort for a more relaxing experience.

Perfect location right next to a beautiful beach. Adults only pool in mid September was not that busy.

Rooms were refurbished in May this year but already many scratches, doors not closing properly - it’s clear it was not the most high quality refurbishment. However sound proofing was great.

We had Breakfast in our room rate which honestly was not great, and quite shocking in the number of options

We enjoyed our stay as the hotel is extremely well located, but there are some gaps. I imagine in peak season the hotel is extremely busy.

Got trapped in the hotel elevator and the emergency call button failed to work, also my husband got horrific food poisoning from the hotel buffet breakfast. The hotel manager couldn’t care less, avoid this hotel.

Service is terrible at breakfast and in restaurants.
The manager at breakfast was so RUDE to us because we joined 3 tables together to have breakfast as a group (we had a birthday for a little 3 years old girl).
Talking to us like we are his staff or friends not as guests. This manager should not be in hospitality and have no clue about service or hospitality.

Manager at beach restaurant refuse to split a bill payment just the total to 3 payments, because it’s inconvenient and will take a long time according to him (it took less than 1 minute)

Next day we went to the restaurant from your hotel across the road with the same menu, again staff seem to be annoyed by questions or request.
We were 4 families and paid a lot of money for rooms and F&B but felt unappreciated by most of your service staff.

Service for drinks was good in front of the stage during the night (they are short on staff but at least polite and friendly)

The rest really your service was terrible.
Also not enough beach lounges around and the beach is over crowded.
