Grupotel Rocador in Cala d'Or

Fantastic hotel, staff very friendly, rooms nice and spacious, very good showers in bathroom and great balcony views. Excellent pool and bar area and right on the beach Only downside was having to wait nearly 3 hours on arrival for room to be ready

Stayed for 7 nights at this hotel on a B&B board with my partner. Lovely clean hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. Are TUI reps were outstanding and very knowledgeable of the area. Food for breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice and the staff were very hard working. Room was cleaned every day and towels changed whenever we requested them. My partner and enjoyed the daytime activities and the gym the fitness coaches were very friendly these being Coline, Netta and Sofia. Would definitely go back and the beach and gardens were excellent.

We stayed here to celebrate our 40th wedding Anniversary as we have been looking at the hotel for a while. We loved every minute & would definitely return, the staff were really friendly & the entertainment team worked so hard & were good fun around the pool during the day! We had a top floor room with a sea view / balcony & sunbeds which was lovely! It was small compared to other hotels we have stayed in but spotlessly clean! We choose B&B & the choice was fabulous i think the best we've ever had in any 5* hotel! The hotel is in a great location within 2 minutes from all the Bars , Restaurants, & shops. We had a great time & wish we had booked for longer & highly recommend this hotel. 😊

We had a great stay at this hotel, were regular visitors to Cala dòr and always wanted to try this hotel and so glad we did, staff are very welcoming, friendly and quick to get you booked in, rooms are very spacious and beds are very big and comfortable, excellent shower room with powerful shower, we had a room above the garden which was nice and quiet, we've sunbathed at the back of the hotel overlooking the beach which was so relaxing especially with the indoor pool at hand, we did breakfast which was very good with loads to offer. Would definitely stay again. We even got a bottle of bubbly on our birthdays which was an excellent and thoughtful touch.

Would definitely recommend for Cala D’or stay. Hotel is located right on the beach, with direct access via gate (using room key card) from property to the beach from the grassy sunbed area. V short walk (less than a minute) to main town square with all the restaurants, bars, shops etc although even though so close to this we never heard any loud music etc at night once back in room so that was a bonus. Also less than 10 mins walk to the beautiful marina which also has lots of lovely restaurants and is a more relaxed setting than town. We stayed on a B&B board basis so only ate breakfast and one lunch (v nice) at the hotel as prefer to get out and there are so many nice restaurants in Cala D’or to eat at! Breakfast was great, buffet style with lots to choose from and v good food - they even did a later sitting 9-11am in smaller restaurant with use of outside terrace which supposedly had limited options to the main breakfast room but we didn’t see much difference and preferred the later sitting as generally quieter too. We stayed in a side sea view room, view was beautiful - room not huge and balcony furniture not the comfiest but room had all the basics inc mini fridge/hairdryer/TV/safe etc bathroom did have a general soap dispenser by sink and in shower but no separate shampoo etc so glad we took our own . Sunbeds at pool were quite close together and not much space between them at all and seemed to be claimed quite early - we preferred the grass lawn ‘chill out’ sunbed area was much more spacious and plenty of room between beds and there was plenty of them, never had a problem getting a sunbed and we were there end of July! The staff are extremely helpful and all very friendly-cleaners, breakfast staff, pool bar and reception - always smiling and happy to help!

Just returned from a week's stay here. Beautiful hotel with attentive staff all around. Breakfast was varied everyday with something to cater for everyone no matter your dietary requirements. Bonus for us was the beach access right outside the hotel, Cala Gran is beautiful. Outdoor pool was a little chilly and not many guests using it, but that's to be expected this early on the season. Indoor pool was warm with access to the sauna and steam room, nice to relax and have a swim. The sea was cold but once in it was lovely and the snorkelling opportunities was amazing. So many fish to see! I would highly recommend this hotel as it's adults only and a good base. Plenty of choices outside the hotel and in and around Cala Dor centre, restaurants a plenty and cater for any cuisine you fancied! Gracias all, we will definitely return

We recently returned from a weeks holiday and can highly recommend the hotel. All the staff were friendly & helpful & nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel has a wonderful chilled feel. Our room overlooked the gardens & was a fabulous size. It was cleaned each day to a high standard. There were lots of areas to relax in, quiet gardens, big sofas & a nice pool area. Meals were excellent with so much choice & of a good quality. Cala D'Or is a beautiful resort & would definitely return.

Great hotel. Food,facilities and general experience all first class. Jose and his team in the restaurant of special note…superb. Oasuma in reception so helpful. Views from rooms stunning. Very clean. On site TUI staff great…of special note Stephanie. Excursion round the Island brilliant… We’ll be back.

Arrived Saturday 29th March. Stunning hotel. Stunning location. Hotel has its own beach cove, most unique, beautiful location we've ever stayed in. Food superb, amazing variety of choices. Fresh meat etc. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. The pool area is lovely also, pool freezing cold but don't see this as a problem, baring in mind the weather is only just warming up- beautiful tropical gardens are available to relax in too, with views overlooking the cove if you don't feel like being around the pool. The food is amazing, breakfast is to die for, poached eggs, omelette stations, home cooked pancakes, proper Nutella, hash browns etc, fresh meats, proper English gammon etc... Couldn't recommend this hotel anymore! Loving our stay!!!

Currently staying here with glorious weather. Can't find fault with the hotel on BxB with Tui. Exceptionally clean friendly staff and a first rate breakfast choice. Plenty of beds for the sun all over hotel grounds it's not a problem. Bar prices are average for the area and all restaurants and bars are on your doorstep it's a 3 minute walk. Reception are helpful for anything you need. We would definitely return to this hotel in the future.
