I would like to start to say a big thanks to every member of the staff. In particular Ana, the receptionist and Maria the lady that worked at the restaurant. They were both very helpful and so kind to us. I also would like to thank the people that worked at the kitchen for helping us out with the cake so we could celebrate my niece’s birthday. We arrived after midnight was greeted by tomas who spoke very good english and got us checked in within a few mins and explained where to find the room etc and the times of the meals and entertainment. Good hotel, just what expected for a beach hotel. Rooms are a bit dated. For the daily rate paid, they should include basic amenities like bottled water, coffee/tea replenish and not just as a welcome gift. Similar hotels/rates offer this. Breakfast was an amazing treat! If your hotel is “Adults Only,” this doesn’t mean it should be only for elderly guests from Germany. During our stay, it felt more like a nursing home than a hotel. Also, if it’s truly adults-only, why is smoking not allowed even on the balcony? Is it a hospital for the elderly? At breakfast, there is only one frying pan for omelettes for the entire hotel, so expect to wait 20 minutes just for eggs...

An optimal standard for a family vacation, well-kept rooms, cleanliness is fine. Very good location. Breakfasts are sufficient to meet various expectations, although the standard is more like mass catering.

Amazing hotel, a few feet from the beach. The rooms were clean and very nice. The walls were a little thin but oh well. The service was absolutely incredible, I thank all of the staff for this pleasant experience. We had to wake up early to catch a flight and they opened the dining hall and gave us food at 5AM. Super clean and diverse food that tastes good with awesome desserts I have only offered 4 starts because one towel of mine has disappeared during my stay at this hotel and I assume it was a mistake from the cleaning lady. We have just returned from a 4 night stay and had such a lovely time. Our room was rather dated (328) but I must say clean. Everything was good the room was clean and just a couple of minutes from the beach. Breakfast had plenty of choices and was really good. The staff was very nice, especially the restaurant team. The only small downside was that the rooms aren’t very well soundproofed; we could hear babies crying, people talking, and even snoring from other rooms at night.

Rooms are old fashioned but clean. Balcony is very big and looks over the pool. Food was pretty good and there was variety of choices. Beach is 5-7min away walking in the shade on the street.

Hello. We have already gone 2 years in a row. And we plan to go again next summer. The location is great. The food is delicious and varied. The beach is 1 minute away. We were very satisfied. They say that this is a 3-star but it deserves 4, because they have every single food you like! We didn't stay at the hotel, but regularly used the cafe on the sea front. The service was amazing, food and drink great and priced very competitively. Most days we was served by Noemi and she was fantastic, always smiling and interacting with our 2 year old sum. Will return here to use as our regular coffee spot when we return next year.

For us this resort was perfect. It's on the edge of the very touristy strip so walk in one direction and it's touristy and the other direction and it's quiet, cute little alcoves, no shops or touristy stuff for miles. I love this place. It’s beautiful, by the sea and next to a strip of restaurants, little bars and shops. Everything you need is right there. The rooms are impeccably clean and cleaners come every day. The bar / restaurant staff, especially Ali and Josee, are the most accommodating and friendliest, professional people I have seen in hospitality in a long time. Appreciate the staff here. Double checked booking made by booking.com and refunded the extra charge as I had registered 3 people but it had not come through so at the front counter I was charged more than I was quoted. They double checked it on their own volition at the front desk and once they found the issue provided they flagged me over and provided a refund. Appreciate the honesty.

This is the 5th time I have stayed here. It is a wonderful hotel as long as you do not expect the Ritz. The staff and management are superb, friendly and obliging. Nothing is a bother to them. The only downside is the vacant buildings beside it but not a lot that the Sur can do about that.

Good resort, great location - next to the beach in Cala Millor. Good food and drink options for all inclusive/half board (highly reccomend going all inclusive or half board as there aren't that many restaurants nearby, and the food was great). Muchas gracias! So beautiful! I was there with a friend and stayed for a couple of days. The staff is friendly and they speak multiple languages fluently. The food is fresh, the rooms are clean and even though the pool isn't so big, it's still enough because the beach is right around the corner. And best of all, it's cheap! Definitely worth a try.

With its clean, modern decor, complete with polite and helpful staff, our stay at the Bahia Grande was a pleasure! The facilities, fixtures and fittings in the hotel and room met or exceeded our expectations and I wouldn't hesitate in coming here again.
