Went for 3 nights as a quick birthday trip. The hotel is lovely. Very clean , really comfy beds . We got a great sea view. The staff were really friendly

Excellent hotel, very clean, good value for money. About 25 minute walk along a lovely promenade to the centre. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return. Only two minor issues, the food was very good but needs to be hotter and would be nice to have tea making facilities in the rooms.

We arrived at the hotel around midday, our room was ready and the lady on reception explained everything really well, you are given free pool towels which you can change at any time. Our room and the view was possibly the best we have stayed in. The first night we went for tea about 7pm, this was a big mistake! There were hardly any spaces and the tables that were available were crammed in the first section of the restaurant, it was hard to get in and out of your seat without bumping the chair behind you. The following nights we went for tea about 6.20pm (opens at 6.30pm) people were queuing already at the door to get in. We were able to get a better table further down in the restaurant with a lot more space. We did find that the waiters didn't tend to hold much conversation, if any with us. The only ones that were really welcoming were Carmen and Gulliem. We couldn't fault the choice of food, we always found something to eat. On a Thursday they had a gala night with drinks in the reception and the food was a bit fancier, even so there was still plenty for us to eat. The breakfast is served from 8am and we found this time to be a lot quieter, again plenty of choice and the food was lovely. Although the hotel was lovely and spotless and the food was great, we probably wouldn't stay here again due to the unwelcoming atmosphere from other customers in the restaurant and also it is quite a walk to the shops and other restaurants, although there is a couple of supermarkets nearby.

Cannot rate this hotel and staff highly enough! Hotel is spotless and staff are very helpful I think this has to be one of the nicest hotels that I have ever stayed at. Great selection of food available at mealtimes as well. Peaceful round the pool during the day and none of that mad scramble to reserve a sunbed! Would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a nice relaxing holiday

Wonderful clean, modern hotel . Friendly staff throughout superb food and drinks I enjoyed every minute here ! I arrived at 12:15 but my room wasn’t ready until 2pm so I left my case in the secure room and the receptionist gave me a towel to go and relax down by the pool . She also gave me a voucher for a free welcome drink so I used that at the poolside bar and ordered some lunch while I waited for 2pm! I had booked a pool view room and it didn’t disappoint, a beautiful panoramic sea view from the balcony. The room was light and airy , a free to use safe and a fridge were included. I had to ask at reception about the air con , it was so quiet I didn’t realise it was on . I also asked for a kettle for the room so I could make the most of the time on the balcony with a cup of coffee. Every Thursday evening they have a gala evening in the foyer with nibbles and drinks available. The restaurant opened for dinner at 7pm and the selection of meats , veggie dishes and dessert can’t be faulted , similarly breakfast at 8 am was tasty and plentiful with something for all tastes and diets I skipped the entertainment the first couple of evenings but it generally started at 9:30 and finished around an hour later . Some of the acts weren’t really my cup of tea but the 1 singer that did stand out was MarkyLee a soul tribute act , he really knew how to engage with the audience and it was the best night of the week! The animation team work hard to provide something for everyone, aqua aerobics, darts , sangria making just to name a few . A great activity was corn hole which was a lot of fun . Jose was a real friendly face most evenings and always had a laugh with me , the drinks here are exquisite and the attention to detail and presentation are top notch . My most special thanks must go to the lovely David who served me at the pool bar several times during the week, he is such a lovely lad who always made an effort to check on me , a real asset to the hotel.

Every year, we go to Mallorca for my summer vacation, and we do a bit of "Hotel hopping" while we are there. This was the first time we stayed at Hipotels Bahia Cala Millor and, overall, it was worth the stay. We were lucky enough to get upgraded to a top-floor sea-view room, and the views are worth it (FYI, the pictures I am posting are for room 522). The rooms are a bit on the small size for a 4-star hotel, meaning that it may get a bit cramped if you carry along large baggage. Other than that, the room is perfectly fine, well decorated and functional, and either we had very quiet neighours or the rooms are well soundproofed. The shower is quite good! Breakfast is very good with a well assorted options and never too crowded (at least in June). The pool is great, but do note that sunbeds are packed together, and since the sun shades are bolted to the floor, we may have to switch sunbeds from time to time if you want a bit of shade. If you plan on going to the beach, then you can simply use the gate by the pool, and in 2 minutes, you are there. Activities are basic, such as aqua fitness, but the animator there is quite good at her job. Kudos to her! If you plan to have lunch or dinner elsewhere, then do note that there aren't many options close by, and most likely you will have to walk towards the center of Cala Millor to find more options, and that is a 10m/15m easy walk. Would I stay here again? The answer is "yes" but since I do a lot of hotel hopping, I usually repeat the experience if it is truly outstanding. But it was the first Hipotel I stayed at, and this hotel chain did leave me with a good impression. Let me also thank Pilar whom I had the pleasure of talking with before arriving, and she promptly assured me that everything would be OK since I had a small booking problem shortly before arriving in Mallorca Have fun and enjoy life!

Loved this hotel. Spotlessly clean, comfortable rooms. The staff were really friendly and professional. The facilities were great, entertainment every night. We were bed and breakfast and the breakfast buffet was lovely. We were spoilt for choice. We payed for dinner one evening and that was also excellent. We were only there for 5 days but it was very enjoyable. A ten to fifteen minute walk into the centre of Cala Millor but a couple of shops and bars close to the hotel.

From the minute you walk through the door there’s a warm welcome, great service and first class staff. Rooms very comfortable. Modern and immaculately clean. Love that air con can be low and quiet at night. Food was delicious. Always lots of choice and variety. The nights we stayed in for entertainment we enjoyed it, as you’d expect! Always beds available in sun or shade which was welcomed as it was hot!! It is a reasonable walk into town that we did several times. Fab cycle routes and plenty of bars to choose from. Would return in a heartbeat. Thanks to all of the staff for a brilliant holiday experience.

We’ve just got back from a fantastic stay at the Hipotels Baia Cala Millor. Every staff member we encountered were so friendly and hardworking especially the bar and restaurant staff, shout out to Erica on the entertainment team she’s so friendly and enthusiastic to talk to. The hotel is very clean and well looked after our rooms were kept so clean and tidy. We stayed in sea view rooms on the 5th floor and the view was absolutely stunning. We always found something to eat in the buffet as there’s always lots of freshly cooked meats and fish on an evening and a good selection for breakfast including yummy crispy bacon. The pool area is always kept very clean and there was always plenty of beds and no mad rush in the morning to save beds. The pool was so lovely we went in multiple times a day. The hotel location is nice and quiet just a short walk from the beach too but it was easy to catch a local bus or taxi to Cala bona when we wanted somewhere a bit more lively. We would definitely return to this hotel again.
