The hotel is good for its price. At first, we hesitated to book it because of the negative reviews, but in the end, we didn't regret spending our vacation here.
Pros of the hotel: great location near the beach, delicious breakfasts, and large supermarkets nearby. When the pillow's firmness didn't suit me, it was immediately replaced with a softer one. I also want to highlight the cleanliness of the room and the excellent daily housekeeping.
Cons of the hotel: you can hear the neighbors and people walking in the hallway, there's no refrigerator in the room, and the air conditioner doesn't work very well.
Overall, the vacation at this hotel was good.

Rooms was ok, however there is no kettle to make tea , no fridge to keep beer or water cold , every time you have to go out and buy the water and kept on table on hot weather. No ironing facilities, for breakfast you have to go there other location around 600 yards. TVs are rubbish not enjoyed a football match as so much disruption on screen while watching foot ball match. Not comfortable bed.

Hello, me and my wife had a blasting vacation in Mallorca, but the hotel needs way too many improvements ( the conditions are not 3 stars, unfortunately ). The walls are like paper and you can hear even the phone VIBRATING from the room next to you, the mini fridge is missing and that`s a very big minus. On the other hand, the balcony view was amazing and the staff is 100000000 stars, very helpful and kind. The food was always fresh, good, diverse and enough for everyone

Very nice hotel. Quiet, ideal for those who want a relaxing break. Pool was extremely cold though just needed the weather to warm it up. Plenty of loungers for those wanting to 'bake' 😎. We went early in the season so evening entertainment was only 3 evenings and for only an hour each night. Room was very clean and modern, could've done with one or two extra sockets as there were only two and they definitely could've done with a USB port built into the socket, but minor issue. Very useful airer attached to the wall on the balcony to dry towels/swimwear etc. (Take pegs)
Breakfast is in the sister hotel just around the corner (close walking distance) and the breakfasts are gooood 😋👌👍 everything you can think of, hot buffet, cold meats and cheeses, pastries, fruit, cereals, yogurts, fruit juices, tea and coffee. I don't think there's anything they didn't serve.
Local to the main street where there's lots of shops, bars and restaurants. And most importantly only a short walk to the beach. Would definitely come back to this hotel if wanting to return to the same area.

Small room, dirty, no facilities, they said they do not give extra shower gel because you can use just 1 small bottle for 7 days and they have 3 stars so you do not receive another one if you finish it faster. Receptionists have a very low English level. Pool is opened between 10am-6pm, you can't use it after 6pm. The only decent thing is the breakfast.

I was only there for breakfast and dinner in form of a buffet, and I can say it is good. The breakfast is perfect and the Dinner is Food Also, IT van habe More options. The Personal is nice, and the rooms are clean .

Nice hotel with swimming pool , rooms are nice and clean , staff friendly. I recommend for everyone.

The hotel is ok.
The food is nothing majorly special but not bad at all. Sometimes it really was delicious.
You have to walk about 2 minutes to the otger hotel to have dinner there but that is no problem at all.
The sad things are: the pool is only open from 10am to 6pm which is unbelievable.
The showers are a disaster. If you don't have a bathing top you are left with a wet and drained bathroom since the water run through and over the whole floor.
The power for the electric socket would only turn on when the lightswich was on. So i switched out the lightbulb and left the light "on" the whole time.
The prices of the bar are a bit too high but nothing too pricy.
Overall, the hotel is is ok for staying in for a couple of days. After that everything gets a bit annoying. Especially the beds. They roll apart and the pillows are very hard and uncomfortable. But again, nothing you couldn't handle for a few days.

Nice Hotel & swimming pool but for the breakfast you need to walk about 5 mins to the other Santa Maria Hotel.

On cleanliness I will give it a 5. But the rooms are are not silent at all.. you can hear everything happening in the other rooms around you. And if you have a partner.. well.. everyone will know. The beds are also on wheels, so they slide apart, and move around with the slightest touch. Food is ok, nothing to brag about, but not bad either. Used the tennis court which cost 10 euro/hour, something I think should be free. Specially when it was as poorly maintained as it was. Really good hotel for old people who goes to bed early, and just sleep/eat there, and wakes up early.
