Hotel Sabina Playa Adults Only (+16) in Cala Millor

+ I’d prefer better mattress but room was very beautiful. Everyone was so polite and friendly

First things first: When we arrived the first thing we were told was, that our double bedroom has been changed into a suite without any further costs. Our suite was clean and tidied up, the only bad thing was that one of the two air conditioners wasn't working. As soon as we told that to the service, the problem got solved. The staff in general is very polite, friendly and fluently speaks many languages (German in our case).

Fantastic hotel! We experienced several renovations during our stay. The staff was incredibly dedicated and friendly, the food was absolutely delicious, and the selection was amazing. We'll definitely be back for a fourth time as soon as the pandemic has calmed down. 😜

I have only offered 4 starts because one towel of mine has disappeared during my stay at this hotel and I assume it was a mistake from the cleaning lady. But nevertheless, one item that was mine has been taken and the day I was leaving I told the receptionist who could not do anything for me. I did not like this approach.

Best hotel we have booked in Manorca yet. Food great and staff really raally nice. Mostly German residents which indicated high standards when we booked. We chose well will go back.
