Just come back after five night stay at economy late deal price.
A lovely tranquil atmosphere, extremely clean and modern vibe.
Staff can't do enough to assist you and very friendly.
Breakfast was nice too.
Fifteen mins walk to main area of shops, bars,cafes
Would definitely recommend it.

stayed here in early September the weather was great , booked the standard room , arrived at about 4am but they had 24 hour reception so easy check in ,all the staff were super friendly and easy to talk to as they had good english , the room was perfect , it was clean , great view , comfy beds and offered house keeping everyday weekday , the overall hotel was very very clean all the staff at the front desk , the bar and in the restaurant were very friendly the pool was great so was the breakfast and the entertainment at night , it was in perfect walking distance to the main area of cala millor .we didn’t get to have dinner at the hotel during our stay but i heard it was good , i read some reviews about noise from the entertainment but it was fine the doors are pretty soundproof and the entertainment stops at a normal time so it didn’t disrupt our sleep , couldn’t have asked for better . would love to return , great value and mix or people from families to couples staying at the hotel .

We have just returned from a 4 night stay and had such a lovely time. Our room was rather dated (328) but I must say clean. The tap squeaked and the shower not amazing but we did pay for the lower grade. The breakfast good, the pool huge and very clean. All the grounds we found to be spotless. Walkable into town so lots of shops bars and restaurants close by, would say about 10 minutes. You can rent a beach towel for a deposit which we did. We would definitely stay here again, nothing to fault, but I think if you were here high season the air con may not be powerful enough. Housekeeping every day if you wanted it. Overall really loved it here, staff friendly and the snack bar was great and not overpriced.

I do not recommend it to families with children, I will never come back, I was traumatised! One morning I go down to have breakfast with my daughter and I leave my briefcase on a table as usual to occupy it and go with her to the buffet. Returning to the table I had occupied, I find a boy sitting there having breakfast. Maybe he hadn't noticed the fluorescent yellow document holder and I just take my daughter with breakfast to another table, go back to him and without saying anything I pick up my document holder and take it to the new table. I leave my daughter at the table and walk a few metres away to retrieve a glass, I don't make it in time to reach the buffet area that I notice that the boy from before gets up from his seat and together with a woman sit down at my new table right next to my daughter looking at her. I immediately ran to them taking my daughter in my arms to pull her away from them and turning to the boy I asked him what kind of problems he was having, I received no reply except a badly pronounced “sorry” as he stared astonished at his plate. Even a room attendant noticed the situation, coming up to me to ask if everything was OK. I certainly made a mistake in leaving my daughter at the table alone for a few seconds, but I never thought I would have to handle a situation like this in a protected area.

I spent 9 nights here on a solo trip and overall had a pleasant stay. The hotel is spotless inside and out: my fourth-floor room was fresh, well-equipped and had a lovely pool-and-palm view, plus efficient lifts and a bright, modern lobby to relax in. The breakfast buffet was excellent every morning, with plenty of hot and cold options, and the staff were consistently friendly—when I reported a broken shower mixer it was fixed the very next day. With the “Do Not Disturb” sign the housekeepers respected my space, which I appreciated.

A few points could turn a good stay into a great one. The pool is large and easy to enter, but it’s only open 10:00–18:00; adding two extra hours, or at least one evening/night-swim session a week, would make a big difference for guests who are out exploring during the day. Dinner service starts quite late, so I never managed to try it, and the corner room layout meant the neighbouring block looked straight in, forcing me to keep the curtains closed for privacy. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the beach and I paid roughly €900 for nine nights—fair, though I was charged double occupancy despite travelling alone, so check your booking details carefully.

In short, hotel offers good value for a calm, clean base with tasty breakfasts, kind staff and an excellent pool area. With slightly extended pool hours, earlier dinners and a rethink of corner-room privacy, it would easily earn a full five stars from me.

I want also add the walls are very thin and when it’s music outside, you hear everything also your neighbors sometimes it gets disturbing.

Everything was good the room was clean and just a couple of minutes from the beach. Breakfast had plenty of choices and was really good. The staff was very nice, especially the restaurant team. The only small downside was that the rooms aren’t very well soundproofed; we could hear babies crying, people talking, and even snoring from other rooms at night.

Broken balcony door no compensation
broken door so it didn't look and we had a broken light. it was fixed after two nights however the door broke again. staff told us we could get compensation as we slept in a room with a door that didn't lock, however manager confirmed that we could not get any food or compensation so we got told two different things. so bad experience

Rooms are old fashioned but clean. Balcony is very big and looks over the pool. Food was pretty good and there was variety of choices. Beach is 5-7min away walking in the shade on the street.

The Hotel is located a 5 min walk away from the centre of Cala Millor and is located in a quiet residential area. There are shops within a few minutes walk with Cala Millor providing plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants. You can walk to Cala Bona in 15 minutes too, which has a small marina, shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel provides a good base to explore the local area. The buffet at breakfast and dinner gave enough options. It was exactly how I expected, and i wasn't disappointed. The hotel bar prices are well priced we actually found it cheaper than in the centre. Entertainment is on every night bar Sunday we didn't watch this as prefer to leave the hotel in the evening. Our hotel room was vary spacious and came with a pool view which was lovelyThe hotelel was immaculately clean, too, with rooms being cleaned daily. We would definitely stay again
