Hotel Voramar Mallorca in Cala Millor

Sometimes, I'm afraid of writing such glowing reviews because I want to make sure there's still room for me next season! I feel like I'm a bit of a good luck charm, but I hope there will always be a vacant room for me at this hotel, which I've come to love so much.
First of all, this hotel is the best example of a true European three-star hotel, and it's even a little better than that!
🩵Location
The best beach, right by the sea. We walked along the entire coastline, and this is absolutely true.
🩵Rooms
We had a corner room with a side sea view, and it was the best room we could have asked for!
🩵Service
Flawless! While you wait to check in or after you've checked out, you have the option to leave your belongings and enjoy some extra time on the beach and on the rooftop terrace with the jacuzzi. There are separate shower cabins and electrical outlets—everything you need to freshen up and make your experience as pleasant as possible.
🩵Infrastructure
The hotel is located right by the sea. On Thursdays and Saturdays, a very talented man sang at the hotel bar. The hotel's rooftop has a sunbathing terrace and a jacuzzi, as well as tables for lunch or an evening cocktail. The hotel also has a restaurant.
🩵Food
We stayed with a full board option, so we had breakfast and dinner, and everything was delicious. Every time, there was a dish cooked over an open flame. Fish, seafood, meat—there was plenty of everything.
The only downside is the lack of even water at dinner. Everything has to be bought separately. I understand that they need to make money, but even if the full board option were a euro more expensive to include food and lemon water, it would slightly improve the impression. We would order wine and beer anyway.

👀And another detail: the photos in the rooms.
They have panoramas of Mallorca, but they are definitely outshone by the panorama outside the window! I would suggest putting stylish black-and-white images from a modern photographer or small local pieces in a boho style, or made of local glass and stones, to make this interior detail more elegant.
🩵Cleanliness
Impeccable! The room is cleaned and towels are replaced. The first floor of the hotel, despite guests walking around in their swimsuits and tracking in sand, is always clean. The floors on the upper levels are covered with clean rugs, also despite the sand. And the collection of hotel soaps and shampoos is a separate pleasure, considering their scent.

As you can tell from my review, I am happy that I chose this hotel for my vacation.
🥹The only negative is that this vacation has ended, and I hope to come back again!

The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a good shower. Breakfast is definitely a highlight – fresh, varied, and well-prepared. However, I recommend skipping the dinner. The quality was disappointing and didn’t match the standard of the rest of the stay. Stick to breakfast and dine elsewhere for better evening meals.

The stay at this hotel was very successful. The rooms were clean and well-kept, and the food was tasty and varied. The polite and professional service deserves special mention, especially the people working at the bar and during breakfast and dinner. I would especially like to single out Mr. Daniel, who speaks fluent English and is always willing to help - his commitment really makes a difference. Der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war sehr gelungen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich, das Essen lecker und abwechslungsreich. Ich empfehle.

We didn't stay at the hotel, but regularly used the cafe on the sea front. The service was amazing, food and drink great and priced very competitively. Most days we was served by Noemi and she was fantastic, always smiling and interacting with our 2 year old sum. Will return here to use as our regular coffee spot when we return next year.

We stayed at Voramar Hotel for 3 weeks. Everything was perfect ! It was our first time at this Hotel . We loved it ! The whole staff are excellent in all the ways. We really felt at home ! All the staff were always very helpful and always with a beautiful smile in theirs faces. We chose a room in front of the sea . It was amazing to have heard the sea at night even with the closed door of the balcony. Magic ! The food was excellent and delicious ! We had breakfast and dinner. Definitely and without no hesitation we will go again. One just cross the road and you are at the beautiful sea ! We would like to congratulate the Director of the hotel for having a marvelous staff ! We wish the Director and all his marvelous staff lots of success.

We've been in the hotel for a week at the end of July. The location is amazing, just in front of the beach, and some rooms have a great sea view on the promenade and the beach. The other side of the medal is that in some days there can be a lot of noise in the street, with very loud music until 4am. The insulation of the rooms is not great either, so if you have loud neighbours you'll hear everything.

The rooms are clean and in decent state, but the fact that you have to pay for everything (the safe, use of the fridge even for personal stuff) is frankly ridiculous. The hotel overall would make a much, much better impression if room rates were 5 euro higher, but include safe and fridge in the stay by default.

The service is good, the staff is friendly but very strict with (non Spanish) timings for the restaurant. The food is generally good and showcases a mixed European/continental selection.

Overall I think it's a good choice for a short holiday in Cala Millor.
