wonderful Stay at THB Niagara
We had a wonderful stay at THB Niagara and really enjoyed our time at the hotel. Everything was perfectly organised, which made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The beds were very comfortable, the shower was great, and the room was clean and well taken care of. The room service was also excellent, and the swimming pool was a lovely place to relax and enjoy the holiday. Overall, everything was just right, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
Fantastic Barmen: Esteban & Babu
A special mention goes to the fantastic barmen, Esteban and Babu. They are both great at what they do and always provide excellent service with a smile. They also take the time to have a nice, friendly chat with you, which creates a really warm and welcoming atmosphere. Their personalities and hospitality definitely made our stay even more enjoyable. They are a real asset to the hotel!
We would happily come back again!

Xavi - helped us a lot when we were struggling because booking.com just cancelled our room without us knowing. But the guys so xavi and ilie helped us so much, so we could book directly and stay here. I will recommend everybody to book directly so the hotel does not have to give too much to booking and you get more service and help! Thank you we gonna come again‘

I had a small leak in the shower box, the tv just showed everything in German, 😂😂😂(I started to learn) besides those things everything was great.

Very friendly and helpful staff, super breakfast, and clean rooms.
Even though it is located right in the middle of the party street, you are not bothered by the noise—well, maybe by the glass recycling bin that needs to be emptied a bit more often... weird, right? :)

I was very satisfied with everything. The layout of the room is good with a nice little balcony where you can sit out and enjoy the view. The breakfast is amazing. The windows are well soundproofed, which is necessary due to the location. The staff is very kind and helpful. I would especially like to thank Frontliner Aina (I hope I spelled her name correctly) for her help, who personally helped me store my bike in a safe place. I hope to be here again soon as a guest :)

The hotel itself is modern and perfectly located for parties and beach holidays.
I had room 701.
On May 24th, the concierge carried out repairs in my room while I was sitting on the balcony on the phone.
During this time, €100 was stolen from my bag, which was open in the bathroom.
I inquired about my options at the reception and tried to speak with them.
Unfortunately, I can't prove anything.
For me, this is an impossibility. The Niagara has always been a top address, but to simply accept something like this, powerlessly, is annoying.
I warn everyone against this hotel!

For someone looking to be close to the party scene. Very well located, plus it has good soundproofing if you decide to relax. Quiet and hassle-free hotel.

The location is good and service as well. It's pretty clean. The room is a bit small.
