5 stars – Excellent Stay!
I had a wonderful experience at Q- Royal hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and a great view. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and major attractions. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the high level of service throughout my stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Stayed at Q-Royal Hotel for a few nights and was really impressed. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and professional. The room was clean, modern, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I loved the little touches like complimentary water and toiletries. The hotel itself is in a great location—easy to get around and close to everything. The breakfast buffet was also a nice surprise with plenty of options. Great value for the price. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Very poor customer service. Our ferry from Barcelona got delayed. We keept hotel informed about our late arrival (after check-in) on regulalar basis. However absolutely no refund, hotel stoped talking to us once we canceled our reservation. Expected bit more from this part od the world. Rubish and avoid.

Such an amazing time we had there. Amazing view from big terrace, nice and helpful staff, tidy room with big and comfortable bed, great location just by the sea and a lot of pubs, restaurants. I am pretty sure for this price you ain't gonna find anything better here!

Good communication, good service, very clean place and a super nice staff. Nicely placed with a beautiful view of the beach! We chose this hotel as an emergency option as we had no place to stay and finally decided to add 3 more nights. The only bad point is the very bad wifi connection quality.

Great location! Great view! Nice and friendly staff. Rooms clean, good size with comfy beds and big terrace. Cocktail bar on the rooftop ;)
