Hotel Cabot Romantic - Adults Only in Port de Pollenca

Fabulous location right on the seafront in Puerto de Pollensa Bay. The staff were excellent, happy to help and looked after us well. The buffet breakfast was extensive and plentiful. We ate our evening meal at the restaurant on two evenings, with the quality of food being very high.
While the location is great, the room we had was not so good. Sounds insulation is non-existent and the shower cubicle is too narrow to be practical - it was very easy to bump the tap and change the settings, too hot, too cold or off! That said, the water pressure was superb!

The good bits- A very good location - Lovely view ( I would advise you request second or third floor to get best sea view) - The hotel is clean - good selection of food at breakfast.
The not so good - Bathroom in our room was very small - dated- plastic shower doors and small enclosure - TERRIBLE Coffee! - no fresh orange juice ! Just machine concentrate juices - You are charged for changing beach towels.

Absolute gem! This is my favourite hotel in Mallorca. I've been coming here for years now. Even my family started coming here after my recommendation. The staff are all super friendly and always helpful. The food is amazing and the atmosphere in the hotel is very home-like. I'd like to give a special thank you to Anna and Francesca. The location is very convenient and close to a bus stop. And mainly the area, combining mountains and beach, is stunning. Will continue to come back here.

We loved this hotel. Large sea view room which was very clean.
Great breakfast.
Staff were helpful and friendly. They sorted us some early breakfast for a 3am check out.
Just over the road to the lovely beach and Tamerells beach bar.
We much preferred this hotel to our other few nights in a hotel on the pine walk

Bed mattress seemed tired. Room service only replaced tea once. And you are the only hotel that I know of on earth that charges for use of the in room safe.

Now the desk service people where very helpful and patient with our language differences, ie car rental and airport taxi.
