Hotel Miramar Mallorca in Port de Pollenca

Excellent location on pine walk middway . Everything about this hotel is top notch . Lovely terrace for breakfast and evening meal or drinks . Private sun terrace with bar and beach access . Stayed in a sea view room with terrace with sunbeds just beautiful . Bathroom with shower over bath . Lovely spa behind hotel with indoor spa pool and out door pool too. Staff are all friendly and very attentive . Breakfast has everything you could want ...and more ! No lunch. required ! English tv channels also. Good wifi . Beach towels supplied . 10/10 we will be returning

The hotel has a friendly, comfortable ambience and is perfectly situated opposite the marina and close to the Pine walk. The front terrace is ideal for eating, drinking and watching the world go by. The staff are attentive, happy and interact in positive way at all times, which ensures a relaxed stay.

Our annual visit- always a great hotel. A slight criticism this time, after 20 years of visiting- I wish the lady on reception in the afternoons was more welcoming. Being ignored, and then when we asked if we can get a cocktail, and being told ‘go somewhere else, or try the bar’, is not what I expect. All the other staff are, as always, lovely. Sorry to miss Miguel again. We hope he gets better soon.

My fevorite hotel in Pollenca. Nicest people working there. Coming back for sure. And a five star recommendation to others.

Had a lovely week here 18-25 Oct, in a room at back of hotel with 2 balconies on 1st floor. This is an old long standing hotel right on the seafront at the start of the Pine Walk pedestrian promenade. The hotel’s location is excellent - close to shops, restaurants etc as well as marina. We loved everything about it! We ate on the verandah several nights - no cardigans, it was what we would have called very warm over in UK! Had breakfast daily inside as verandah in full sun until later in day. Our room was great as didn’t get full sun, but had good air con if needed. We had a mini fridge, kettle, cups (no spoons) tea and coffee. The Spar was just over the road and we bought milk and sandwich making food for lunches on the balcony, also lovely coconut cakes. (There are several Spar shops nearby and an Eroski supermarket 5 mins away.) The hotel will also provide milk if asked. The bathroom was a little compact but everything worked - good shower pressure. Hotel and rooms kept very clean and tidy. Safe in wardrobe. There were lovely lounges if the weather had turned. Also a small library for residents. Across the street we overlooked is the hotel’s swimming pool and spa. The hotel also owns an apartment complex there. The reception staff were very helpful and showed us to our room. The restaurant/bar staff were also very good. Guests need to be ticked off list for breakfast as they were open to passers by too. Also best to book dinner to ensure a seat! We were staying almost at the end of their season on a bed & breakfast deal with Tui. The restaurant for evening meals was good but closed mid-week - not a problem as are among many other restaurants. Lunch still available even when we were leaving - good selection though beginning to wind down availability - we had the home made pudding on our last day - cross between bread and butter and egg custard with fruity ingredients - lovely! Can also get coffee/tea and cake in afternoons again on verandah overlooking the sea. There is also the hotel’s own decking area with bar, sun beds etc across from the hotel on the beach. We had an evening flight home and as it was quietening down were able to keep our room until pick-up time which was lovely - weather still very warm! Market Weds morning in main square - 5 mins; bus stop 5-10 mins inland, behind main square; Pine Walk to Illa D’0r hotel approx 30 mins depending on heat and speed of walking! Thanks to all for a great week! This was our first visit and would love to go back!

As always, The Miramar oozes relaxed style and Sophisticated service. Staff who have been there for years and treat everyone with courtesy and a friendly smile. Comfortable rooms always impeccably clean. A gorgeous buffet breakfast taken out on the porch or terrace. Efficient bar and snack service and an elegant dining experience .

We stayed here for 9 nights at end of May into first week of June 2025 - a room on the 2nd floor. We had such a nice time here we had no hesitation in booking again for first week of October. We wanted 5 nights but the room was only available for 4 nights - but this time a Superior room on the 4th floor with even better views. Many of the staff recognised us and welcomed us back. It was also a nice touch that a member of staff from Reception came out from the rear entrance to welcome us from the Coach on arrival. It really is a privilege to stay at this hotel. Very comfortable. As well as commanding a superb view of the bay, the service is always top notch looked after by the wonderful, caring and hard working staff. They are all so very helpful. We also enjoyed the Spa with swimming pool. Always nice to relax there. Good breakfast as usual, especially the small Chorizo(?) sausages - not available every morning but when they are they are really tasty! We enjoyed our relaxing short break, with mostly good weather, and hope to return in the not too distant future. Many thanks.

Just home after a fabulous 11 night stay in Hotel Miramar. Fantastic location Spanish charm Staff welcoming and friendly Spotless clean Breakfast was fresh and tasty with traditional treats every day Room overlooked courtyard at back & mountain and was everything we required. Spacious, good storage, large balcony, comfortable beds and pillows. Serviced everyday Used hotels own sun terrace/ beach area everyday which is an added bonus as beach loungers are expensive in Port de Pollenca Terrace area at front of hotel is beautiful to have breakfast or sit with a drink and watch world go by at night All in all, a fantastic hotel and we will definitely be returning customers if they continue to provide value for money service Thank you to all the staff

The Miramar was fantastic as usual. We have been visiting since 2003 & it never disappoints. Our room was fabulous with a brilliant view over the bay. We loved our breakfast taken outside on the veranda, snacks & coffee too & of course it was a lovely place to have our evening meals enjoying the view. The lovely terrace is great for sunbathing or relaxing in the shade & it is next to the beach & sea. At night the sea lounge is a great place to sit by the sea enjoying cocktails. There is also a spa with indoor pool & an outdoor pool. The staff are friendly & always ready to help. The Miramar has a prime position overlooking the bay & as well as being the oldest hotel in Puerto Pollensa it is in our opinion, also the very best. We have already booked again for next September.

The Hotel Mirimar is an excellent choice of hotel for a holiday in Puerto Pollensa. It is located on the Pine Walk and has its own beach area. All meals can be taken on the terrace, that is located on the promenade. The rooms are well appointed and even though we had one that looked onto a back street we had a very enjoyable time. All the staff are helpful. There is a small gym and Spa.
