I enjoyed my stay in this hotel very much. First of all, the staff is very kind and helpful and motivated. Staff can make or break the experience, here they definitely make it! Thanks to everyone, especially the kind employee who helped me when I locked myself out on the balcony in the evening!
Furthermore, everything is clean and my room was bright, spacious and modern. Breakfast and dinner buffet were nice and affordable and there were also several vegetarian options. The pool area was nice and clean and I always found a free spot. I'll be happy to visit again any time.

This review will focus mainly on the way the hotel helped us with a strong dairy allergy. Otherwise the hotel, the room, the facilities, the setting - all great, no complaints. For families with allergies: - our son has a dairy allergy (milk, cheese, butter, chocolate etc). We were a bit disappointed to find that some of the buffet dishes were mis-labelled which could have disastrous consequences for our son. - the restaurant staff couldn’t have been more helpful and certain labels had clearly been updated by night two - due to a combination of “milk in many dishes” and our 8yo being a bit picky, we were struggling to find much he could/would eat - a massive shout to the kitchen staff under their head chef Javier. He worked through translation to agree some simple options that our son loved and each evening prepared them specially, and away from contamination - the buffet has an amazing selection of dairy-based deserts. It was a nice touch that the kitchen also found our son a DF ice lolly. This turned what could have been a week long anxiety into a relaxing holiday. Thank you to all of the team who helped here. We have just returned from a week here and will definitely be coming back, arslan and the rest of the staff at the hotel were amazing, we went all inclusive and found the food and drink on offer really good and great value for money, our favourite being the lunch time menu which was amazing. The only slight negative was you are a little away from everywhere, that said you are short taxi rides away from some lovely places including Alcudia old town which was really beautiful. The team also made a massive effort for Halloween with the staff getting dressed up and they even had a room decorated to give us all a scare including the parents … it was so good !

But always have a smile on their faces.
Rooms massive and upto date . Beds are really comfortable (wish I could take it home with me ).
Only had breakfast but something for everyone. Loads of choices .

1st time visiting the island and 1st tinea club de sol . I can truly say it's been a fantastic 11 nights. The weather has been really good . We came after the bad rains, so I was a bit unsure . Our room was a junior suit overlooking the stage area . Very quiet. Big room with 2 really comfortable beds . Ours had 3 different types of pillows . A settee tv and mini fridge. Tea and coffee facilities. A big double wardrobe with a free combination safe .plenty of hangers space . Bathroom a large shower area with a hairdryer. There's complimentary shower gel and soap . A lovely balcony and on the front a courtyard. The place is spotlessly clean . The breakfast was delicious. We paid on a morning £15 euros per adult per day . Honestly, there are loads of different choices. Cold buffet. Hot buffet even with English bacon and sausages. Pastries jams , fruit you can't go wrong. The pool was a bit cold, so I only dared it once . But loads of sunbeds and areas to relax . There's a pool bar for food and drink or an ice cream shop on site . The bar at night has plenty of choices. Hot and cold drinks . Used the spa area lovely . My tip is don't bring English money the euro here is very low to the pound . I used a revolut card brilliant accepted all over the island and great rates . Download the majorca app for taxis really simple to use, and if there's more 2 people cheaper than the bus . The hideaway restaurant just to the right of the main reception is really good . Delicious home cooked food, good atmosphere, and lovely friendly service Visited here 4 times . Loads of choice . Would definitely return here . Ps don't panic over the mosquito. Only got bit once just get a good deet spray and the mossi bracelet. Spot on

Loved this hotel! Stayed mid September. All the staff we encountered were lovely, communal areas kept clean and beautifully decorated.

Great to walk into puerto pollensa or really easy to get on the bus just outaide to alcudia, puerto pollensa or further afield (just contactless tap on tap off)

Food was fantastic, especially the ribs! and always a good range of options.

Great 5 night stay at this spotless hotel with friendly staff and wide ranging buffet breakfasts (scrambled eggs were excellent every morning).
2 super pools with comfortable and clean sun loungers.
Situated on a quiet and peaceful stretch of coastline it was a 20 minute walk into town or a 10 minute walk to clean sandy beaches and clear water.
Spa was superb and free to use for guests.
Overall, impressed.

We visited, as a group of 5 friends, for a 3 night stay in late Sept. The hotel was spotlessly clean, staff were very friendly, and the food had a great selection and was fabulous quality. One of us needed gluten free food which was not a problem at all. There were a few supplements for certain cocktails and drinks but there were more than enough included in the all inclusive to not need these. Every area of the hotel was kept immaculate. We had a slight problem with the toilet but it was rectified immediately. Our only slight issue was as we were friends sharing rooms we could have benefitted from a mirror in the bedroom so that whilst one was showering the other could be getting ready. We would definitely recommend the hotel to others.

Had a fabulous three nights at Club Del Sol with my mother and daughter, everything was just perfect, would highly recommend

Probably the nicest, friendliest and most professional hotel staff I've ever encountered. Such lovely people run this hotel and I can't thank them enough for the stay and support they provided my family while we were away. The pools are amazing and they are perfectly set up for young families. Rooms and well equipped and looked after. The spa is lovely and a welcome bit of solitude. Thank you to all the team for such a great stay!!!
