Mar Senses Puerto De Pollensa Aparthotel in Port de Pollenca

We had a quiet, relaxing holiday. The food was also very good. The staff was very nice. The city beach is very close, lined with trees. The promenade is nice. We'll be back again 😃👍

We have just returned from an absolutely fantastic week's holiday in Mar Senses Hotel Porta Pollensa. The staff and the facilities there are of the highest calibre. Out of all of the Hotels we have stayed in, these are the friendliest and most accormodating staff I have ever met. It is lovely to see the staff interacting with each other and it is very obvious that they love each other and love their job. This is reflected in how they treat their customers. I would thoroughly recommend this Hotel to anyone to wishes to stay in Porta Pollensa. You will not be disappointed. It is the best hotel around. Thanks for a wonderful holiday. Raymond Walker

This is fantastic hotel, the food is delicious and the staff are incredibly friendly (thank you Naty!). Our rooms were super clean and the facilities are perfect. Location is great, just near the beach but quiet at night. Entertainment in the evenings was fun. We will definitely return next year!

This hotel is a real delight. Lovely surroundings, great location and fantastic staff. From the genuinely friendly welcome from the team at reception with a glass of cava we felt this was going to be a good holiday. Our room was very nice L13 on first floor with a pool view. The pool area is very pleasant. Breakfasts and dinner were excellent. First time ever we have actually had dinner and breakfast every day, we usually give them a miss after a few days but enjoyed the food here. There was live music in the bar area 9-10 on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. We went 5 times and the singers were all very good. Easy to get to bus stop for exploring. So convenient for seafront and marina and pine walk. Special mention to Carina at reception, Alex in dining room and Jesus in the bar, although all staff were great. Housekeeping also good. We have already booked for next year.

We have a lovely holiday at the Mar Senses in April 2026. Hotel inside and out was absolutely spotless. Comfy super king bed and powerful rain shower, fridge, kettle, coffeemaker and microwave and comfy sofa for relaxing. We had everything we needed. A very short walk to the sea with lovely restaurants, bars and shops. A short walk to the bus station spa well. The food was very good so we ate in the hotel every night. Best of all were the wonderful staff who worked so well together and always friendly and cheerful. Evening entertainment every other night was excellent. Loved it all!

My husband and I enjoyed our honeymoon here and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff was incredibly friendly, easy to communicate with (in spanish or english or german!), and quick to help with whatever we needed. The food, oh my, the FOOD. The breakfast and dinner buffets were easily the best food we had and I lived and died for the desserts they had every night. We ate out for lunch at a few restaurants in the area but the hotel food was consistently incredible. The entire hotel and spa was clean, relaxing, and bike friendly. We would happily stay at another MarSenses in the future.

As usual we arrived on the opening day and had another wonderful 2 week stay. It was a pleasure to see all of the usual staff on reception, in the restaurant and pool and maintenance team again. This was our 8th or 9th visit to this wonderful hotel and we are always provided with the best welcome and excellent service. The food was good and varied as usual. The room was clean and comfortable. We thoroughly recommend this hotel and we are looking forward to our visit next year.

I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this hotel especially catering for people with a disability. I could not fault it, excellent in every way.

Amazing ! Just returned from a week and everything was more than perfect . The staff, the food our room . A very friendly warm welcome by the receptionist. My husband took me for my birthday and I was very spoilt by the staff and a lovely cake . The restaurant staff thank you !!!! Food was beautiful. See you next year everyone!!!!

I haven't considered staying anywhere else in Port de Pollensa! Been here three times and will be back.
