Hoposa Apartamentos Montelin in Port de Pollenca

Stayed here last week in October and it was great the apartment has toaster, Kettle, hair dryer, TV (only a few English channels), microwave and hob. Cleaners came every day. Food available over the road at the Villa Concha at a reasonable price. Would come again but can imagine in the summer months the resort would be extremely busy. Plenty to do for all the family.

Location: Great location just 2 blocks from the waterfront. Easy parking on the street outside. Hotel: Very good as we stayed in the adults section and it was quiet. Its a sport centric hotel so there was a nice gym and they provided a good buffet breakfast in the morning. Rooms: Spaciois with a balcony and small kitchenet which was great. Staff: They were helpful and friwndly. Nonissues with this hotel and i would stay here again.

Hotel expensive for what it was, much better value in Puerto Pollença

My wife and I have just had a 12 night stay at these apartments. The apartments are spacious, clean and comfortable, and there is an excellent walk in shower. There is a small kitchen area, but we did find the area a bit too small when making something for lunch. The cleaners arrived each day, and did a great job. We used the Villa Concha facilities a few times, particularly the first few days when we had our family and including our three year old granddaughter, and she loved the pools and particularly the mini disco! After they had gone home, we tended to use the beach, which is a very short walk away, as are the local shops. There is very little to criticise about this place, other than we found it extremely quiet, particularly in the evenings, and when sitting on the balcony in the apartment, we almost felt like we had to whisper! There is very little in the way of entertainment in the evenings, and the bar area was usually empty when we turned up at around 9.30pm, and on a couple of occasions we struggled to get a coffee, as the machine had been switched off. Many of the occupants are keen cyclists, and I think it’s very much a case of early to bed and early to rise, but it did create a dull atmosphere. On our last night, we did have an issue with a barmaid who was rude and uncooperative, and we raised this separately with the management, who responded very quickly, which was much appreciated. To finish in a very positive note, with the one exception just mentioned, the staff were fantastic - reception, cleaners, waiters, bar staff, all friendly, professional and keen to help. We probably won’t return, as we found it too quiet ( and we are in our 60’s!) , but if that’s what you like, or you are one of the cyclists that I referred to, then I wouldn’t fault it.

This hotel was close to the beaches and the waterfront restaurants and shops. While breakfast was additional, it was great and a better deal than the restaurants. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Parking was streetside, right out front, and free!

Just arrived home after fantastic 14 nights at Montelin Apartments in No 412. The apartment studio is exactly as described -large bed , sofa bed , small kitchen area with fridge , microwave and 2 ring hob. Bathroom featured walk-in shower and toilet. Balcony was spacious and over-looking the pool. The staff visit every day to clean, changed towels etc. All service staff very pleasant. The pool area was always quiet, with beds available and of a good standard. Finally the location is perfect , 5 mins to beach and 15 min easy flat walk to Port of Pollensa. When we return here, we will definitely stay here again. Added bonus you can also use Hotel facilities if you wish.

Great apartment that was perfect for our needs. Super comfortable beds, extremely clean and really powerful hot shower. Great to be able to use the bike garage and facilities at the next door Villaconcha. Location really convenient for everything in Port de Pollenca. We will definitely be back.
