Hotel Capri in Port de Pollenca

We are a Canadian couple who travelled to Mallorca this fall. We were fortunate to visit the picturesque town of Port de Pollenca and stay at the Hotel Capri. From the time we arrived and were welcomed by Lucas we thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel. Our accommodation was on the second floor double room with balcony. The room was very spacious and spending time on the balcony was pleasant. The housekeeping lady was so helpful and our room was kept very clean. A superb job! The breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed sitting outdoors admiring the port and the sailing vessels. This was our favourite Port and beach during our month stay in Mallorca. We enjoyed many walks along the promenade and dining at local restaurants. We travelled the switchback roads from Soller to Port de Pollenca through the Serra de Mountains and was definitely a must do road trip. Cycling is very popular throughout the area and mountains. We rented hybrid bikes and travelled the flat route to Alcudia. Highly recommend Bike Experience for bike rentals. We recommend staying at the Hotel Capri and visiting the area. The town of Pollenca is a must visit as well. Beautiful architecture and old world charm.

Been going to capri for several years. No frills but clean and friendly. However this year unless you arrive before mid afternoon there is a self service check in. This was ridiculous. Everyone I saw using it was having issues. Including us. Having spent ages inputting all our details we eventually got the key to room. However it did not work. It was quite late by now and I called the number that was on a sign in case of a problem. No one answered! Fortunately as I am a regular I knew the eolo is the sister hotel so tired and thirsty I had to walk down there and luckily someone was on reception. She came back with me and sorted out the key. Not a good start. One guest I spoke to who had never been to the hotel nor PP ever arrived at midnight. He only had cash but you can only use a credit card ! This meant he could not get his room Key. He knew nothing about the eolo and everywhere was closed. Fortunately for him a restauranter was just leaving a nearby restaurant and he knew the owner and had his number. If not for him the poor man would have had nowhere to stay that evening. Worrying that if an emergency during the night there was no one on reception. For that reason alone I probably won’t stay again and would not recommend to anyone. Capri if you read this please go back to 24 hour reception. Such a shame

My mum and I recently enjoyed a fantastic 2 weeks staying stay in the fabulous Hotel Capri. We loved the hotel which was small and in the perfect spot on the Pine Walk. Breakfasts were delicious and the restaurant was lovely, particularly sitting on the jetty. All staff in the hotel were fantastic, friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. A particular thanks to the brilliant Lukas, for looking after us so well. We will be back!

The best restaurant on the island in my view for beautiful sunsets and food, great value, great service and the food was fresh and delicious 🤤 we took the seafood 🦞 pasta and steak we definitely will be back , make sure you reserve a table by the sea for the best evening

Second time at Hotel Capri and again we had a wonderful stay. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and even when we were leaving early on our bikes, we were able to grab some pastries and fruit to go. Location is absolutely perfect for the beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. Rooms were spotless and the front balcony views spectacular. Will definitely be going back again.

One of the best-managed hotels I’ve had the pleasure of staying at in a long time. The location is unbeatable, offering breathtaking views that are nothing short of spectacular. The on-site restaurant is a culinary gem, providing a delightful dining experience that complements the elegant ambiance. I was particularly impressed by the complimentary breakfast—an extensive yet refined spread that set the perfect tone for the day. Every detail, from the service to the amenities, was thoughtfully curated, making this hotel a true standout.

Fantastic location on the famous Pine Walk; nice and convenient for shops, restaurants and transport links. Great, informal, cheerful and efficient staff in all areas - reception, housekeeping, bar and restaurant. I will be going back. Thank you.
