Hotel S'Ardeviu in Soller

We loved our stay with Xisco and Isabel. Their hotel is beautiful and traditional with a lovely garden and the perfect location in the centre of town. The basic rooms are a bit small and beds slightly hard but we didn’t mind - there is AC for the hot nights, the room was cleaned daily, and it was all we needed as we were out all day. The breakfast was delicious each day. We hope to come back!

Abbbbbsolutely stunning hotel. The owners are unbelievably wonderful and welcoming. The building will make you feel like you've travelled back in time and you're living your most cultured life. Lovely rooms and if there is anything you don't want to miss, it's a lovely breakfast in a garden/courtyard that makes you want to stay there for the whole day. Couldn't rate them higher!

This small hotel is in an historic mallorquin town house directly in the city center; just 50 meters to the town square.
Breakfast buffet (8-10) is served by the owners of the hotel with freshly pressed orange juice. The marmelades are delicious. We wished to have more egg choices than just boiled egg.
Parking situation in Sóller is problematic. We tried parking close, but ended up in the maze of narrow alleys. We ended up parking 700 m away for 9 € / day.

An incredibly aesthetic hotel — we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay here. The hosts have impeccable taste, and it shows in every beautiful detail. There’s a lovely bar available for guests with tea, coffee, and exquisite locally made alcohol from Mallorca. Breakfasts on the terrace were absolutely charming and atmospheric. Check-in and check-out were smooth and convenient. The room was cozy and inviting. The hosts themselves were absolutely lovely. We’re ready to sing praises to this place! Thank you so much for making our vacation so special — we had an amazing time.

We stayed here for three nights, could stay longer. The design is very chic and cozy, but what made our stay so great was how considerate and kind the owners are. We had all we expected and more, it’s obvious they love what they do. Especially the courtyard was extremely serene and calm. Definitely value for money

Beautiful traditional Mallorcean house and an oasis of a garden in the heart of Soller but on a tranquil side street. Friendly, helpful hosts and delicious breakfast, we loved our stay here.

Must be the best hotel in soller. Very quiet an frindly. Beautifull rooms. The breakfast is the best i have ever had in a hotel. Lokal specialties jamon manchego cheese, to types of the local pizza. I can go on forever. 🙂👌

Small family hotel run by the owners with a high service level.

We had a room with space, nice Spanish beds (a little bit harder than a Suede normally would expect) that gave us good sleep.

They serve a buffe breakfast, like a Swedish "smörgåsbord". Variations from day to day. A lot of local fruits, pastries and cold cuts. Freshly made orange juice. All served in their lovely courtyard.
The hotel are located very close to the centre of Soller and still quiet. It is also very well located to reach many of the area's hiking trails that we used.

I am not surprised that Hotel S'Ardeviu have a high ranking on Booking.com, since this is a Hotel and an area you want to come back to :-).

Highly recommended. From the staff, room and facilities to the good location and breakfast enhanced by the local ingredients this hotel seems impeccable.
