Apartamentos Torre Yago in Benidorm

arrived 3pm 16-09-2025 departed 30-09-2025.we arived around 3pm at torre yago apartments.no one in reception.read on google some people collected their keys from trebol app's.walked to trebol,to be told they did not have our keys and reception would re open at 5pm.tried ringing reception at 5pm to not get an answer.hung around and eventually at 5.30 a man came in with our keys.we were mortified at the run down mess of an apartment we had been given apartment 6-1.also apartment was in total shade.the apartment sides drop back from the front of building.phoned love holidays to be told to complain to reception.once again no one was in reception.managed to complain the next day to be told (eventually) he could move us on saturday 21st.we had to endure this apartment for 4 days.it made my skin crawl,to the point i wanted to go home.i did not live in a clean well maintained home to come to this run down apartment.we moved on the saturday to 6-3 and was very pleased.front of building with the views in the ad.on the morning of our departure we were meeting our transfer coach at 02.45.we left apartment room at 2.30 to give plenty of time to get to coach (pick up was at the back of torre yago).as i have always done over many,many years left the keys on the table and closed the door.we went to go out only to find all the 6ft gates were locked.(we did not know there were any gates as they slid out of view.)i phoned multiple time to reception man.eventually got an answer.i told him we were locked in and our transfer (by this tme)was in 5 minutes.he said we should have left the keys in a deposit box.i told him no one told us this and why was we not made aware of this and his ignorant reply was "because you never asked" !. with this he said he could not get to us in time.the ages of my part is two 63 yr old and one 70 yr old.we had to lift our cases and hand luggage over this 6ft gate then climb over the gate.my husband hurt his toe which turned black and he thought it was broken.we then had to run,with our cases and just made the transfer.i must add the first 4 days in this disgraceful apartment were the worst i have ever stayed in.please find attached photos,showing plaster off walls,cracks all around windows and walls,rust everywhere,stinking dirty windows that you couldn't see out of,shower off runner and broken plastic shower screen.toilets chipped and dirty.view down on dirty roof tops,air con leaking,louvre doors all greasy,doors not shutting,you had to slam them to close.etc.it was the worst experiance of my life.
