Little cute rooms with AC, daily cleaning.

A terrible experience from the moment we arrived. The place is beautiful, the rooms exactly as they appear in the photos, but the behavior of the staff was extremely unpleasant and rude. We booked 45 days ago with a Wonderbox voucher, and everything seemed fine. When we arrived at the hotel, the owner confirmed the voucher, but when we got back to sleep that night, they told us the voucher wasn't valid for our stay and that we had to pay for it. A complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers. And to top it all off, they gave us air conditioning and TV remotes that didn't work in our room. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD. If you're not interested in Wonderbox, you should talk to them. The customer shouldn't have to deal with these kinds of problems.

First of all, you pay a bit more because supposedly you can see the sea from the balcony 😂😂😂😂 but they don't tell you to bring binoculars (I'll upload a photo later). Then, the TV is also for using binoculars. The mattresses are mediocre, and to top it all off, there's no hot water, only lukewarm, and they charge €77.40 from 1:00 PM on Saturday until 12:30 PM on Sunday. I'd pay that without a problem as long as the room was worth it. Supposedly, in this case, it wasn't. AND THE AIR CONDITIONING AND NOISE ARE A DISGRACE, TRULY. HERE'S THE PHOTO OF THE SEA YOU CAN SEE FROM THE BALCONY.

Although I had a reservation and on May 9th I sent them the coupon for two nights, already paid for, when I tried to confirm the reservation two days before, I was answered by a "******" who was rude and defiant and the first thing he said was that he was cancelling my reservation. I asked for his name and he told me that he was the manager and when I asked for his name he said: What do you care? Unprofessional treatment, rude... UNACCEPTABLE!!!. The positive: I booked with the Hotel Fuerte de El Rompido, a great hotel, unbeatable professionalism. We won! I hope it ends as it deserves: CLOSED

I arrived with the confirmation email after booking through their website and only received the shouts and rudeness of the receptionist who did not even try to help. That it was not listed in their system and I had to leave in a bad mood. My vacation was ruined because of a mistake of theirs.
