Good food, a lot of activities organised by the hotel helpful staff and nice heated inside swimming pool. Also nice location in walking distance from the beach.

The reason we booked this was because they had a swimming pool for kids. First day we wait till 17h because the reception said that was the kids hour to go in. However when we intended to go we are stopped by staff and our 14 month is not allowed in. Only in the outside pool which was closed by 17h. Very bad start of the vacation since we booked this vacation mainly for him to be able to swim every day.

A nice lazy holiday for me. Everything perfect. Nice and very good staff (chapeau), nice food. It was fun for me to see that I was the only foreigner between all the Spanish speaking guests. I enjoyed it very much.

excellent conditions. Extraordinary staff, always available and friendly. great rooms, windows difficult to close. varied buffet every day. few sun loungers for the hotel capacity. Swimming pool should also be bigger. We really enjoyed spending the week there. excellent animation

My parents spent a few (all-included) days at Ohtels Islantilla in late November 2024 with some friends. They are senior citizens. The experience at Ohtels Islantilla was a disappointing one. The food was sub-standard for a 4-star hotel. The service was no better either (e.g. restaurant tables without tablecloth, sour attitude from some members of the staff). As for the rooms, no more than decent (how many 4-star hotels provide old-looking winter blankets instead of duvets...?). All in all, they got the feeling that they and the many other senior people in the hotel were getting second-rate treatment. Fortunately, Islantilla is a beautiful place (with lots of other nice places to enjoy the food and the weather).

Amazing and impressive hotel!!! Also of outmost importance, AMAZING PEOPLE. IRENE was extremely KIND AND POLITE really HELPFUL and explained to me all the necessary details, everything about the hotel and the area when I arrived!!!! But most importantly she made me feel comfortable as well as feel this hotel like my second home and treated me with a smile!!! Amazing customer service!!! WELL DONE!!!! With definitely come back!!!!!

Rooms were fine and comfortable missed not having tea and coffee facilities in the room. But otherwise nice and spacious. We had a room that slept 4 and had one of the biggest balcony's in the hotel overlooking the pool. Food was good we were half board breakfast was ok have everything you would expect. Evening meal was lovely good choice and always fresh. Drinks were served at the table. We had the same waiter most of the week his name was David very helpful with great customer service. As the hotel was very quiet while we were there the entertainment was minimal However Anthony one of the entertainment team made our holiday he was very friendly. Encouraging all holiday makers to join in the fun. He made time to go around talking to everyone. If it was not for him I think we would have spent most of our holiday out of the hotel. We found that not many staff members could speak English so ordering drinks was tricky to start with but as the week went on we got to know the staff and we managed between us. Overall a great holiday in a lovely hotel.

I visited this place for 10 nights and was very disappointed. Do not go here if you have no kids or want peace. Good things: Staff are fantastic. Friendly hard working and even though most had no English we managed to communicate. All inclusive drinks good. Included bottles of wine, pints of beer and a glass of champagne. Good choice for lunch and breakfast but only had dinner there one time as we couldn’t hear ourselves speak, Breakfast has freshly squeezed Orange juice which was fab Beds comfortable Get beach towels with a €10 deposit Near beach Bad things This is a massive complex. Even a staff member described it as a zoo The buffet holds over 1300 people and has three settings for each meal Thousands of people constantly on the move Queues for bar queues for buffet queues for lifts queues to walk up and down the stairs Noise noise and more noise “entertainment” included two 3 foot speakers blaring out dreadful music with dreadful “entertainment” staff screaming out announcements over a microphone €12 a night for parking. Outrageous cost. No free parking on streets it’s all meters so they have a captive audience €3 a night for safe Not much choice of restaurants as most restaurants are part of all inclusive complexes

Very good Hotel with a wide range of services and activities to do inside it. The food is good, where you have different dishes for all wishes and tastes. Everyday you have an after dinner show, where you can enjoy and laugh with the performance of Ernesto. You can also participate in the show. Definitely, was an experience which we'll repeat.

Amazing hotel with good service, good food variety and nice bedrooms. Nonetheless, has loads of kids and can be a bit noise in the nights.

Standard room sizes decent but slightly older. If you taking half board or room on the service I would not recommend as there are no tea or coffee makers in the room. Standard room bathrooms are with the bathtub not great if you are not about the plan but it's good if you like bathtub.

Great selection of buffet everyday. That is variety of pasta and three types of pizza. Every meal had different type of paella and on BBQ counter different meat.
Animación - great team they really put their heart and all the efforts to make everyone happy.
