Staff VERY friendly and professional. Meals excellent,varied and plentiful, catering staff all VERY hygienic. Outdoor pool very nice didn't use indoor pool too warm outside. Short distance to the beach. Entertainment on every night.

Excelent hotel for gamily with kids. The entertainment at the hotel is very good and lots of activities for the young ones. Relaxed and friendly place and very good staff.

Nice hotel, good location, the food was good, but it could be some improvements (sometimes we need to wait to have eggs or grilled meat). The pool area was fantastic. The bar and services were great. The entertainment team was fantastic. From Gonçalo and José to the ladies the entire team. Their friendliness and good spirits were contagious. They made our stay a lot of fun and made us feel very welcome.

Came here for two weeks on half board. Although we’d not upgraded from a basic double we were given a one bedroom apartment on the top floor. We faced west and great views over the marshes. Hotel very smart and food good, very noisy restaurant with a lot of loud Spanish family groups . Pool area lovely, beds cordoned off until 10 am!! Supermarkets near and beach wonderful. Heard very little English spoken. Area very quiet, few eateries at Marina and, warning everything stops for siesta including buses!

Hotel was very clean but everything seemed to be written in Spanish, even the entertainment was aimed for the Spanish visitors. All menus, posters were written in Spanish, the staffs English was not great and it did feel that if you were at the bar and did not speak Spanish you would not get served straight away, it was very hard to work out what was included in the all inclusive package ie snacks/drinks. Would not go there again sadly!

Great place if you have younger children. Beach minutes away by walking, a lot of restaurants around, good facilities within the hotel ... hotel looks amazing. You do need a car or a way of getting around, but catch the 4 euro train that takes you around the area, as itcomes to a stop with more stalls for shopping and amusements, Locally, otherwise not much around, however, Portugal is literally a few miles away, so you're able to pop over there and see what that offers ... Limited choice for vegetarians. Service impeccable.

Not recommended. Terrible food, poorly prepared. Lunch at the bar not much better, food had to be sent back as it was completely cold. Hotel is tired and in need of maintenance. Our room was not cleaned very well. Views and location are nice, pool area is very clean and well maintained.

The hotel is well located and has a very clean pool area. It is tired generally, and there are lots of areas that were clearly in need of maintenance (common areas, bar equipment, lift, crazy golf). Our room was in average condition with some areas that had not been cleaned. The food was probably the worst I have ever eaten in Spain. Poor quality food, badly cooked, little choice and bar meals served cold. Very poor value for money. There are much better hotels nearby with much better quality for the same price

The hotel is large, with a nice pool, a variety of snacks, great animation for children and adults, cleaned every day, with friendly and smiling staff. But unfortunately my room smelled musty and bad, I say that as constructive criticism!
